Driving in Colorado Park (1981) [2020]

Just for context . We were going throughout a national epidemic to a global pandemic . And when it touched France some months later , they decided to close all frontiers and probably for the first time in history of France , installing a national lockdown but also the longest one they ever did. So when it hit Reunion Island (where I live) , we go in lockdown for five months straight . And since I am still at school , they lock all schools . So for most of the adults that went through this lockdown , it was not easy cause they had job that requires to go out of their homes . But the problem is that some companies paid you even if you where at home not working , and some don’t paid you so you were struggling finding a single dime . But for students , this was a dream come true. Not coming to school for straight up five months was a luxury. And for us (students) it was a satisfying moment to just thinking tomorrow was supposed to have school but we are in lockdown so we stay at home . And me I was experiencing this phase of what is to really free . To never be under someone law , to have full freedom . To have a peace of mind and never have to worry about tomorrow . It’s like living in The Shining hotel which is from this movie I based this drawing . But to crash this fantasy… virtual classes… yep virtual classes. They are so freaking annoying , the teachers count the absences , the work you give them they rate them like if are in a real class this is a little bit the goal of a virtual class. But at some point the National Education decided to put kids at school again and arranged that they are never gonna closed the schools again in case of a epidemic . And the scientists were sure that kids would not have any symptoms of Covid if they got , and with this said , they decided to send us to school .But the problem is that that young people that never had symptoms still have the Covid and so the older people that lives under the same roof however did not handle Covid well . Most of the elderly people died during this pandemic and we still send kids at school carrying Covid in them and not even paying attention they got it . So they decided to reopen school , I did not go , cause that was way out of hand to go out and earn something that you did not ask for . The only times I did go to school was for giving back books that we bought for studying (which I have a pretty little story to tell about one of those books but i keep that for later) and the other was for diploma regarding road safety certificate. At the time I did not know what was having Covid was really like. It took me two years later to know what having Covid is like . I got the fever symptoms an nausea. But looking back at it , it was a pretty nostalgic time and knowing that it will certainly never happen again , makes me realizing that every moment deserves to looking back one two time . But as far as today , I learned that not everything is infinite and whenever something was impactful in life either positive or negative, we have to move on in life , going forward and trying to forget the negatives ones and keep focusing on the good ones and trying to find a lesson out of these.

Thursday morning moon halo spotted at 5:30 am. Thursdays are easily not my favorite days , at some point I used to call them “Event Horizon” cause usually the things that never happened the beginning of the week will trigger at Thursday. And it can be anything from unexpected joys to suspect sickness to a teacher who is (never) satisfied with the work of their students (me included) and starts having a mental breakdown. But I never expected an moon halo in my entire life. I only knew there were sun halos but moon halos are really rare. We don’t got a sense of size but it was so large that it couldn’t fit on my screen , that’s why I started taking the roof or trees to have a sense of the size. To just say that , it’s still not my favorite day. That’s it.

Keep remember that I have a second account on what I post papercraft cars that I conceived, cut , glued and assembled to make it look like a car called Grand-Fractura Lexact (grandfracturalexact1970 for the search algorithm).

I planned to make storm chasers SUVs, road legal dragsters , both Bresilian and Latin America cars and the main goal of that account , make the most European cars as possible. I already case checked the one above which is my favorite⬆️. Can’t say that there might be some Japanese on the way , who knows? Maybe the Australians?

Contemplating sunrise (2021)

