i cannot explain how much i love this tumblr diary. these past 3 days ive been journaling has literally helped me sm. despite the fact that this acc has 0 followers i feel so open and free to express how i feel. i noticed that on my first post it felt so forced and kinda like a school essay, but now i writing whatever tf cums out of my mind IT SO FREEING. ive always struggled with journaling cause i thought it was because i had nothing to say or i would lose motivation but now i know why i always struggled. people tend to miss that YOU HAVE TO ASSUME THE STATE OF THE PERSON WHO HAS WHAT YOU DESIRE.

the more you think something isn't hapenning, the more it's not happening.

does a person who has w great social life THINK ABOUT getting friends all the time? no, but you might. because you're not thinking as they would, you’re not in the state they are in.

does someone who has perfect skin constantly find imperfections on their skin? no.

does someone in a happy relationship always think about getting a text from them and spiral when they don’t get a text back? no.

does someone who wants to be thick think about their lack of thickness (lol) all the time? no.

you need to realize there's nothing to "get" in the first place. you're telling yourself that you already have it and when you tell yourself you have it, you DO HAVE IT because imagination is the only reality.

generally, you have to think from (or interact with) rather than think of (or describe) your desire in your mind.

example: say i want a boyfriend, right?

thinking of would be: he has tan skin, freckles, blue eyes, dark hair, pretty eyes, is a little bit taller, is an animal lover, and is a overall good person. (this is a random example LMAO)

thinking FROM would be: Imagining dates with him, imagining our conversations, imagining how we would generally (inter)act

so yeah. everything depends on you. some people might disagree with this, but the universe/god is within all of us. making you a creator. you create. i create. you create your own reality with your mind. you might be predisposed to something but you can change it.

THE EASY GUIDE TO MANIFESTING: SCIENCE BEHIND MANIFESTATION

I recently came across a girl on Tik Tok who teaches how to 'manifest properly according to science'. She tried to debunk the Law of Assumption - and then when she tried to explain how to ACTUALLY manifest according to science, she literally described the exact process of using the Law of Assumption... So I'm here to clear this up for y'all in a super clear step-by-step guide on how to manifest, where I explain exactly what to do, when to do it, and why (with factual explanations).

1. When you are manifesting something new, you are 'quantum leaping/shifting' into a new reality where this manifestation is true. How do you do this?

2. In order to quantum leap into the new reality where your manifestation is true, you must change your beliefs, aka, 'assumptions' in relation to yourself and the thing you are manifesting. How do we do this?

3. In order to change your beliefs, you must access the subconscious mind and 'install' the new belief, as your subconscious mind is where these beliefs are stored and where your reality is projected from. How do you access the subconscious mind?

4. You access the subconscious mind by visualising and/or affirming when you are in SATS (state akin to sleep), aka, when you are in the theta brainwave state. What is this state and when are you in it?

5. Healthline.com states that we are in SATS/theta state when we are 'in a very deeply relaxed state of mind; a state that some may describe as “autopilot.”' You are in this state when running on autopilot during the day when you are awake, but especially when you are falling asleep and the first 30 minutes after waking up. What do you do when you are in this state in order to change your beliefs?

6. You can:

Affirm: Affirm up to 3 sentences that imply that you have your desire and your wish is fulfilled.

Visualise: Visualise a short scene, only a few seconds long, which implies that you have your desire and your wish is fulfilled.

Listen to submiminals/affirmations: Record yourself saying your affirmations and (if you wish) use simple software to set it to binaural beats in the theta pattern, aka, music in the theta pattern, to help induce the theta state. This music can be found on youtube.

As you do these things, simply attempt to access the physical and emotional (if you can) state within your imagination that would be felt if this were true.

7. You must mentally embody the version of yourself who has your desire in your day-to-day life. How do we do this?

Train yourself to more strictly think thoughts that you would be thinking if you had your desire. This is what we call the 'mental diet'.

Ensure you also add affirmations for your self-concept. This is because the version of yourself who does have your desire as a firmly cemented and stable part of their life would be extremely relaxed and confident about its presence and existence, as well as their worthiness, deservingness, and ability to actually have this desire.

