A while ago, when I was rereading sbg, I noticed that there is a rly good chance that Baron and his friends might be in the phantom dimension.
Rly early on in the first season when the main group go to the arcade, they get into a fight with Baron and his friends trying to help Noah.
During this scene, a small rift to the phantom dimension is opened while they are fighting.
This rift is almost the exact same as the rift that was created in the episode where ashlyn was attacked by an infected human. A few episodes later, it is confirmed that she did pull a few workers into the phantom dimension from this rift.
So from this, we can safely assume that ashlyn can pull people into the phantom dimension. So what if she did end up pulling someone in earlier? What if this person was none other than everybody's least favourite person, Baron?
Like, imagine if later on in the story the two groups bump into each other in the phantom world and have to either fight it out or become allies and work together.
Idk, but I think it has just too much potential for red to not do anything with it, and this would be a rly good plot point seeing the kids are out of the facility now.

Not to demonize Ben's parents,
BUT, if someone like MAVERICK can admit the adults in his life failed him, I can too.
This drives me insane.
I have SO many questions.
Why did Shane want Ben to be in his group? Yes, he's tall and intimidating, but surely he's not the only one in their grade who fits that description. How long did this go on for? Aiden said It happened "every day," but how many days is that? How come Aiden literally can't remember if this happened in 6th or 7th grade? Where did the bullying take place? At school? How did he leave the building with those injuries without an adult noticing that something was wrong? How come his parents didn't say anything to the school board when their son came home, covered from head to toe in bruises? And if they did, why was nothing done?
"Clownin44, that's a little harsh. Give them the benefit of the doubt!"
He (11-13 year old boy) was sneaking out of the house, coming home late, and getting into STREET fights. The main and only reason he stopped was because he put his family in danger, and while I understand you can't help someone who won't accept help, they had EVERY opportunity to help him before it got to that point. He is a child. They are his parents. What if Ben never fought with the young boy whose older brother was in a gang? How long would this have gone on for? I don't know if you know anything about street fighting, but experience matters. This wasn't an act of rebellion. This was incredibly dangerous.
The worst part about it all is that Shane got what he wanted. Sure, Ben didn't join his group, but he did "fix" what he thought was wrong with Ben and inadvertently taught him how to fight. He wasn't expelled for putting him in the hospital. He wasn't expelled for bullying him or for getting his "group" to gang up on him, too. Shane was still in school by the time Ben recovered, and he would've continued to go to school with him if he hadn't moved in with his aunt and uncle. The entire thing was a disaster from start to finish.
Now, consider this; Ben has a younger sister he is incredibly protective of that he doesn't get to see very often. He physically can't be there for her if she ends up going through the same things he did. How can he trust that their parents won't fail her, like they failed him?
side note; the fact that we don't see Ben interacting with his parents, while Lily is basically racing into his arms, hurts me so bad. ARE THEY NOT CONCERNED? DO THEY NOT MISS HIM? DID I MISS A PANEL OF THEM OR SOMETHING? GOSH!!!
I get that it might not be that serious, and we never got to see how his parents handled the situation, so maybe they really were just doing their best, but I had to rant about this because I'm sooo sick and TIRED!!
Merlin: *sees cat video*
Merlin: finally
Merlin: internet as the gods intended
musk is going to die in a Tesla explosion in 6 months after sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and we will never get a conclusive answer on whether it was a CIA car bomb or just a normal Tesla malfunction
Taylor: I don’t think we can mansplain, manipulate, or malewife our way out of it this time.
Logan, pulling out his gun: Manslaughter it is.
Ain't no way they just made tumblr shorts
Both logan and taylor being taken together by the facility was SUCH a good choice by Red.
It's a well known fact that logan is one of the most developed characters in the webtoon although this development never changed his overall outlook on life, just his confidence in himself, he is still the same person he was during the start of season 1, which was a over kind and sweet person
Taylors character (despite not having much development throughout the series) is one of the most 'innocent' or one of nicer characters despite the adversity she has been through, as she is the person that is essentially keeping her family together.
So these two are taken together back to the facility, two most open and generally happy people in the webtoon (yk what in saying) being put back into their oppressors hands would be horrible for them.
Their experiences from just getting kidnapped in season 2 would have already been incredibly traumatising, and being put back in that place that took you and keep you from you friends and family would be even worse.
But this doesn't end there. I have seen many people theorising that season 3 is going to be set a few years in the future. meaning if logan and taylor don't escape on their own during this time they could be in the facility for YEARS.
if this were to happen, they would change so much as people, this incredible trauma as well as probably torture over this long time would make them become different people altogether.
So if the story chooses this route, some of the kindest people in the series would become some of the most cruel or least caring.
Red you are diabolical.
I rly don't like it, but I'm starting to think that the parents are going to have to die or get separated from the main six at some point in escaping the facility for the plot to continue.
A big idea of sbg is people who don't know each other, having to work together to survive and become friends alone the way. It becomes an entirely different story when you add parents to the mix.
Also, it would really inconvent for them to have to move around with an extra ten people.
Either way, I just can't see the plot continuing with the parents joining them in the escape.
(Btw I'm not a fastpasser so I have no idea what happens when they do escape 😅)
I came here to theorize and look at cats, and that is what I will do.