This was at a time where I thought I didn't drew very well . Even most of the time thinking about buying some acrylic paint pack for doing better at this. But I kept that to myself thinking it was just a dream . But I did finishing drawing this at some point. So some day after this , I was in art . Some students already know the teacher because they had him the past two years. I remember this well cause (lets just say , its recent as the It's Gonna Suck All You In) but this was literally some months ago . Usually I'm not the guy who wants to be friends with the teacher type person or at least I am not showing it . I stay in my corner and doing Moindre's stuff . I don't show to everybody my pictures cause I don't want them to see that I want to be famous or popular in the class , I let them being surprised by what I can do rather than showing to everyone what I am capable of. This is a technique that result in me being a kind of "Mysterious kid" adding the fact that I am shy. If somebody have a sudden interest in me , this is their choice. And this is what happened with my art teacher . He probably saw me not talking and being silent and respectful so he decided to come at us (at our table). I was in front of the table , I always sit in the front the class to kind of show that I am not like the students of my class . So my friends were sitting normally at the table , while I sit at the same table in front of their table but in reverse so we are basically face to face cause there is a another table in front the class but its occupied by pencil stuffs which explains the reason why I am face to face with them. While we were working , the teacher (who is legitimately the coolest and nicest teacher of our class along with another one) decided to come at our table to discuss . I was still working but at the same time being respectful to the teacher . And one my friends tell me that I drew good and he need to check it out . My two drawing pouch were already on the table and the teacher told me why I did not engage in school arts . I said nonchalantly "I don't think I have the proper level to be an artist" but the teacher said "Come on , everybody can be an artist , so stop saying you don't have the level". And he started opening one of the pouches and this drawing was the recent one . He was impressed and he knew that with all of those picture that I was a car enthusiast , but he was impressed with the ones with the characters . Because he worked on animation before , and if I remember correctly he worked in a fan video of Dragon Ball or Naruto possibly One Piece too . At the same time I was working on a comic book so hear those positive reviews , gave to me one hell of boost to finish a page of my comic. And it make me happy that touches every people from different ages and everything . This drawing was in my head and I explained to a mate of my class that sometimes when close my eyes , I have some kind of visions even if my eyes are open . And this was supposed to be an other picture connection but I think its good sometimes to be stock picture . I just love waking up early (I usually do this when i'm going to school . I don't live far from school , I just have to walk up the street and I'm already there, but they changed the hours). And its always a relaxing experience to watch a sunrise , its like you're are the only one on this planet and with the song of the birds singing . I don't know its just beautiful that sometimes you don't have words. But I am close to the city centre so its pretty common to have the sounds of busy a busy city and it's kind of ruining the experience , you see ? But there is some Sundays where its completely quiet and just just have the sound of the ocean crashing in the distance with the sound of singing birds .

Appreciate every good moment for turning them into good memories .

A little time lapse I’ve made during occasions . It was when the ashes of the Tonga volcano finally reach where I live. Since this day , we’ve got regularly amazing sunsets and sunrises when before it was totally boring to go out during sunset (specially when you live behind a range of mountains) .Addition to that ,here’s some photos of those events

It's Gonna Suck All You In (1995)[2021]

Even though it's written 2021 , I actually finished drawing this in 2022 (some days before this publication).

Tornadoes are dangerous by nature , so for me who haven't saw a tornado in my entire life , I don't know how I would react. Because the tornado threat from where I live is very low. But that doesn't excuse the danger to be near by them. I always got a fascination on these natural disasters , it's a small cyclone , we can see this the twister by our very own eyes rather than using a satellite to photograph them and plus , you can actually go inside and fly in the air and close your eyes minutes after(I was kidding).

But this picture is one of many stories (to not say probably upcoming comics) that I loved to think hard for this. The title is not what you'd expect when there is a twister movie, usually the titles goes like this : Twister(1996),Twister(1989),Black Storm (2014) and these are the only example that I know. But the word "suck" in the storm chaser vocabulary means being drafted inside a tornado. So please don't complain about the title. And I also noticed that there is zombie tv show who goes by the name of All Of Us Are Dead (2022) that is really familiar to the name of my picture , at the time that I did that It was late 2021 and the original title of my pic was called Its Gonna Suck All of you , that was my idea and I did not stolen the title even being inspired from him , if you want scream stolen or copy , doesn't matter for me but that was my idea .

So with that said lets get into the synopsis

Synopsis: Raphael Macini , a very well experimented storm chaser, live by selling his photos of twisters. In May, the conditions are perfect for the formation of supercell storms and potentially tornadoes. Raphael will do anything to sending probes in a tornado. Even if he had to go near, cause he wants to gathering data about: speed of winds, their path and their speed of movement. For better prediction and anticipate their path, and probably saving peoples lives.

Overall presentation: A fictional 90's fan footage movie recorded entirely with 90's camera and a 16 milimeter.

By the way , there's a new storm chasing video game coming soon that I wanted to share with you , it goes by the name of OUTBRK. It's a multiplayer storm chasing experience , you can even drive the Dominator in the game (because why not!).

Pretty much what we had in 2014 with the game Storm Chaser .

1971 Dodge Charger Driven on the Beach (2017) I think it's the first time that I did a drawing so good that me it looks real . That was at a time when I loved the third gen Charger specially after watching videos of it in gran turismo 2 (note that I had the game and did not finish because my mom sold the ps1 to someone along with the ps2) . So I was a real fan of this car at that time . Even draw it when my class were in sport that even the teacher ask me to give her the picture and said this is beautiful . But my mates (who doesn't like old cars) thought this was a dodge viper . This is by far the most realistic pic I ever did (I regret doing the sky). After this drawing , the other drawings didn't reach this level .