8. As a result of shifting to a new belief and a new version of yourself in a new timeline/reality where you have your desire, you will begin to naturally act like the version of yourself who has the desire. This will mean that you will begin to naturally take 'inspired action' towards your manifestation. This cannot be forced. Inspired action is action you take that you are unaware is contributing to the sequence of events that will lead to your manifestation coming true.

9. The law of assumption states that your 3D reality is simply a reflection of the beliefs within your subconscious mind. Once you have changed your belief and have persisted in consistently embodying the version of yourself who has their desire, your subconscious mind will begin to shift your physical/3D reality in order to bring your manifestation to you. How does this take place in the 3D?

10. In the 3D, a sequence of events, (known as the bridge of incidents) will begin to take place that you may not be aware of behind the scenes (that you may also unknowingly contribute to through inspired action). This bridge of incidents is the transition between realities, where you are shifting from your old reality to your new reality.

11. The transition period can occasionally include a 'purge' of old beliefs which oppose your desire, because sometimes in order for the 3D to shift from one reality to a completely different one, your old beliefs will play out in order to disappear for good. The purge can come through struggles with sticking to your mental diet and battling with opposing thoughts, or simply the desire itself being 'hot and cold' or presenting itself in a way that opposes your ultimate goal, which may tempt you to give up.

12. This bridge of incidents and transition period is what will bring about the logical formation of the circumstances around your manifestation, in order for your transition to the new reality to make logical sense in the 3D.

13. Your manifestation finally occurs in the 3D in a way that you probably never even expected, but worked out pretty logically and perfectly. You have successfully shifted into your new reality! Congratulations!

And that, my friends, is how manifestation works, and what you need to do in order to get whatever it is you want. The key is persistence, knowing that the 3D is never final and is only reflecting old beliefs, and not allowing anything outside of you to influence your trust in the inevitable manifestation of your desire.

neville says "change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live" AND "believe that you are which you want to be"

from these two quotes we can deduce that states manifest. this is why you don't need methods, you don't need a full moon or positive water. all you need is yourself and your imagination!

what did you do to perfect your sc so fast omg??

Okay so here’s the highly anticipated explanation of how I, Hera Huxtable, acquired my self concept within 24 hours. It’s a bit of a personal story tied with past association so if you’ve followed me for some time you’ve likely heard of these two and I swear they’re both relevant to my self concept story. I've never explained it to this extent though.

To vaguely discuss the past association I connected this instance of acquiring my self concept to the time I decided I was that bitch out of the blue and persisted in that assumption (I can tell you wholeheartedly that this is the reason why I have never struggled with being insecure physically) but I'll talk a little more about this later.

Moving onto the personal story I discovered the law of assumption around late July/early August right and I kinda sorta knew about the God thing but hadn’t really dived deep into it. This also came to be around the time my best friend and I came to the decision to no longer be friends. When we split I took it quite hard and I made the decision to give myself 24 hours to cry it out be sad about it and move on (it ended up happening within 5 hours by the way) which was a new thing for me because this was way back when I repulsively resonated with the cancer sun title (being an emotional crybaby). And you know what happened when I established that time limit for myself? I snapped. For the first time I simply decided, “you know what? I’m not gonna let myself feel miserable over this any longer and nothing is gonna make me feel this shitty ever again” and with that decision also came “I'm done being a whiny ass victim and I'm done being someone I don't wanna be”. That same week was when I immersed myself in the law of assumption and started learning more by reading Neville’s lectures and like I said I was still relatively new to the God thing and I didn’t know how literal it was, I just knew you could manifest absolutely anything and with that knowledge my peace of mind grew. It was very comforting knowing that I could always get my best friend back if I ever wanted to, which sped up the healing process and I also mentioned that as my self concept increased more and more by the day I eventually lost absolute interest in getting them back and I moved on completely. That same week I also learned about EIYPO and had to come to terms that it was my fault and I was the one who manifested us not being friends anymore all the while it made little to no sense to me because WHY would I want to not have my best friend anymore? But it didn’t matter whether it made sense or not I held myself accountable for it and accepted that I was the root of the issue and the fact that I could also undo it made it less of a big deal to me so it was like ok fine I did it whatever. (You’ll see why I mentioned this bit as well shortly)

