I've Been Watching A Ton Of Steven Universe Lately And Its Definitely Affecting How I Draw Faces

Recent sketchbook pages, mostly just gestures but I started playing around with watercolours for a change, really fun!

It's been just over a month since our college exhibition so I guess I can now show the image I created for our ALL GOOD THINGS zine here!

It's one of the first images I've created for a project I mean to get going very soon! The colour came out a little funky but it's all good. 

So I did a few "drawings" with this flowpaper app ages ago. They're kind of interesting so why not! One of them is my nana.

Just a glam rock contortionist because why not.

So um I don't really know how to do gouache and I jumped into this without thinking but I quite enjoyed it. A is for Armadillo!

We need to stop thinking about ways we HAVE to be artists, and just enjoy being artists. <3
