23/50 days of productivity
Finally a sunny day, I don't know how long it will last, but it was great. This book I am reading for uni is becoming my arch nemesis, it will be my villain origin story, I am detesting it. I have been complaining a lot, but I have to get my frustration out so you'll have to excuse me. I got the weird idea of trying to power though the last two chapters tomorrow. I am not sure I'll manage but if I read them both in the morning when I am more focused I might manage to accomplish that. Wish me luck.
Productivity:
posted my first update on the 2023 fantasy reading challenge
finished writing down notes (and highlighted them) for the fourth chapter of Detienne's Creation of Mythology
read and highlighted the fifth chapter
wrote notes for the whole fifth chapter (I wasn't expecting to finish it today, and I am very proud I did)
finished downloading the recorded lectures of another course I want to work on in June
Irish on duolingo (still on my bare minimum bullshit so there has bene zero actual progress lately, but it's all my brain can take atm)
Self care:
read first thing in the morning
I'm trying to pay a bit more attention to my skin care but idk how long it will last (at least I'm trying)

03.09.2023 | Happy Sunday! I gave myself the day off yesterday, so today is a âfull-focus, get as much studying as possible doneâ type of day!

Set Up a Study Space Your bed should not be your study space! Find a place with:
Little distractions ie no tv, no loud noises, etc.
Everything you need: all your supplies and stationery
The right temperature, too cold & youâll lose focus, too hot & youâll feel sleepy
Snacks, so you wonât have to keep going away from your desk
Water: stay hydrated !!
Exercise Before studying. It will boost your energy levels and help keep you focused. You donât have to do a full workout or anything, try going for a quick walk!!
Know your Goal And how youâre going to achieve it! If you know your goal it will be so much easier to stay on task. Perhaps have a reminder of what you aspire to do or the grades you want on the wall in front of you so itâs what you see when you look up!
Try Some Background Noise It will help block out other noises and help you stay focused!

It's been a while! I'd been on vacation to my aunt's place which is in the hills, and god I love it so much!! I always seem to be unable to click a good picture from a moving car, so I settled on drawing what I saw. And I am very glad at the result!
I've been in a slump lately in terms of studying, but today I continued reading for the project I'll be under the next semester, and it's genuinely so interesting! I am enjoying it so far.
I hope everyone's having a great day, and good nights for people who are going to sleep!