That day I decided I had enough of the victim mentality and because of that I have never dealt with spirals, impatience, insecurities or any of that unfavorable stuff. It was just like “yeah I'm that bitch and I always get what I want idc about anything else I'm not accepting shit I don’t want and don’t deserve from here on out”. And of course there were instances that challenged my self concept but I knew better than to let anything from the 3D matter or define me which goes back to that whole confidence angle I mentioned at the beginning because listen I had people that had something to say about my confidence but I never cared and never paid attention so that’s why self concept is so reminiscent of how I picked up my confidence, it was just deciding, persisting and placing myself on a pedestal. You focus on the new version of you that you want to be and you turn your attention away from everything that dares challenge or question that.

If you ever spiral after reading this, I advise you to try a similar approach to my story. Take advantage of all the intense emotions that you’re feeling, decide that it's the last time you will ever feel that way and use it as motivation to sever ties with that old you. See that person spiraling as an image of self that you’ve had enough of. Decide that you will no longer identify with that non serving version of yourself that is quite literally interfering with the version of you that CAN get what they want. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: it always starts with you. You have to be the one to put your foot down and finally decide to stop yourself from continuing to be the source of your own sabotage because there will never be anyone to blame and there will never be anyone to change but self. For once you just need to hold yourself accountable no matter how uncomfortable it may feel because at the end of the day this is something you’re doing for YOURSELF and no one else. Remember that before you make the decision to wallow in the victim mentality once more, my love. I know it can be mildly uncomfortable territory to call yourself out like that especially when you're accustomed to comforting yourself by thinking that the world is the problem instead of you but I promise you that when you choose to make that decision for yourself, you will look back and wonder why you didn't do it sooner. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself and I can assure you it will most definitely be the same for you too ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭

before getting into the void, let's start with understanding what is a state. according to neville, a state is, "an attitude of mind, a state of experience with a body of beliefs which you live by. always expressing a state, you identify yourself with it by saying: “i am poor or i am rich. i am known or i am unknown. i am wanted or i am unwanted."

it's basically how you identify yourself and what are your beliefs about yourself.

what is the void state? void state, also known as the "i am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. void, according to google means "empty space". when you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. you aren't in your body anymore. you're shapeless. don't worry if all of this scares you, the void isn't scary at all. and it's not at all hard to get into. you need to be super relaxed!

you get all your desires into the void easily and effortlessly!

ways to get into the void state :

there are a lot of ways to get into the void. here are some of it :

|•| commanding your subconscious.

you can just order your subconscious to get you into the void state. before sleeping, assume you're gonna wake up in the void, command your subconscious by saying, "subconscious, get me into the void state" and then sleep in the belief that you'll wake up there. belief plays an important role here. PLEASE acknowledge your power.

|•| sleep paralysis.

now, sleep paralysis isn't scary at all. if you assume, you're going to see demons and stuffs there, then you will. that's why change your assumptions and turn them into your favour.

okay, there are many ways to get sleep paralysed, you can either use a subliminal or just stay still for some time (till your body falls asleep, for this you don't have to move at all but only think or daydream) or you can even affirm to get paralysed. here is a subliminal for sleep paralysis.

after you're paralysed, start affirming for the void.

"i am"

"i am in the void state"

"i am pure consciousness"

are some affirmations you can use.

you can even command your subconscious to get into the void.

|•| SATS.

read this post for more information on sats. you can visualize scenes that imply you are in the void/you woke up with your desires after getting into the void. you can even just intend.

|•| lullaby method.

same as sats, but the main difference is you affirm instead of visualizing. like start when you're sleepy, or start earlier if you fall asleep quicker, start affirming for the void, then you'll fall asleep and you'll wake up there!

|•| affirming.

you just stay still and affirm till you get into the void. DON'T MIND THE ITCHY FEELING, don't get tempted by it. it means you're close, don't move at all. instead, focus on affirming.

also, some people feel a lot of itchiness and tingling and some, really not much. so, even if you're not feeling tingly, KEEP AFFIRMING!

|•| my personal way to get into the void !

warning : this works really fast (yep, i'm dramatic) !!!!

