"what even happens in the magnus archives" Everything Happens In The Magnus Archives. it's all in there. you name something that is in any way scary or unpleasant and it's in there somewhere. if you have a niche phobia or recurring nightmare of any kind, no matter how obscure you may believe it to be, then one day you are going to queue up an episode and listen to the intro music play and then they'll read out the title "episode 42069, catching you in 4k" and recite your own personal worst fear Directly into your ear canals, in exactly the words you would use to describe it. the sixth episode is about exploding worm sex that kills you. and then there are 194 more episodes after that.
I’ve just tried digital art for the first time, I think it turned out nice enough.
“It was a small, unremarkable door, painted dark yellow, with a matte-black handle. And it wasn’t there before…It was lit by electric lamps attached to the walls every ten feet or so, and the walls were papered over in a swirling green pattern. Running down the middle of the faded yellow carpet was a rug, black and thick, that disappeared off as the path very gradually curved to the left.”
Great news I’m making my sister listen to the Magnus archives (she agreed to the murder board too 🥰)
If I was an avatar of the Flesh I would simply use my horrifying, body warping abilities to speedrun my transition. RIP to Jared Hopworth but I’m different.

Elias Bouchard more like Elias Douche-ard
Well you see Joe Spooky has witnessed many sinister happenings…
I wonder how freaky you have to be to be somebody like @joespookysstatements
I LOVE HISTORICAL FIGURES IN TMA. MY FAVORITE IS WILFRED OWEN(Mag 007). He really was a WW1 soldier, and poet. His military experience was exactly what was described in the podcast. He was once blown into the air by a shell and landed in another soldiers remains, he was treated for shell-shock, and he died a week before the armistice. His work is considered to be some of the best from the Great War because of how well he captured the horrors :D
So Issac Newtons appearance in TMAGP 19 has sparked convo about the historical figures in TMA, Smirke and Haley, BUT DID YOU KNOW GRIMALDI WAS REAL TOO HE WAS BORN IN 1778 AND IS CONSIDERED THE FATHER OF MODERN CLOWNING
Statement of Joe Spooky regarding a rude awakening: I just got woken up by a very loud train horn which sounded exactly like a calliope organ and for a second I thought I was gonna die in the Unknowing
I made a worm plushie in honor of Worm Wife Jane Prentiss (I know her worms are silver but i didn’t have silver fabric so I went for like ur standard flesh-eating worm)
I’m gonna try to update the design closer to canon constructive criticism would be appreciated :)
I’m just here to talk about the Magnus ArchivesHe/Him
