I just realized that I didn’t introduce myself properly so here we go

I’m French so there will be so mistakes in my post, please do not pay attention to them or POLITELY correct them.

I’m 14 and working on a story. It will be drawn by my friend @the-sad-clown. It might be a WEBTOON if we work hard enough. I will try to keep you updated on that but don’t get your hopes up because I’m still not happy with the story and I have a lot to do.

My dad isn’t bad, he never was. At least to me. I was the little princesse he had to protect. 

My dad wasn’t an alcoholic. Alcoholics drink beers. He is a distinguished man, and so he drinks wine. 

He was never violent. Not to me. He never hit my sister so I thought neither to her. 

But sometimes, after his daily glass of wine he was angry at my sister, because I didn’t laugh. Her jokes were funny, I would’ve laughed if I understood them. 

But there I was, crying. And there he was, shouting. 

She would shout too, she was strong. 

But he shouted louder and she went to her room, trying to hid her tear. 

Despite being strong, my sister cried too.

He apologized most of the time.

He was trying to protect me. Mom said it wasn’t my fault, but I knew she lied. When I didn’t cry in front of my dad, they didn’t fight. 

My dad says he wanted to protect me, because nobody protected him when his brother was violent. 

But my sister wasn’t violent. She was a kid. 

One day I told my dad to stop. I didn’t need his protection. I wasn’t made of sugar. It stopped for a while and my sister stared to like me again. 

But then he found other reasons to scream at her. 

When he leaved, I didn’t realized it. He was often on work trips, so it wasn’t weird. 

When he returned, Daddy was nice. His anger disappeared, as well as his glass of wine.
