WORK OUT WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Whether itโs at the gym, on-call while watching a workout video or playing some sports, try to involve your loved ones.ย
REFRAME YOUR MINDSET. Exercising isnโt about getting your body to fit a certain mould, but rather taking care of it. Exercise is another way to fuel us, it shouldnโt be your enemy.ย
SWITCH IT UP. Do different exercises when you can, so you can avoid getting bored. Matching it up to your menstrual cycle also has a lot of benefits.ย
SET AN REMINDER. If you exercise around a regular time, set a reminder on your phone about your workout goals and a motivating quote. This helps us to feel more willing to exercise.ย
REWARD YOURSELF. After each workout, figure out a suitable reward that you like. E.g., 20 more minutes of screen time, watching a movie, or having an extra 10 minutes staying up.
FIND ONE THAT YOU LIKE. Exercise that benefits us and is convenient for us is not going to be the same for everyone. Experiment and find one that you like and is benefitting you.ย

Relax, and sit back, I'll provide you the best effective routine that I have ever made, by using my whole knowledge of 3+ years in the field of void state and the subconscious and conscious mind, dabbing in subliminals and finally finding the key, this routine is for anyone, I personally used it for a couple of days and I can assure you, it works wonders, it soothes the mind, helps you realize what the void really is, and how it doesnโt matter how much you tried and failed, this routine is something special I'll share โก

This routine/guide I made is just a simple bearing way to help you let go of the void and let it come to you, a guide i made that has some helpful information to anyone needing it, remember, you control your reality, you decide how to enter the void, and you decide when to, with that being said, lots of love โก

A state of awareness, where an individual is at it's most calmest point, a point where you feel an extreme wave of calmness and peace, with the feeling of reassurance, hope, and positivity, in this state, nothing that you have not intended for it to happen, will simply not happen
Why? Because you, are the void, you, hold the control over the void, you have the key, you turn the way the key should turn.
One might argue, but how can I reach it?
Reach it? You have already reached it, it's within you, it's you, you enter it every night.
The void state is a state of awareness ,it's not something you have to achieve to get the benefits, the void itself is you, your consciousness
The void is recognizable once being aware in it, it's a place where you are detached from being the one you are binded to in this reality, you'll feel weightless, formless, some report they feel like a โslime-like substanceโ, as to what it looks like, it depends, some say it's a certain color, yet most have an established idea that it's a dark dark place, some could say they are surrounded by stars, it's up to you and your consciousness
So, what makes it so popular and special in this community?
It's the sole fact that the void cannot block the desires you give it, it will manifest instantly the moment you intent to, nothing, I repeat, nothing, is impossible in this state, bending the fabric of reality can happen so easily as a human who had detached it's consciousness from it's being, that what makes the void special
Now I made it sound so special and such, we'll get the catch here, it's completely something easy as special as it sounds, and no, I am not saying this as a way to make you be positive or such ever, it's simply the hardcore truth, that this? Is the easiest thing
The void is within anybody, regardless of anything with them, it doesn't matter, it has no boundaries, no limit, nothing, but you are everything there
Now that we truly understand what it is, how about we go through methods? Surely you have seen such thousands of methods and tips, sometimes might overwhelm you
This is completely alright, it's nothing bad, take a seat, keep calm, understand you'll eventually enter any time, so why panic?
You can choose whatever you want to your liking, however, many report they feel more motivated when they follow a routine
Let it be, I have come up with a challenge x routine for you, and please please understand, this DOES NOT mean you have to use this to enter the void, no, in fact, you can snap your fingers and enter the void, the void doesn't need concepts or such, but concept had helped those with desperate mindsets, so it can help
In short, go with whatever your guts tell you, because the subconscious mind sends you these subconscious messages through gut feelings, and for sure your subconscious knows your body way more than anyone, trust it and follow it's instinct
Let's start shall we now?
This routine will be heavily insisting upon reprogramming the subconscious mind, and before you say anything, no, it won't take 21 days or 4 or anything- it takes how many days you assume, in this routine, there is no deadline, simply do this until you reach it, it's easy and very simple, I'll teach you to effortlessly impress both the subconscious and the conscious mind for the void
- Use this one affirmation only for the rest of the routine
Or whatever else you choose, to, just remember, please use the term โsubconscious mind ____โ
- Upon waking up, tell yourself this affirmation, tell yourself as though you're just saying some fact, repeat it for some time while you are groggy, because in this state, it's a state of the theta mind, it will pick up affirmations easier
- Now I highly suggest this, to listen to [Lotus Miโs pure affirmation tape], doesn't matter how long or when, minimum amount of time you have to listen is at least once, you can loop it through the night if you want to, it's completely optional, the pink link above will lead you to the subliminal
- Now, this here is extremely important, whenever you get a thought of the void or anything related, feel that have already reached it and have it, feel like you're a master at the void, repeat your affirmation and believe in it
- Now, comes the important part, before sleep, I want you to lay in bed, get comfortable, and just actually prepare yourself to sleep, do something that you'll get sleepy with, a state where you are so groggy and so sleepy but not sleeping yet, in this state, command your subconscious mind, tell yourself that chosen affirmation over and over till you sleep, I swear, it's extremely important and it's the highlight of the journey, you are reprogramming your subconscious, just like how Joseph Murphy said โgive your subconscious a problem before you sleep, and let it solve it for you while you fall in sleepโ
That's it! That's the routine that I've been taking literal two weeks to test it off and it's extremely efficient, it worked so so well for me, I'm sure you'll immediately see the difference once you try it, the subconscious mind is a treasure

