oooooh do i!!! I'll put them under the cut so it wont take a while to scroll past when i post it

-When orisa is happy she stims with her whole body, she has knocked over things doing this before

-she wants to be friends with reinhardt but she understands that due to her looking like some of the omnics rein fought that hes not gonna be that fond of her

-overwatch gave her a big dog bed to 'sleep' in when she powers off

-since ow1 she has tried to fit it with the other heros, thats why in ow2 she is a little more mean

-she asks efi to put cartoons or baking shows on for her sometimes, as a treat

-she absolutely still feels horrible about what she did before she joined overwatch and some days she will just be down in the dumps because she just feels so guilty (zenyatta tries to help her and it usually works)

-since ow1 her programming has been improved from "wearing golden fist-> doomfist" (due to in the lore book she has she broke a kids arm because he wore a gauntlet for a play) to "facial recognition-> double checking->also wearing golden fist-> doomfist"

-she trots in place sometimes when shes happy

-she likes to try and get involved in everything, especially if efi is playing online with some of the overwatch people (she kinda justs stands and watches Efi play and asks questions every so often) (she wants to play so bad but due to a Incident of her breaking a controller they are trying to find a game she can play WITHOUT breaking anything)

-she loves to try and cook (with assistance) and is always pleased that it comes out tasting good, though like echo she is jealous she cant eat

-the dog she had (from the emotes, its either named Winston or Pawrisa but i like pawrisa better) now kinda acts as a emotional support dog to people after missions

-she wonders where the other original OR15 bots went because the ones that werent broke broke (like her) was auctioned off at very high prices.

-she does let people ride on her back but specifically knows that Hanzo and Cassidy like it the most so she offers it to them 50% of the time

thats mostly all of them, i dont really think about headcanons for her weirdly enough but thank you for asking!!!! Its nice to talk about my favourite character without people being mean to her :>] thanks for the ask!
