A/N: Thank you for the request love! This is my first time writing a secret relationship, so I apologize if this is horrible- I have to admit, I love making up random icy nicknames- I feel like that's just something Peter would always do.

PARING: Peter Parker x Ice Powered Reader

SUMMARY: You and Peter are in a classical secret relationship. Only difference is he’s Spider-Man and you can control Ice.

WARNINGS: Not really any, just fluff

Peter had a longing look in his eyes as he watched you walk toward him with your friends, laughing at a joke they made. He wanted nothing more than to run up to you and shower your soft face with kisses, but he knew he couldn’t. Besides, it was his idea to keep your relationship a secret, he was Spider-Man, and being such he had acquired quite a few enemies, if they found out Spider-Man had a girlfriend, one who held the ability to control ice no less, you would be in constant danger. And Peter couldn’t live with himself knowing it was because of him. Instead he had to wait until you were alone to be able to hold you, touch you, tell you how much he absolutely adores you. Which was basically torturer for him.

As you walked past you caught Peters eye, sending him a sly wink before you walked off. His face turned a dusted pink and he immediately looked at his shoes, smiling to himself. The last thing you heard was Ned asking Peter what he was smiling at, turning him into a stuttering mess.

You were headed to your favorite class of the day, science, where Peter’s your lab partner, of course you could still talk to him any other time, you were friends, but you still loved having an excuse to be with him. Sitting down at your chair you smiled to Peter as he walked in, waving at you.

“How’s My Mini Elsa doing?” He asked you before he put his books down. You rolled your eyes at the nickname he knew you hated but he loved for some reason.

Peter was just about to lean in and press a kiss to your cheek out of habit but he stopped his reflex in time, sighing sadly.

“I’m better now you’re here Spidie” You said sweetly, Peters eyes widened slightly.

“Keep your voice down!” He whisper shouted, looking around the room which just drew attention to him. Honestly you wondered how the whole school hadn’t found out yet with how terrible he is at keeping secrets.

“Says the one who just called me ‘Mini Elsa.’ He pretended to contemplate it for a moment.

“Fair point, sorry Ice-cube.” You just hit him playfully in response.

“Why do you always have to use those nicknames?” You wined but deep down you loved it.

“Because your powers are super cool,” He slipped his arm around your waist and you felt heat rising to your cheeks.

“You think there cool?” You asked innocently and he nodded in return. You hummed as you subtly lifted your hand and froze the liquid in one of the beakers. Peters head shot to you in surprise.

“Y/N!” He scolded.

“What? No one will miss it” You shrugged, giving him your doe eyes that you knew he fell for every time. He let out an exaggerated breath, giving in as he glanced back to the now frozen glass making you giggle.

“Woah, getting a little handsy there aren’t we Penis Parker?” Yelled a voice that always made your stomach drop. Peter glared at Flash before reluctantly letting go of your waist, not wanting to blow your cover. You wined at the lack of touch and he sent you a sympathetic glance before gesturing for you to continue with your project.

Four horrible hours later and school was finally over, meaning that you could at last be with Peter freely. A smile graced your lips as you thought about it. The elevator doors dinged open before you skipped to his door knocking on it. Not even three knocks in, and it swung open surprising you, what surprised you more was the pair of arms that instantly wrapped around you. You barely even got to look at Peters face before he gently tugged you inside and embraced you with a warm hug.

“Well hello to you too, Pete,” You brushed your hands through his soft hair as you felt his breath tickle your collar bone.

“I missed you Y/N,” He nuzzled closer into your neck like a child, savoring your warm touch that he’d been deprived of all day.

“I missed you too,” You laughed. That’s when Peter suddenly picked you up- effortlessly thanks to his super strength, earning a shocked squeal from you. He started walking you towards his bedroom while looking up at you.

“You’re cute,” He smiled, making you look away shyly. After a bit of struggling Peter managed to swing his door open, almost dropping you in the process.

“Graceful.” You laughed, making him roll his eyes and throw you on the bed.

