I hate doing this so much. Like it literally makes me feel like shit…but I really need help. I live in a very small town now where there are minimal opportunities for work if you don’t have a college degree or know the family that owns the business you are applying to work to (also a lot of the places out here are very racist and refuse to hire black people). I need help paying a bill. as well as putting groceries in the house. It has been very very hard the last couple months and my depression is really getting the best of me. zola bantu knots ⭐️

hiii im back and here’s my first hair of 2024! it’s a very simple but super cute edit of the base game bantu knots where i have added front and side braids with beads to it! im not an expert on traditional african hairstyles (so pls correct me if im wrong!!) but it’s often noted that bantu knots either originated or were popularized by the zulu ethnic group in southern africa. so, i picked a zulu name (zola) for this hairstyle! enjoy! 💛

I want to spread the word on here about Asian Boss.

They are an independent media company that focuses on the many pressing issues within the global asian community, aiming to showcase the diversity of asia, hosting in-depth interviews to recognize various asian voices and tackle topics such as comfort women in ww2, the importance of sex education, the discrimation towards asians in this time of COVID-19, the dangers of mental health stigma, colourism towards darker skinned asians and anti-blackness in general, the homophobia in our community, and MANY more. In addition to this, they have raised several fundraisers, including one that raised enough money to pay for the highschool tuition of a teen mom in the philippines. They have done so many great things with their platform, but.

Unfortunately, they are currently months away from being shut down due to the lack of funding because of the pandemic. Linked is their video on it where they further discuss the situation.
