Life feels duller now and everyone says that’s normal after loss but it’s not just that! even over vast distances she could feel Leaf, they could comfort the other without even being in the same place. That weight that she never noticed before, a gentle pressure that’s always been there, layering her with warmth.

It’s gone, Leaf’s gone, and everything is cold.

I sure will!! Alpinewhisper (she/her) is a grey agouti tabby molly with moderate white spotting and copper eyes. She is a healer for her Clan. Her base coat is pale, painting her darker tabby stripes (around her paws, face and ears) in stark contrast. Her tail is ringed. A large white dapple marks the top of her head and her shoulders like a snowcap, as well as all four of her paws in low boots and her tail tip. Her copper eyes are bright and large, giving her a constantly surprised expression. Alpinewhisper has tufts of fur between her dark paw-pads. She is a shy cat, unwilling to have more than short, passing conversation with anyone outside of her small group of close friends. She hates being noticed by others and doesn't like when her name is spoken. Despite her social anxiety, Alpinewhisper is actually a rather brave cat. She's known for staying calm in the face of danger and making the right choices under pressure. She doesn't hesitate to come to battlefronts as a field medic, nor to face down other cats in a fight if she needs to defend a fallen Clanmate--she went out of her way as an apprentice to participate in fighting training alongside her healer's training for this reason. Alpinewhisper has a rather weak connection to StarClan and she worries they don't approve of her battle training.