“Peter!” You squealed, glaring at him as you sat back up,

“What?” He jumped on the bed next to you, making you bounce slightly,

“I could have died!” You said, steadying yourself and slapping his hand away.

“Oh don’t be so dramatic,” He laughed, reaching for you again. But before he could you waved your hands together, a devilish look painted on your face. Peter glanced from you, to the snowball forming in your palms and back with panicked eyes as he comprehended what you were doing.

“Y/N wait, I- I didn’t mea-” Before he could finish, you threw the snowball at his face causing him to fall back dramatically. He hit the mattress with a huff, you to let out a fit of giggles as you looked at his snow-covered face.

“Y/NNN” He whined, dragging out the syllables,

“Oh don’t be so dramatic,” You said mimicking him playfully. Peter groaned as he got back up.

“Very funny, point taken,” He rubbed at his cheek,

“Aww Pete, I’m sorry, do you want some help?” You asked sweetly, with a head tilt.

“Yes please,” He gave you sweet puppy dog eyes.

“I’ll put some ice on it,” You weren’t able to hold back your laugh as you fell back on the bed, rolling around at your own joke that wasn’t even that funny. Peter looked at you, unamused.

“Don’t you dare,” He warned,

“Don’t worry Pete, I won’t, but who knew the great Spider-Man can’t handle a bit of snow?” You teased.

"Hey you don't see me shooting webs at you," he countered,

You were about to go on with your one-sided jokes when Peters lips suddenly crashed onto yours. You were shocked at first but soon melted into the kiss. He pecked your lips before he pulled away, picking up a strand of your hair and twirling it between his fingers.

“That wasn’t exactly the response I was expecting for making fun of you, but ill take it” you smiled, lacing your fingers with his.

“Yeah, well, you’re lucky I missed you so much.” He lent his forehead on yours and let out a contempt sigh.

“I missed you too, I wish we didn’t have to wait so long to be together,” You frowned.

“I know Snow-Pea, but its for your own safety, because I love you. One day we’ll be able to spend as much time as we want together, but for now, I’m just so grateful that I can be with you. If anything, it makes time spent together more precious. I’ve never met anyone like you Y/N, and that’s not just because of the Ice-powers, I don’t want to put what we have at risk.” Your heart swelled at his kind words, deciding to ignore his cheesy ice nickname.

“I look forward to that time Pete”

“So do I, you have no idea how much time I spend thinking of it.”

“Oh yeah?” You questioned, raising an eyebrow – signaling for him to elaborate.

“What do you think about?” Peter looked deep into your curious eyes and smiled to himself.

“Well,” He started as he lay down, propping his head up on the pillows. You settled yourself next to him, resting your head on his chest and winding your legs around his.

“I imagine the time when I can walk through the school holding onto your hand proudly, showing off the fact that you’re my girl.” Something about the way Peter said my girl made butterflies flutter in your stomach.

“I dream of the times where, one day, I can hold you, and kiss you when ever we want to, instead of having to wait for days in a row. Where whenever I feel like it, I can yell ‘I love you Y/N L/N’ from the top of my lungs, and trust me, I want to do that a lot.” You laugh at that, tightening your grip around his torso.

“And I think of our future together… having kids?” He said hesitantly, studying your face to gauge your reaction. His heart leaped when he saw you smile hopefully, so he went on.

“I wonder what they would be like, I mean, would they have ice powers like their mum? I can just picture a mini you running around, freezing everything in sight and making snow angels every chance they get.” You laughed together in pure bliss, starting to tear up a bit at the fact that Peter thought about this, a lot.

He saw your glossy eyes and started to pepper your face in loving kisses. Times like this made him wish he could spend every minute of everyday with you like this; The only time he was truly happy, no homework, no Spider-Man duties, no stress, just you and him.

“I love you Peter, you have no idea,”

“Mmm, I think I might have a bit of an idea Snowflake,” He said fondly, pressing a kiss to the top of your head and breathing in your apple and cinnamon shampoo.