Need For Touge(2018)

An intense initial d fan art . No story for this drawing just a me tried to draw a Need For Speed Carbon themed fanart. It was at a time where I loved so much the vibe of Need For Speed Carbon . I just loved putting trance tracks on the videos and sometimes putting some old eurobeats on them . It was just magic . But now that have Nfs Carbon , I can totally blasting those songs . PyxisBoys (2018)

Oh boy!! Nostalgia kick hard . I remember I was in my late college years and I had an obsession with neon on car wheels or just neon . I guess I just love light in the darkness , and that's the reason why I draw a lot of drawings in a very light up city . Just a simple street light in a street is enough for me . In fact this obsession was here since my childhood . To just be able to control the light at your own wish, this is why I kept spending time on website like kaspersky cyberearth (or recently renamed Cybermap). But lets back to the main point of this subject . Three boys discovered the power to go as fast as they can and fly by a strange meteorite that when they let their bikes in a junkyard , strikes near where their bike are parked . (Yes I sucks at making scripts but I was in college). Even the name itself PyxisBoys is named after the chillwave artist "Pyxis"(that its no me behind but still worth checking his songs). This script as no plot at all , (it looks like a E.T knockoff) just to tell you that I blame and criticise my past self and I love it sometimes . It happened that I was at my last year of college and I was in the duty room on my own without my other mates , with other students and , I decided to draw like every time I am in the duty room , and usually (I will get more in the details in a next post) students if they had nothing to do rather talking to their partner , decide to look around the room . And it happened multiples times , turn back and seeing me drawing with such a professional way (that even some teachers were interested to check my drawing pouch) and asking me to give them my drawing pouch for them to check it out . People seeing my drawings says everytime «Is it you that drew this»? And I always respond yes its me . But that day was different . Usually I do not give a care about girls even of my own class and purposely avoiding them but , there were two girls younger than me sitting in front of me . So kept drawing like everyday and for some reasons they know my name (because I knew a friend of her class) decided to turn around and saw me drawing . One of the girls asked like every people that see my arts for the first time said «Did you drew this»? And i always say yes. And they were contemplating my arts that they even said «woah,its beautiful»!! And to be honest , every people that said it , her was actually the most sincere I've heard. Resulting of her asking me to give to her my art . And since this day , I wonder what happened to this picture , but before I could give her this art , I had the time to scan it resulting of this post . You have less probability to search this drawing in the us social networks . In the French however you might have chance (feel free to message me if you think you find it).til this day , this is one of the only proof of the PyxisBoys I have in my gallery , the other are just sketches. But don't worry guys its not lost forever , I can still try to draw it even better.

Baywatch(2019)

this drawing is not a movie poster but a representation of some florida's condos , and the original Baywatch drawing was supposed to have a point of view way closer to the baywatch house. But I decided to get a little further for capturing the towers an the palm trees . I think to really capture the Florida feeling , you need to add those palm trees and fill it with some condos , it's also really important that if you plan to paint a Florida beach , you need to know that (most of us will probably drawing a Miami beach) not all Florida beaches are tainted yellow . For example I was inspired by the west coast of Florida but the difference here is that the beaches in the west coast are colored grey sand , but I made the mistake to make them yellow . (My bad).

Get Faster(1990) [2016]

A very intense fictional movie poster that deserves it's own movie . Synopsis: A school bus driver have to transport children to school . Sometimes the bus takes the highway for avoiding city traffic saturation. But this time , an imposing semi truck get dangerously closer to the bus...

Overall presentation : a late 80's movie based on the first steven Spielberg movie "Duel" . With some aspiration of speed and a production close to the level of a PM production (PM Stunt Fan youtube channel , not mine) but way better .

Here's what I promised . Just feel the gap between the two arts .

For the third installment , here's the Night Drive (2016) the first and the original . Just like I said yesterday , i'm gonna explain you the concept of those two drawings . The reason is simple and you don't have to look further . It's not a movie poster , either a fan art of an already posted content . It's just supposed to be an album cover for a mix of music , the music styles are majority chillwave and vaporwave and I think the YouTube channel "Electronic Gems" is great promoter of those songs (I do not own the youtube channel but check it out you won't get disappointed ). The car you see here is late 80s chevrolet caprice coupé . The inspiration behind this is that one time I dream of this scenery (but in my dream it didn't look like this completely) the car would have to go up an hill and the city lights or the skyscrapers would be behind the hill and on top of the hill it would have the bus stop with the the bus stopped picking the passenger . On the far left of the Night Drive pt.2 (2020) you should be able to see a glimpse of some containers . For me I really have a great time of drawing both of them , especially this one . I showed him this and (probably seeing the reflections on asphalt) replied "Maintenant je me rends compte a quelle point tu dessine bien". Which means "Now , I see how well your so good at drawing". If you want my humble advice . I much prefer the reflections of the second part but the reflections of the original just for the

Night Drive pt.2 (2020)

I don't remember if I did it in 2020 or 2021 . Yeah because I already did another art of this back in like 2016 or something . And they both looks the same but they are two different cars . This car is actually a 1970 buick wildcat 2 door . In a few days , I will post the first part of this and explain you the concept behind .
