Well, legalized gay marriage in Japan would be nicer. Especially since the ban was recently declared “unconstitutional” yet there are still laws keeping gay marriage inaccessible (source) (source)
Sk8 TikTok enrages me. Maybe you need to push aside your westernized savior complex and think critically as to why anime doesn’t have explicit queer representation outside of bl/gl (which is gays for the straights btw, and some of y’all need to reevaluate your thoughts on that)

I do want explicit queer representation, believe me, I do. However, the issue isn’t whether or not two anime boys kiss, but more on how society views queer people and how that bleeds into the media, which is a factor that many people tend to overlook because they live in a bubble

hello!! i've wanted to get into doukyuusei for a long time after seeing the movie, but i was wondering how the rest of the timeline goes? i know sotsugyousei comes right after doukyuusei, but does OB come next or is it blanc? thank u so much!!!
Hi there! ^^ Thank you for this ask! Doukyuusei’s timeline is a little tricky, since a lot of important content is spread out over one-shot side comics (like them proposing among other things). I’ll do my best to list everything in order, though for personal reasons I’ll only include the content Sajou and Kusakabe make an appearance in. I hope it helps!

This person had their own translation with the correct wording but tumblr appears to have marked Sajou’s as sensitive content for some reason :T)
