I know I am kind of late but I am new to your blog, but I was wondering that is part 2 of this is possible ??? Because this story was amazing and I keep on wondering what would have happened next. Sorry if this bothers you. :)

Werewolf? Remus Lupin x Reader

Request: remus with a reader who’s new to the order when they group together (golden trio era) and they haven’t met before, and she’s getting questions about her and she says she’s been studying ware wolves? you can imagine where it could go from there xx

A/n: I am so sorry this took so long to write and sorry that it’s a bit short 💜

“I am so sorry I’m late, I got kept behind at work!” You explained as you made a frantic enterence into an order of the phoenix meeting. The enterance was quite dramatic, you bursting through the black door to the kitchen. “Ah, y/n!” Sirius said as he stood up to greet you., gently pulling you into a hug. “I’m so glad you could make it!” You nodded and agreed. The only empty chair was two seats away from Sirius, second from the right, in between a man you recognised as Arthur Weasley, the two of you knew each other through work, and another man who looked to be around a year or two older then you. As you took your seat, Sirius introduced you to the group. “This is y/n everyone. Y/n this is...” he paused to take a deep breath in. “Arthur, yours truly, Mad-Eye Moody, Harry, Hermione, Ron, George, Fred, Molly, Ginny, and lastly Remus.” You followed the direction of Sirius’ hand as he pointed to all the individuals. “It’s lovely to meet you all, as Sirius said; I’m y/n.” A circle of nods run around the table with a mumble of helloes.

The meeting was going quite smoothly. Well, as smoothly as a meeting during a war could. That was until Sirius told Harry that Voldemort was raising an army again and Molly tried to intervene. “No, that’s enough. He’s just a boy. You say much more and you might as well induct him straight away!” She said, snatching the news paper out of Harry’s hands. “Here we go!” You mumbled and rolled you eyes, head then crashing on the table. A chuckle came the man you had learnts name was Remus. “I’m thinking the same thing!” He whispered. “This probably won’t end well.” Sure enough, it didn’t because Harry said “Good I want to join. If Voldemort raising an Army, then I want to fight!” Sirius clapped his hands and gave Molly an ‘I told you so’ look. “Bloody hell” Remus said, his body perfectly in sinc with Sirius as they both leant back in their chairs. You giggled abit at his reaction, it was obvious that the two of you were thinking the same thing. “Don’t you think it would be better to discuss this when Professor Dumbledore and other members are here?” Hermione asked, well more told. Heads nodded in agreement and that seemed to have settled it for now.

Everyone chose to ignore the mutters of disagreements and profanities coming out of Harry’s mouth as everyone packed, ready to leave and go back to their respective rooms. As everyone left and you started to stand up, Remus put his hand on you shoulder to stop you. “Hey.” He said softly. You turned around to faced the older gentleman. “Yes Remus?” Was your reply, a smile dancing on your lips. To be honest you thought he was kind of attractive and he seemed like a nice guy. If you weren’t such a nervous wreck all the time, you probably would have asked him out by now. You were pulled out of your thoughts when Remus started talking again. “You said you got held up at work,” he paused for a second to formulate his sentence without sounding like a stalker. “If you don’t mind me asking, what do you work as?” A smile spread across your face, one of your favourite subject to talk about was what you did for a living because you found it so cool. “I work at the ministry, I study werewolves. I’m currently trying to find a way of reversing them. You know if the person doesn’t want to be a wolf anymore, they can take something that can reverse the effects and harms of being one.” You rambled. A shocked expression made its way onto Remus. “Wa- wait. So you... um. So you don’t think that werewolves are monsters?” He finally spluttered out the sentence. You shook your head and him and giggled. “Of course not. I couldn’t even begin to imagine being a werewolf. I feel sorry for everyone who is one. I mean the amount of pain and suffering they have to go through. I wish I could give them all a big hug you know. Oh and don’t get me started on the kids.”

Remus’ heart skipped a few beats. He had never met someone who understood and felt so much sympathy for people like himself, people who thought of them as monsters, as abominations, as burdens. He knew from the second he saw you that there was something different about you. Maybe it was your kind and forgiving aura, or maybe it was destiny.
