Found some markers and have a lot of free time so hereβs a doodle I made because I was daydreaming about what stars taste like.... My conclusion was powdered doughnuts...

The following foods can help to cure the symptoms of common cold:
β Blueberry:
It has tannins in it that have antiviral and antibacterial properties.
You can make carrot salad with herbs and dried blueberries.
You will need the following ingredients:
β 2 bigger carrots, grated
β 1 cabbage, grated
β 1 bunch of chickweed (Stellaria media)

This smoothie is rich in vitamin A, C and antioxidants.
You will need the following ingredients:
β 100g/ 3,5 oz spinach
β 100g/ 3,5 oz banana
β 1 dl/ 0,4 cup green tea
Blend the ingredients until you get a smoothie.
β Basil:
Basil combats cold and improves your immun system.
You can make basil syrup with peppermint.
You will need the following ingredients:
β 4 l/ 1 gallon water
β 2 kg/ 4,4 pounds sugar/xylitol/honey
β 1 bunch of basil
β 1 smaller bunch of peppermint
β 3 lemonsβ juice
Put the sugar in the water and boil it. Then let it cool down a little. It takes about 20 minutes. Put in the basil and the peppermint with the lemon juice. Blend it with a hand blender. Then pour it into clean bottles. You can drink the syrup diluted with water.

β 3 cm/ 1 inch of chopped ginger
β 1 chili pepper (optional)
β 1 smaller bunch of chopped parsley
β 6 tablespoons of olive oil
β 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
β 1 dl/ 0,4 cup cold water
β salt to taste
Chop and mix the cabbages, the salmon and the onions. Make the sauce from the garlic, ginger, olive oil and water. Spice it, and you are ready.