1. Get comfortable in bed, just be like other days and get yourself to sleep
2. Stay awake until you get physically so tired, and I know some might say they would have problems with that, you can count until you feel groggy, or daydream, or listen to music, do anything that makes you go sleepy but not sleeping yet
3. Now comes the important part, close your eyes for sleep and simply command your subconscious mind over and over again, tell yourself that affirmation I told you about, do that till you fall asleep

easier said than done, but it has such a huge impact in our life. we as humans tend to always think negatively of everything, resulting us to give up. but what if it will work out? what we think constantly reflects in our reality and actions. why do we have to always blame ourselves for everything, why do we have to be anxious over little things, why do we have to always think of the worst when we can just flip the words, meaning, love and believe in ourselves.
- ways to have a positive mindset
the bus theory - when u see the bus that you missed u donโt actually run after it, right? you just wait for another one, knowing that it 100% will be here. think of your opportunities/relationships etc that youโve "lost" as this bus.
the universe/god never says no; it either says yes , not yet or I have something better for you.
practice self-care, be gentle to yourself. you are waking up and always trying and itโs enough.
the moments you thought that are the "worst" are only moments now, and youโre still here. Be proud of yourself for that
a little rain doesnt have to ruin the parade
practice meditation. clean mind = better mood

this absolutely doesnโt mean that you always have to be positive about everyone and everything. If you feel sad or feel like crying let it all out. if you feel drained allow yourself to sit all day and watch shows. itโs all about accepting yourself and not "Iโm such a failure I did nothing today" instead "itโs okay, I have tomorrow where I can try again".

motivation comes and go, but discipline is forever. you are scared and not trying? Itโs okay, do it while being scared. count to 3 and start doing something, take action. just DONT sit around. have a plan and donโt try to do everything all at once, or you will be easily drained . everyday do something better for 1% and youโll see how just in a short while this 1% will be 100%.

treat yourself with love and respect before others. everyone in this world is a human and I do not wish for you or them to spread hate. we all have bad days and this is exactly why we should so self-care or reach out to someone, but never blame anyone for anything.

no you are not horrible for the mistakes that youโve made. do you know what makes you horrible? not acknowledging them. if you wronged someone, apologize. even if itโs too late and the relationship is lost, Iโm so proud of you for realizing your mistake and trying to do better. learn AND improve. accept yourself for all the pluses and minuses. youโre a crybaby? good because Iโm too, and itโs absolutely okay. In fact, I think vulnerability is very powerful. you are human and you donโt have to be perfect. thrive for being better not perfection. do not listen to rumors or someone thinking that you are a bad person. you in fact know that you are not and itโs all that matters. why do you care if you are enemy in their story , they arenโt heroes in yours either.

to stay away from toxic people you have to have boundaries. I think the most common type here is "people pleasing" so hereโs my post to help you to stop being one.
when someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, please let them know about it. you donโt have to tolerate this behavior. your own peace is the most important thing ever.

do not compare yourself with ANYONE. the person you are looking at and saying "I wish I was her" might be doing the same. compare yourself with YOUR dream girl that you have in your head. your only competition is you.
after boundaries, positive mindset, discipline, naturally comes the confidence. loving yourself and staying true to yourself is what confidence exactly is.
no fake it till you make it, no difficult words, just you . take it easy.
โก | tip: body language and fitness
this is more on the physical side but I advice you to learn a little bit about body language. It helps you to appear confident and attractive. my "go toโs" are entering the room with high head and good posture, never sitting on your phone (as in checking the weather app awkwardly etc not when someone calls or texts u) when coming to an unknown place.
fitness helps to relieve stress and clear out your mind when you donโt want to meditate. and by fitness I donโt mean intense workouts, a 5 minute workout that you enjoy is enough. also walking 10.000 steps a day also counts as fitness to have a healthy and balanced life.
I , for example, have a playlist with different workouts and I do each on of them on different days, whenever I feel like choosing one. sometimes I donโt even work out I just walk 7-10K steps :)