“I love you too,”

“Pete?” May yelled from Peters bedroom.

“Yeah May?” he asked, taking out his earbuds and opening his door to see May changing his sheets.

“Why is there Ice all over your bed?” She asked, confusion lacing her voice. The boy’s eyes widened in shock, his face turning slightly pale.

The Disappearing Act

Peter Parker x Teen!Female!Reader

What’s a hero without a villain? The early-days of “Spider-Man” come to light as he fights off his very first foe, a girl with the ability to disappear.

Peter didn’t know what to do anymore.

How was he supposed to fight someone he couldn’t see? He was punching blind, running into dark alleys with no real sense of direction. He could hear her laugh, cackle, tease and taunt from all directions, and it made him feel weak.

What was he thinking? Was he truly ready to fight against a world crawling with evil? This girl wasn’t even the full strength that the Avengers had ever fought off, yet he was incapable of laying a single finger on her. He’d only ever caught a glimpse of her face, but even that wasn’t enough to identify her.

“What’s wrong, Spider-Boy? Have you given up already?~”

Peter’s face twisted into a deep frown. His emotions were bubbling away; conflicted between continuing with the facade of confidence and determination, or breaking into an obvious frustration and scream out loud. He couldn’t keep chasing after an enemy he couldn’t physically see.

What was he supposed to do?

There was a pause of silence; it felt so thick that Peter found it hard to breathe. The cold night air tickled his cheeks through the knitted fibres of his mask, making him feel slightly numb. He tried to conceal a shiver by roughly looking around, but it only caused him to strain and pull a muscle. How awkward.

Then, Peter heard a sigh from the left. Somewhere above him, hiding on the fire escape that lead into a closed-down restaurant. “Come on, I’m getting bored. Do a flip or something.”

“Is that why you’re doing all this?” Peter shouted, his eyes squinting and searching the darkness for some sort of movement. He could hear the faint creaks and squeaks of the rusted metal, the structure groaning under the added pressure of this strange girl. It was an old building, so no doubt the fire escape hadn’t been checked for safety in a long time.

“Hm?” A pause of quiet again. A moment to breathe. A moment to observe. “Doing what?”

Peter watched as something shuffled forwards, a fabric of sorts nearing into the light. Thank God the city had street lights that reflected far and wide, even if it was dim, it gave him enough of a spotlight to catch sight of something. He knew she was crouched above him, possibly holding onto the rail.

If he could get a clear enough shot to web her to the wall…

“Breaking into places… is it because you’re bored?” Peter knew he needed to drag out a conversation, long enough to keep this girl distracted. The longer she stayed engaged in a conversation, the better chance he had at succeeding. That’s how the hero’s in movies did this type of stuff, right? Through distraction?

The girl laughed; it was a light laugh that echoed through the narrow alley, and it sounded sincere. “And why do you chase after me, Spider-Boy? Have you also succumbed to boredom?”

There was another shuffle, and soon enough a hand broke through the darkness. Slim fingers wrapped around the metal railing, gripping tight. Peter felt his heart skip a beat in excitement, his breath hitched inside his throat as he quickly extended an arm and aimed at the limb.

A web shot out, shooting through the darkness and towards its target.

Bullseye.

“What… ew, gross!”

Peter wasted no more time as he sprung into action. He leapt upwards and grasped the bottom of the ladder, hastily hoisting himself onto the first platform. The structure shuddered under his weight, but he ignored the way it practically shivered. He twisted his body around and jumped onto the railing, using it as a boost up to the second level.

He listened closely to the sound of his target grunting and whining in disgust and frustration; she was tugging and pulling at the webbing, but Peter was positive it’d stay sticky long enough for him to capture her properly.

Peter flipped up to the third and final level, his feet planting firmly. He turned his eyes towards the girl on her knees, one hand glued to the railing and the other desperately clawing at the web. Her panic increased as he neared closer, close enough to kneel beside her.

