In the wake of my Astarion edit, I've decided to give all core companions this treatment

I needed this, I’m sure plenty of you will too🌙

here we go—

Amethyst- helps with mood swings and give you a more clear mind

Black tourmaline- “purifies” the negative energy around you, grounds you

Smokey Quartz- helps you overcome and get rid of fears, also grounds you and keeps you focused

Citrine- citrine is just overall super happy, energetic, and mood boosting, how can you be worried when you’re full of energy and happiness??

Rose quartz- rose quartz is the stone of love, happiness, self love, etc, so it’ll balance out those worrying emotions

Blue Lace Agate- provides a sense of calm, and it also boosts your throat chakra, making it extra good with helping with social anxiety!! Plus I think blue stones in general are really calming anyway tbh

Lapis Lazuli- helps clear your thoughts, getting rid of all the worrying ones

Peridot- helps relieve feelings of guilt and heal emotional wounds

Fluorite- fluorite organizes chaos, clear your mind of toxic-ness

Honey Calcite- increases feelings of self worth and confidence

Celestite- can give its owner hope, helps with social anxiety (and stage freight, public speaking, etc), and gives off calming vibrations

Thulite- thulite helps you feel more relaxed in social situations, and will help you feel more enthusiastic about life

Labradorite- will make you more confident when taking action, will make you feel like you have a purpose if you don’t, and relax an overactive mind

Sodalite- calm the mind + relieve panic or anxiety attacks

Moonstone- moonstone is good for relieving stress and stabilizing emotions

I hope this is useful for you people who are a bit stressed right now, or have anxiety :)