in conclusion I just want to say ITS OKAY ITS OKAY ITS OKAY. You are fine. You are enough. Make mistakes, be sad, improve, be disappointed, try, love, learn, thrive. know your goals
rory had a clear idea of what she wanted for herself: to go to harvard & to become a journalist. when school & studying starts to feel tedious or difficult, having a strong โwhyโ will keep you going. maybe you want to get into a certain school, you have a dream career path, or you want to become extra knowledgeable. never lose sight of your goal - surround yourself with reminders of it. rory had harvard memorabilia hanging in her room as a constant reminder of what she was working towards. you can create a vision board online, print pictures & hang them in your room, put notes up on your mirrors & walls. remember that classes, tests, & assignments are all leading you to a greater goal. studying is a means to an end and you deserve the best ending!
study a lot
rory prioritized her studies and spent a lot of her free time on schoolwork. the easiest way to succeed is to put in the time. donโt cut corners when it comes to your education - do your homework and assignments diligently, go through assigned readings & videos carefully, & if the teacher gives you optional/additional work, do it. remember tho, itโs important to study smarter, not harder. the most beneficial thing you can do is spend as much time as possible utilizing study methods that work for you. donโt waste time on study methods that arenโt effective for you. you can search my older posts for info about study styles or google learning styles & use that to help determine your best approach to schoolwork.
conquer challenges asap
when rory first started going to chilton, she unexpectedly got a bad grade on one of her first essays. she could have sat there and made excuses, felt sorry for herself and blamed the school/ teachers, but instead she worked extra hard to improve and overcome that poor grade. in the end she was valedictorian, showing that she was able to rise to the challenge and ultimately succeed. if you find yourself struggling with schoolwork, please take initiative asap and get whatever help you need. utilize all your resources - teachers, classmates, youtube video explanations, khan academy, tutors (if possible) - do not allow a dip in performance to be your norm. try to get to the bottom of why youโre struggling and then take care of whateverโs causing it. if you let yourself succumb to the struggle - telling yourself itโs because of bad teachers, the content is too hard, etc. - the only person who is gonna suffer in the long run is you. be proactive and take charge of your education.
take breaks
while rory did spend a lot of her time studying, it didnโt rule her whole life. she still made time for friends, family, and fun activities. life is about balance, and you donโt want to burn yourself out by spending every waking moment on school. take breaks for fun, to spend time with loved ones, to get fresh air & be active. give your mind breaks so that you can stay in top shape. that being said, make sure you strike a balance. donโt let your social life get in the way of your academics, but donโt let studying stop you from living life.
read a lot!
when i think of rory, i think of reading. she always has her nose in a book! she not only reads, but she reads books that are thought-provoking and intellectual - classics, non-fiction, and so on. reading is a wonderful hobby and it can also be a way to expand your mind. challenge yourself by reading books that are somewhat difficult to challenge yourself to read closely & dissect the content. find classics that genuinely interest you or non fiction on topics you enjoy. combine the fun of reading with the desire for intellectual growth. by reading more difficult books you can improve your vocabulary, build you reading comprehension skills, become better at analyzing literary devices, and overall become a more interesting person.

numero uno: WORKOUT. yes, ofc this is on here, what did u think? work.out. decide why u wanna workout first: healthy body? dream body? abs? being stronger? for happiness? for fun? then, you can find a workout on youtube / pinterest for the one you want. (also what i love doing is the workouts on pinterest where its related to a tv show)
smell nice! perfume, scented shampoos/ body scrubs, etc.
SUNSCREEN. trust me, u DO want to put it on.
skincare! moisturiser, lip gloss/ lip balm, exfoliation, etc.
put cold spoons under your eyes in the morning to reduce puffiness.
u dont like something? fix it! i didn't like my teeth for a while, so i got braces. you can't fix it? stop worrying about it and just give it to god cus u got better things to do
MANIFESTING:
affirmations!! affirmations in the mirror, listening to them, repeating them, thinking them, they helped me SO much!
Believe youโre hot. As simple as that.

the more you try to do things the perfect way, the more you are a actually getting in your way. not allowing yourself to make mistakes, to learn from them and to keep going plays a significant role in manifesting.
let go of doing it perfectly. let go of feeling guilty, ashamed, scared, empty, afraid, insecure, unstable, unfulfilled, restless, confused, overwhelmed, dissatisfied and unhappy. let go of following rules. let go of trying to reason and evaluate your every move. let go of doing all sorts of methods the planned way. let go of your fear to fail. let go of your conditions in order to manifest.
who says you need to follow the rules? who says that you need to affirm 3 times a day around this exact time for exactly this amount of minutes while visualising the same scenario over and over again? you create these rules with which you operate with. and often times, you pretty much imprison yourself.
you condition your desires and lock yourself up, not allowing yourself to embrace your infinite capabilities. do you understand how unnecessary that is? how your actions are on the verge of blasphemy? you as a celestial, unstoppable, incredible and limitless being interfering with YOURSELF? make it make sense.
stop it. decide that you no longer want to continue living and feeling this way and free yourself. give yourself what you want. do it NOW. not tomorrow, not anytime later โ now. and don't question it. just BE it. HAVE it. allow yourself to experience that freedom, that liberty and impudence.
you don't have to feel the way you do now. you can just stop feeling that way, declare something else to be your present reality and feel differently โ better. realise that you have permission to change your feeling. there is no need to feeling scared in your own mind.