He did it.

“Not so smug now, are you?” Peter muttered, a satisfied grin breaking across his face. Now that he was looking closer, he could finally see her facial features better.

And damn, she was beautiful.

A murderous glare twisted across her face, eyes so sharp it could slice Peter into millions of pieces. She looked almost feral, unafraid to cut a bitch. “What the fuck is this made out of?” She questioned lowly, her voice on the verge of a growl.

Peter looked between the webbing and her. “Just… just some stuff I made.”

“Good to know it’s not coming out of you.” Her eyes drifted back to the alley, looking almost distant.

Quiet fell among the two, and Peter suddenly felt awkward. Now that he had captured this girl, after a few days of zero sleep and intricate trap designs (which wasn’t actually very detailed), Peter didn’t know who he was supposed to hand the girl over to.

The police? No, Peter had dropped hints to them on multiple occasions. It was because of their lack of interest that Peter had involved himself so quickly. This girl had broken into many establishments without leaving a single trace, or a single clue as to how she had done it. She was skilled, too clever for the police.

The Avengers? That just felt too extreme. They dealt with “end-of-the-world” business, not petty thieving.

Then again, this wasn’t petty thieving…

“Why are you just sitting there?”

Peter’s attention snapped back to the girl, his stomach twisting with butterflies at the intense eye-contact. Her nose scrunched slightly.

“I—uh, what?” He stammered.

The girl rolled her eyes. “You caught me, so why are you just sitting there? Aren’t you going to hand me over to the police or something?”

So it was obvious that Peter didn’t know what to do. Perhaps if he contacted the police then they’d know some sort of special forces that could contain this girl properly? Right, that seemed like a more reasonable option.

There was no way that humans with incredible gifts were making appearances all over the country and the government weren’t creating a containment plan. They constantly had backup plans.

“I, yeah, no, I was totally about to contact the police,” Peter confirmed. He stood to his full high and shuffled back, digging his hand into his pocket and pulling out his phone. He unlocked it and skimmed towards the dial pad and held the device to his ear, listening to the dial tone briefly.

Peter only looked away for a second, but when his eyes landed on the exact same spot as the girl had previously been sitting, he came to the indescribable horror that she was gone.

Peter ended the call with zero hesitation, a string of swears leaving his lips as his eyes darted around the area.

Where did she go?

A sharp whistle drew his attention further up the building. Leaning over the edge, waving playfully and shooting Peter a small wink, the girl flaunted her freedom.

“That was fun, we should do this again sometime!” She hollered loudly. “See you around, Spidey!”

And with Peter’s intense gaze glued to her form, he watched as she vanished before his very eyes. She just disappeared, no warning, no aftermath; just gone.

Peter stood rather dumbfounded for a minute longer, allowing time to process what had transpired. He was so close. Why had he hesitated in contacting the police? If he had been just slightly more efficient in his motive, then he would have surely been successful. Right?

But this wouldn’t be his final encounter with this girl. He knew they’d meet again.

Peter accidentally saying I love you while you guys are hanging out with mj and ned:

Peter and y/n had kept their 6mon relationship a secret from even MJ and Ned as Ned kept badgering Peter about staying a “bachelor” for college and MJ was overprotective of y/n & wouldn’t like the idea of her dating a superhero.

Peter had a rough day and just wanted to go home and cuddle with y/n but they’d already scheduled a study session with Ned and MJ.

“Why can’t you trust an atom?” Y/n asks suddenly, smiling

“What?” Ned asks confused at the sudden change but Peter just smiles, “why?”

“Because they make up everything” she laughs, causing Peter to join in her laughter and cheering him up a little.

MJ and Ned roll their eyes and try to get back on task.

“Why can’t you take electricity to social events?” Y/n asks still laughing.

“Why?” Peter responds, a wide smile on his face.

“Because it doesn’t know how to conduct itself” she shrugs

Peter’s heart soars as she laughs and continues telling science puns/jokes in an attempt to cheer him up.