1. have an amazing self concept + assumptions on the void which help me.

2. before going to sleep, i KNOW i'm gonna get into the void for sure because it's easy af.

3. lay down and focus on my breathing for a while and relax myself.

4. close my eyes and affirm 10-15 times, "i am in the void state".

5. visualize myself with my desires vividly and feel it real ONLY ONCE.

6. sleep and then i'll wake up there!

what to do after getting into the void?

affiirm for your desires or visualize or command your subconscious, you can do anything to manifest, whichever way you like! it totally depends on you.

so you're wondering why you're still not able to get into the void? if yes, then change your assumptions about the void. main reason why people struggle is because they've put the void onto a pedestal. YOU'RE THE GOD. it's you who has power, not the void state. stop treating it like something you need to achieve. assume you get into the void easily, and it's as easy as blinking. people have literally got into the void in their first attempt, why should it be hard when you know you're the one in control? if you're finding a way to get into the void easily, here's the secret to it. just assume you're a pro at entering the void. that's all you need to do. if you truly believe in this assumption, then i promise you, you'll get into the void just by your intention.

one more reason why people "fail" is because of their shitty self concept. there's a reason why blogs say to work on it. your conception of self moulds the world around you. once that is positive, nothing will stop you. okay answer me, if you're god, why would you struggle with void? i mean you can do literally anything, right? you're not struggling with the void state instead you're just overcomplicating the shit out of it. like all you gotta do is lay down, affirm for the void without moving, and then BAM! you're there. it's that easy. change your assumptions, please.

what to do when i can't get into the void even after multiple attempts? i feel like giving up.

first of all, it's okay to feel like giving up. don't worry, that doesn't make you any less of a god! secondly, work on your self concept + change your thoughts about the void. i told this before, and i'll say this again. you're what makes the void easy/hard. it really does depend on your assumptions. like you're the god, why should it be any hard for you? and, if the void is tiring you, just leave it. there's tons of other methods which are effective + fast!

how do i focus?

my main advice to people who can't focus is try meditating before sleeping (it can be a guided one if you want). now again, meditation isn't important, it's just a way to calm your brain down and it really helps in focusing! also, just assume it away. you're having trouble focusing? assume you can focus efficiently!

how do i have the confidence i'll get into the void after a lot of failed attempts?

remember you're the god and you never fail. remind yourself how you have acknowledged your power and how you have changed your assumptions, so now, it'll be easy as hell for you.

what to do when i can't get past the feeling of floating?

okay, so don't focus on time, firstly. if you keep thinking, "oMg It'S bEeN 2 mInUtEs" then stop! time doesn't matter, okay? and then, KEEP AFFIRMING! or keep doing what you do, you're almost there, i promise you. main reason why you might be feeling "stuck" is because you assume you're stuck! stop. assuming. stuff. which. don't. favour. you.

what's the longest it should take?

depends on your assumptions. WHATEVER TIME YOU ASSUME IT'LL TAKE, IT WILL! that's why assume you get in there in 30 seconds.

do you need the void state to get your desires instantly?

NOO! you can do any method/do no method at all to get your desires overnight/instantly. the void isn't necessary for that. you can just affirm and wake up living your dream life. this method is one of the million ways to manifest! remember, at the end, you're the one in power!

when do we know we're doing it wrong?

YOU'RE NOT DOING IT WRONG. STOP ASSUMING THAT. STOP ACKNOWLEDGING THE UNFAVORABLE THINGS?!&@$_#

how to not fall asleep?

START EARLIER! and before going to bed, start thinking about how you're gonna enter the void. have thoughts like, "i am gonna get into the void tonight!!", " the void is so easy, let's get in tonight" i get how disappointed you might feel when you wake up after you fell asleep by mistake, but this will help, i promise!

how would i know i'm in the void?

