Watcher Skizz, at your (untimely) service!

I actually had a lot of fun drawing this! The concept of Watcher Skizz is new to me but I also really love it because of that!

Here's some progress pics as well, from the base I used as inspo to the final product!

I didn't have the lineart as a separate layer so I dont have that but I would've put that if I did-

Looking back on it, Grian was pretty active in the mcyt rp space back in its high. Which makes a lot of sense.

His whole Minecraft career did start on role plays after all. He was hired primarily as a set builder for crafted movie and later on went to also participate in some videos for rps. Eventually he made wynn craft w two others from crafted movie (heavily involved in writing lore).

While his main channel never featured his rps his very first posts were mainly from ppl from crafted movie asking how he built certain stuff. Most of his rp content is from him participating on other ppls chanels tho like taurtis & Sam.

Nowadays it just feels a bit of a jump scare when new fans r like what my fave was a mc rp person like what???

But also this is Grian. He has the flair for a dramatic. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was like a closet theatre kid. While he no longer rlly does rps like b4 we can still see him lean into lore and improve stuff w his friends. W all his different characters. I do think tho the most lore heavy n involved he had been in a while would be evo smp.

Anyway this all goes to me saying that Grian is a closeted role player.

This is also the final art piece of this post and the result of this poll I did a while ago! I'm really liking this little series too! Not only is it helping me to draw more, but with each one, I'm also trying to do something a little different to get better at using bases so much. Who knows, by the time I'm done drawing everyone maybe I won't need to use bases anymore than just an inspo.

In his Junior year of Highschool, he decided he wanted a new little hobby. He had been working at a coffee shop near the border between his home district, Survas, and a neighboring district, Wynnra, when he had met a close friend of his, Lunaris. They mostly go by Lunar, but Scythe gave them the nickname Crystal pretty early in their friendship, and that's what he calls her. Lunar opened up to Scythe about being a well-known Wynnran vigilante, Storyteller, after a long time of knowing each other, and helped introduce Scythe into the life of chaos and mischief, recommending Martian as someone to help get him trained in fighting. He often went out at night to go on these crazy and sometimes dangerous expeditions, often coming back home late at night and with a few cuts and scrapes. He got a costume before he started based on a recommendation from Lunar, and the media decided his name was Nebula. After he graduated highschool, he got a letter in the mail from the Survas Hero District, saying that he was selected to be a trainee hero in their new-and-improved training program. He was a bit hesitant at first given what he had already been up to, but he had kept his identity well-kept and no majorly identifying features exposed at all times. Scythe decided to accept the invitation and put in his two week notice for his job at the coffee shop, starting the training program just 3 weeks before his first semester at Survan University started. Needless to say, Scythe passed the trainee phase and became an official hero by winter break in his Freshman year of college, going by the name of Lux.

Edit: Have the reference images I used! I think I'm going to try and do this every character, just to show what and where I got my ideas from! I used to find the outfit refs :D (the bottom two I did just use for colors tho tbh-)

will people hear me out on Jimmy/Tango/Skizz...

Tango is hard at work figuring out his redstone, forgetting to eat lunch or dinner in the process, and can only be pulled away by his two dumbass boyfriends physically carrying him away.

Jimmy gets aches in his wings often but luckily he's got Skizz, the master of taking care of others, and Tango, the walking heat pack, to look after him. Tango massages the wings to give him warmth while Skizz cleans and preens them for him.

They're all obsessed with PDA so you can often find them draped over each other, carrying one another, or making out in an alleyway. A small group of other Lifers made a bingo game of the different activities they find them doing in public. Joel always wins, much to his distress.

Technically Jimmy isn't allowed into Hermitcraft, but if Skizz keeps sneaking him in by covering him with his wings and all they do is hide in various bases to cuddle, well, there's no harm in it.

Sometimes Skizz gets a little down about something or other and it's up to the other two to help him. Jimmy and Tango, both awful with emotions, mostly just try to make him laugh. It always works.

They don't cuddle in any particular position, they just all flop onto a bed and entangle every limb imaginable until they're effectively a big ball of yarn.

Jimmy likes picking up Tango and flying him around. Skizz likes picking up Jimmy, who is holding Tango, and flying them both around.