“God I love you y/n” Peter says for the first time, despite having thought it for the longest time.

Y/n blushes and neither one notice their surroundings for a moment as she smiles and kisses him softly, “I love you too Petey”.

“What the hell is going on here?” Ned asks as MJ pretends to gag.

Peter and y/n look at each other with wide eyes, they have a lot of explaining to do.

Reader building the Lego Death Star for Peter and giving it as a present

Peter’s birthday was coming up in a week but y/n couldn’t afford to get him much.

She’d been working extra hours so she could afford to get her boyfriend a good birthday gift but it still never felt like enough

“MJ I don’t know what I’m going to get him” y/n whines as they chat in her apartment.

“Doesn’t he and Ned like those Lego things? Maybe just get him a box of those” MJ suggests.

“He has nearly all of them. And he has made-“ y/n stops, getting an idea.

Peter and Ned had wanted to make the Lego Death Star but each time they were close to being done they managed to break it.

Maybe y/n could build it for Peter as a gift

It took nearly a week for her to make it as she wanted to do it on her own. But it was finally complete

Knowing her boyfriend, she added some sealant glue to it so it couldn’t break as easily

To say Peter was appreciative would be an understatement

He immediately texted Ned to make him jealous, saying how incredible his girlfriend was

After learning y/n added sealant, he eagerly set it close to his bed so he could see it each night as he fell asleep

Reader trying the web shooters and ends up being stuck to Peter so they end up face to face and have their first kiss

Y/n had been begging Peter to let her try his Spider-Man gadgets ever since finding out his secret identity a long time ago, so today was no different in that sense

However, today Peter caved and agreed to let her try his web shooters as long as it was indoors as he did not want her trying to swing herself and get hurt

Eager to even just hit the button for the webs, she agreed to the compromise in an instant

Within minutes, his room was covered in web shooter fluid, covering nearly every surface imaginable

Peter was tempted to make a joke about how it looked when suddenly she hit him with the webbing by accident.

Peter looked down and saw the web was attached to his chest but still connected to the web shooters in her possession as well, linking the two of them.

“Sorry Pete! I- how do I let it go?” Y/n groaned, frantically spinning her arms around to try and fix the situation

Peter laughed softly at her frustration but before he could help her, her jerks caused the web attached to his chest to pull him against her

She gasped as Peter’s body slammed into her’s and she apologized as she tried to wiggle free

“Y/n/n, it’s okay” Peter said between laughs. “I’ll get us free” he promised, kissing her forehead.

She blushed and looked up at him with a small smile.

Peter’s eyes drifted to her intriguing lips he hadn’t stopped thinking about since the day they met, and then reluctantly away in embarrassment as he knew she saw

“Peter, you’re going to have to kiss me, because my arms are stuck at my side” y/n laughs, wiggling her arms that were webbed to her side to show her point.

Peter’s face flushed but he wasn’t going to miss his chance and propped his left hand on her cheek and leaned in to kiss her, his stomach turning to mush as his heart swelled

“I should’ve let you try these a long time ago” he blurts as their lips part.

“Now about this… it wears off in a few hours, or I have a solution in the other room” Peter says

“I think we can make do for a few hours, I could always use some Peter cuddles” y/n blushes.

• He loves the cliché one earbud in each ear as you guys are forced to stay near each other

• It’s one of the reasons he would never invest in wireless despite your teases

• He loves making playlists that remind him of you (love songs ;)

• Even though you might call him corny or cheesy deep down he knows you love it

• Sometimes he’ll just send you one song instead of a whole playlist so you would focus on the lyrics

• The lyrics are almost always sappy but you absolutely adore it

• Cuddling on the rooftop while listening to one of the million playlists he’s made you

• Dancing in your room and bopping your heads to the beat

• (Peter is the worst dancer you’ve ever seen) But you would never tell him that because it’s too cute

• Both of you completely and utterly in love with each other and not wanting to waste a moment because you’re both too familiar with how fragile life is :(