1. you won't be in your room anymore.

2. your surrounding don't exist that's why everything around you would be pitch black.

3. you're not in your body.

4. you can't hear anything.

nothing. keep affirming, it's okay if that happens, it really doesn't matter. focus on your affirming!

is lucid dreaming void as well? can i manifest through it?

nope! lucid dreaming is way different than the void. the void is literally NOTHING. you're nothing. everything around you, it's nothing. pitch blackness. literal VOID. and yes, you can manifest through lucid dreaming. assume that you can and you will be able toto manifest through that and it'll be as instant as the void.

a lot of y’all on loa tumblr need to work on y’all self concept. y’all deadass have the worst mindsets i’ve ever seen and y’all will sit there and complain about not getting your manifestations as if that’s anybody fault except your own. i worked on my self concept for half a day and saw improvement in my manifestations instantly & y’all talk about how you’ve been doing this for years with no result. like babe all anyone can say is work on that self concept. y’all put yourself in the victim mind space and go crying to the loa acc and it’s really annoying bc all these acc ever say is mindset is key,self concept is key & y’all ignore that and try and manifest while assuming you can’t manifest

no cus literally a lot of issues a lot of these anons have can be solved with just self concept alone which is why i always tell my followers to do it and its mentioned in almost all my posts. self concept is KEY!

a lot of yall need to start taking RESPONSIBILITY of your manifestations, you control the when/how/whatever of your manifestation. so when are you gonna start owning it? when are you gonna quit the victim mindset and start achieving what you want?

theres so many lectures, pdfs, google docs, videos, posts and blogs out there to help you but you make the final call! do you want to be the hearer or the doer? start APPLYING THE LAW!

you guys have just got to do it, stop the overthinking, stop the logically thinking, stop over-analysing every little thing, stop worrying and just APPLY & DO IT. and if it gets difficult on the journey, don’t take that as a final verdict that you cant manifest. its okay to struggle, its okay to fall down and cry, its okay to restart and try and try again. what matters is you still having that ounce of determination left to manifest what you want.

together pangea + boredom

today has literally been a pretty boring day. it felt like the day just kept DRAGGING on and it would never end (until it did)

but i really didnt do much. i mean i sang and i practiced my guitar for <5 minutes which is pretty laughable. when i was singing i decided to record it and my recording sounded pretty good, all i need is a couple more days of practice and then ill sound sm better :’) .

anyways ive been listening to together pangeas DYE album cause if im going to see them live (crossing my fingers) i need to know their discography like the back of my hand. overall id give it a mid 7/10 (ok mr fantano) the songs were pretty good i wasnt a fan of the ones that sounded like they belong at a bible belt state daddy-daughter slow dance, but other than those its a pretty good album. i really under-appreciate TP’s music. my personal favs from DYE were “marajuana” “rapture” “wanted out” “somehow” and “ghoul” yk that one episode from bobs burgers where jimmy junior and his country ass friend create a new school anthem, thats the vibes i got from this album. rapture and somehow really make me want to dance like a character from charlie brown.

the third thing was that i started to find ways to get more service hours. its pathetic that im a sophomore and i only have 8 hours. and the person who does the whole service things barely lets us know about the easy ones like making cards and shit. like HELLO, i would have way more hours if you gave me stuff i wanted to do. ig this defeats the whole purpose of service but hey those little care packages and cards i make really help people out so i don't want to hear it. i found this homeless shelter i can volunteer at (thats if they reply to my email) but its so close by its literally only 4 minutes away. all i really need to do is help make food plates, serve dinners, and sort and stock stuff; its a really easy job and it’ll rack up the hours in no time.

my mom came back from work and her secret santa gave her such nice goodies. she got her the 16 pack ferrero roche’s (which i took ofc...well she gave them to me) and a nice smelling candle. because moms secret santa gave her a candle she wants to give her secret santa a candle, i told her she should do it but she already got her a mug and a $25 giftcard i think giving her MY AEROPOSTALE CANDLE thats smells amazing btw is going a little bit overboard.
