honestly because some of the cc creators were showing out very badly like... you look very foolish.

i think this whole early access thing is really shining a light on the true colours of some creators...

on the one hand you've got people who've always been ea or have been for a long ass time turning round and saying you know what? everything's free and i ain't going nowhere cos they love the game, creating and the community as a whole so why would they leave?

then on the other hand you've got people turning round saying "well it's not very clear i'm gonna continue until it is" or "uwu i have bills" or "even more uwu we're being made victims here and being lumped in with the same group who doxxed ppl blah blah and idk if i wanna stay around in a community like that" bitch.. you were never here for the community, you just wanted to make money off the people in said community, so byeeee~, don't let the door hit you on the way out!

Meet Saraya: she was experiencing a mental health crisis. Police came and tackled her. She is 15.

Saraya Rees is a 15 year old biracial girl from Coos County, Oregon. After being abruptly instructed to stop taking her antidepressants by a local pediatrician, Saraya went into psychosis. In her manic state, Saraya poured a small amount of gasoline on the floor. Her parents called Coos Health & Wellness in hope that that would send mental health advisors, Coos Health & Wellness sent the police. While still in psychosis, the officers arrested her, questioned her without her family or lawyers present, charged with attempted murder and assault, and sent her to juvenile prison for 11 years.

ELEVEN.YEARS.

This is not justice.

This is inhumane.

ADF.LY BYPASS TUTORIAL

So I’m probably going to get some heat for this but that’s okay. I am against adf.ly being used at all but in regards to my CC especially. I’m not mad at anyone who uses it, I still love and appreciate you and the work that you do! ☼ But I think that it’s time to find an alternative. Please support the creator that is in the link shown here, she is lovely and makes fabulous CC! ♥

So here is a little tutorial on how to bypass the new adf.ly page that pops up now after the initial page. It comes up after the chrome extension skips the ad but cannot always be skipped by that alone. So with these simple steps you can bypass the whole shebang and hopefully avoid a debilitating virus! :)

Also, any editing of my CC that I find behind adf.ly links will be put on my website under the photos of the image as a direct link to the file sharing service.

So, India is dying.

Look, I know a good number of you are from the US and things aren't amazing there either, but my country is literally on the brink of collapse. So I'd love it if we could talk about that for a minute.

A second COVID wave has taken out the healthcare system. There are no more hospital beds. There's an oxygen shortage. There's a critical vaccine shortage. The Central Government has thrown its hands up and is passing the baton to the State Governments to do what they can.

There are over 16 million covid cases. A record 330,000 new cases reported yesterday - comparable to the US at its peak. 187,000 dead as of today.

There is no plan.

Mass cremations are taking place. The cremation grounds are running day and night and they are short on wood. People are watching their loved ones die while waiting for a hospital bed, and then they're unable to give them the proper burial rights.

Hospitals are overwhelmed. Patients are being confined, two to a bed. They're the lucky ones.

We are on the verge of people dying in the streets.

This is the second-most populous country in the world. The largest democracy. A country that encapsulates over 15,000 years of recorded human history and has endured everything from famine to invasion to colonisation.

We might be at the end. This might be the thing that does us in.

People are dying.

People are dying.

People are dying and there is no plan.

More good news? Variants are popping up. A double mutation strain has shown up. It is resistant to current vaccines. This will not go away. This is the devastation they warned of when the anti-maskers were out protesting the minor inconvenience of covering their face in public.

My country is on the verge of an emergency state. Our government has failed us. This is as dire a situation as it ever could be.

Look. I don't do much with my life. I write fics, some of you have read them and that's pretty much it. I spend my days with my head in the clouds because that's where I like to be.

But two days ago, my grandmother tested positive, had to be taken to hospital and the ambulance caught fire.

She barely made it to the urgent care she needs.

So, here I am, using whatever meager platform I have to cobble this request together. Because I have to do something.
