The start of a new year should be a time for happiness, community, and hopeful plans. However, hope is hard to find for families in Gaza, as another year of continued war and genocide begins for them. This includes Mounir Alanqar and his family.
Mounir @sham-moner is only 19, but he has taken on the responsibility of raising funds to support himself and his family throughout this horrific situation. On top of this, he has been recovering from surgery while suffering from hunger and cold.
The rest of Mounir's family is struggling as well. His mother has asthma, which is especially dangerous when warmth and medicine are hard to access in Gaza. His whole family is suffering from malnutrition. His little sister, Sham, has been sent to the hospital previously for malnutrition. She is only four years old, and she has been suffering from lack of food and contaminated water.
Mounir and his family have only raised 12% of their goal so far, and donations keep stagnating. Sometimes they go for days at a time without receiving any donations. They can't afford for this to continue.
Please, help Mounir and his family get what they need to live in this coming year. Share and donate, help them get the food, warmth, and medical care they need. Any donations, no matter how small, makes a difference!

Hello dear .. My name is Abdul Rahman Halas, married to the martyred journalist Alaa Al-Dahdouh. My journalist wife works for the Watan News Agency and we had a beautiful child named Karam. The real disaster began on Wednesday, May 31, 2024, when my wife, my child and I were surprised by a huge missile that fell on us and exploded in the place where we were, targeting the house we fled to and other neighboring houses
. At that moment, my journalist wife Alaa hugged our child Karam to protect him from the hell of the missile, but she turned into pieces and died immediately. My child Karam and I miraculously escaped certain death when the pressure of the missile threw me a long distance, which resulted in me being injured by numerous shrapnel and multiple injuries that led to severe fractures in my leg and damage to the nerves in my hand and foot and various shrapnel in different parts of my body
. My wife is a journalist covering the crimes of genocide against defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip. With the intensification of the bombing and the scarcity of food and water, my wife and I struggled daily to secure food for our only child Karam, who was also suffering from severe fear because of The brutal bombing of the Gaza Strip.
Now after the disaster that befell my family, I need your generous support to overcome my ordeal and pay for my treatment and surgeries. I need several surgeries outside the Gaza Strip that cost a lot of money, and I am in dire need of your tears and support.
I am confident that after reading my sad story, you will sympathize with me and share with me and will not leave me and my child Karam alone.
Donate to me or share my campaign with your friends to donate to me
No matter how small your donation is, it means to me a chance for me and my child to be treated and to stay safe.
Hello,
My name is Mohammed Ashraf, and I am 20 years old. I am writing to you from a place of suffering, pain, and anguish...
My life was very normal and beautiful until war came and destroyed everything. Before the war, I had graduated from high school with a 90% average and enrolled in a Computer Science and Internet of Things program at the University of Gaza. However, my joy was short-lived as the war struck Gaza, destroying my university and my dreams along with it.
My father is 45 years old and worked as a sound director for Palestine Television. However, during the war, his work stopped due to the destruction of all the media outlets.
My mother is 37 years old and had many dreams, but the war shattered all of them. My middle sister Hala, who is 17 years old, was supposed to graduate from high school this year, but the war deprived her of that opportunity. My younger sister Janna is 13 years old, and my youngest brother Adam is 10 years old.
Our suffering began from the first day of the war. We were forced to evacuate our home, which was destroyed, leaving us without shelter. My family and I fled from northern Gaza to the south, believing it would be a safer area as claimed by the enemy. However, there is no safe place in Gaza. We were targeted by Israeli airstrikes, and the house we had moved into was hit. All my family members were injured, some severely and others mildly.
My mother needs bone grafting for her fingers, and my father requires surgery for multiple fractures, nerve grafting, and physical therapy. My sisters need to have their scars treated and require medical care abroad. However, we need funds to cover all travel and treatment expenses.
We are now seeking the opportunity to live abroad after our treatment, but this is very costly. I urgently need your help to make our lives better and to help us forget the nightmare we are currently living. I want to provide my family and myself with a decent life and a better future. I believe that humanity and compassion still exist among you and that there are those who will respond to our plea.
My wish is to provide my family and myself with the life we deserve. Every donation, no matter how small, will have a significant impact on our lives. Your contributions will help cover all our travel and treatment costs.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my family and me during these difficult times. I believe that goodness still exists and that there are those who share our hope for a better life. Thank you for considering supporting us. I am grateful for any assistance you can provide.
"Trapped Dreams"

In a small corner of Gaza, where the lights fade and darkness falls, Mahmoud sat alone, thinking. He was a young man like any other, dreaming of a better future, a safe home, and a job that would provide him and his family with a decent life. But the dream turned into a nightmare, and life into a daily struggle for survival.
Mahmoud's family, which includes 43 members, lived under the burden of siege and war. They lost their homes, and watched their dreams fade before their eyes. Every day was a new challenge, searching for a living amidst the lack of water and electricity, and the fear of bombing that could come at any moment.
"I saw hope in the eyes of my children, but the siege was taking it away from them little by little," Mahmoud says sadly. "They wanted to play in the streets, and go to school, but all that surrounded them was destruction and fear."
Mahmoud's dream now is simple, to get his family out of this hell, and to start a new life in a safe place. But the costs of migration are high, and far beyond their means.
Noha is a story of courage and determination. She reminds us that disability is not a barrier, and that anything is possible if you are determined enough.
“We need your help,” Mahmoud says, his voice trembling. “We need a chance to build a better future for our children.”
Hi guys!! @sami999 has reached out to me to help promote his gofundme to help him evacuate himself and his family out of Gaza🙏Sami has a wife, kids, elders, siblings, ans they all raise 30k for a goal to get to the safety. Right now they reached only 3k and they really need your support
