Friendly reminder that you don't have to get your chores/other stuff you need to do done all at once. Fold a few pieces of laundry at a time if it helps. Do dishes until you're too tired of standing. Write one page of your big paper. Etc. Done (eventually) or partially done is better than being overwhelmed and making no progress.
