there is a point in your depression where you just give up on getting better but you still won’t kill yourself. you just float around in this state of nothingness and don’t notice anything around you because you’re just so numb and you just don’t want to do anything about it anymore

I don't feel very good every morning as soon as I wake up. But i ACT cheerful on purpose. Because one way of feeling cheerful is acting like it. Fake it till you make it.

I hate when people ask me “Why are you so quiet?”

Because I am. That’s how I function.

I don’t ask others “Why are you so noisy? Why do you talk so much?”
