I like to write a fic one day, but these are some reaction that doesn't follow an order. For example Mel is some it is more compassionate other would kill penelope if she got possibiliy.

First meeting between Penelope and Mel is dream reality, where Penelope is using fates loom to unwearing destinity. She went with name of nobody.

Mel: Nodoby, did you do something to Circe?

Nemesis: It is something witches usually do. The queen of Ithaca is a witch now, why is she not allowed?

Melinoe: First she stole our arts, second she used against a fellow witch.

Nemesis: I don't believe witches has never been fighting each other. You are angry because she gives a perfect retribution.

Mel: Why did you think that fake witch has given just retribution.

Nemesis: Circe has abused of her power for years turning rivals in monsters, people who reject her in animals, and unlucky sailors in cattle. They have to feel helpless, trapped in cage that was their new bodies.

The weaver by making Circe a prey that was chased by predators was only way she could understand her actions.

Mel: Despite Circe came back in her truth form she is still so scared and anxious ...

Nemesis: Like people she hurt. That is retribution.

Mel: I have some question on Penelope, why nobody mentions it a capable warrior. I hate to admit but she is giving me problems when we face in dream reality.

Odysseus: She is a Spartan princess, here women learn to use weapons. Her favourite weapon is dagger.

Mel looks Odysseus ‘ dagger in his hard but decided to leave for moment.

Zagreus has spent years imagining the moment he faced Demeter head on. He always imagined he'd be calm, but he'd never imagined her attacking one of his priestesses. Not Eliana, who first spread his name amongst the mortals, who created his first orchard, who's spent decades faithfully serving him.

"What's your problem?" he snaps. "If you wanted to talk to me that badly, you just had to ask."

Her shock is giving way to fury.

He feels a hand tugging insistently on his tunic and looks down to see Eliana half kneeling, keeping half an eye on Demeter even as she whispers, "Prince, what are you-"

"Go inside," he commands, softening his voice just slightly in the face of her fear. He knows that fear is for him. "That's an order, Eliana."

She presses her lips together but lets go, giving him a shallow bow and retreating to the safety of the temple.

"You liar," Demeter snarls, ice swirling around her in her rage. "You said you couldn't leave the underworld!"

"I can't move unencumbered," he says, his own anger burning as hot as anything in his father's domain. "But among my people and on my land, I move freely."

This earth is soaked in blood. The plants growing around them have been carefully cultivated for almost as long as he's been coming to the surface. His power is inside of him and all around him and he feels it itching under his skin, begging to be used, to return blood for blood.

Can we get something straight here about Penelope and this whole “Spartan” thing?

Sure, we all know Penelope was from Sparta (well, technically), and we’ve all seen enough 300-inspired pop culture nonsense to think that every Spartan woman must be some spear-wielding, leather-clad, muscle-bound badass. So let’s clear that up once and for all: Penelope was absolutely not that type of Spartan. In fact, that vision of Spartan women is more of a modern fantasy than an actual reflection of Spartan society, and Penelope herself would probably laugh in your face if you tried to pin her down to that archetype.

First off, let’s talk about what it actually meant to be Spartan. Yes, Spartan women had a reputation for being strong, but we need to understand that strength wasn’t defined by throwing a spear or taking down enemies with a shield. Spartan women were celebrated for their physical health and were tasked with producing strong offspring to build the next generation of warriors. They were also responsible for the running of the household when their husbands were off fighting in wars, which meant managing estates, controlling property, and overseeing the everyday operations of Spartan life. So, while Spartan women were not helpless, they weren’t exactly wandering around with weapons, challenging every person who crossed them, either. Penelope’s version of Spartan strength was a little more intellectual, shall we say. For twenty years, while Odysseus was “getting lost” (as one does), Penelope faced down a horde of suitors who were camped out in her house, constantly pressuring her to choose a new husband. Did she pull out a spear and kill them all? No. That’s not what spartan women did. Did she start a war? Absolutely not. Instead, she employed the ultimate weapon: patience. She weaved and un-wove a shroud for years as a stalling tactic, keeping the suitors at bay. Sure, there’s no sword involved, but let’s be real: that takes more cunning than any weapon ever could. Spartan women are not known for fighting, but for surviving.

Penelope’s Spartan roots may have given her the ability to endure, to manage her household, and to outsmart the suitors who had overrun Ithaca, but we’re missing the point if we think that means she was out there battling it out like a heroine from some action flick. Her version of strength was mental, not physical. Instead of wielding a spear, Penelope wielded her intellect, her wit, and her ability to play the long game. If you’re expecting Penelope to start slaying suitors left and right, or charging into battle with a sword in hand, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment.

Pop culture would love to turn Penelope into a spear-wielding warrior queen, but the actual historical context is far more subtle and far more impressive. She was Spartan in the most meaningful sense of the word: resilient, strategic, and damn clever. Penelope did not need muscles at all. She had the power of endurance — something a spear can’t give you.

Zagreus is talking to his mother, standing in front of his father's desk and letting him pretend that he's not listening. It's an almost pleasant conversation, Persephone telling him of how well the courtyard is growing and his father almost smiling to see her so happy.

Pain erupts around his shoulder and screams fill his mind.

"Fuck," he says, gripping his shoulder even though the pain isn't his own.

"What's wrong?" his mother asks, fluttering around him.

He looks up to find his father's eyes on him, something that might be concern in there.

"Fuck," he repeats then vanishes. He doesn't have the time to come up with an excuse, to go through his rooms. He needs to get there now.

He appears in his temple, marble columns and an eternal flame, vined and fruits carved into nearly every surface. Eliana stands there, tears on her face and blood pouring down her side. He goes to her first, placing his hand over the wound and taking the blood as tribute, sealing it closed and leaving her gasping in relief.

"Attacking another god's priestess is not permitted," he says tightly.

The shock is plain on Demeter's faze. "Zagreus?"

Like the link has stated, the animators are artists too, they want to be able to release work that they themselves are proud of, but their scenes are pretty much js getting cut out to meet deadlines, and not to mention the low pay and work conditions.

At the risk of someone else stealing my idea, does anyone know what the rules would be about starting an EPIC fanzine? If it's going to be for-profit, even if all profits go to charity, would I need Jay's permission first, you think? Or would it be okay to just host one that's entirely free to avoid any legal issues?

We all know that shidou is tanned, right? Also, he has great fighting skills, great reflexes, good space notion and is known for his acrobatics. Also, he does a lot of bycicle kicks. Do you guys know which place puts all of those together?

THE BEACH. Shidou comes from Tokyo, and even though there aren't beaches there, there are some close. Beach soccer is a common sport here in Brazil, so I can say confidently that he could come from a beach soccer team, that's why he didn't play in a team in hs like all the other players. Also, he probably also played street football with strangers, that's why he openly praises other players' plays, since it's very common during this games.

I just wanted to know if yall think this makes sense.

You know, the first time seeing this image reminded me of something.

So Shidou's favourite anime slash manga is Chainsaw Man, right? And he also has some similarities to the main character Denji, right?

It reminded me of this panel.

Besides this, his favourite dish which is yukhoe doesn't seem too hard to make either. A lot of the recipes of the dish I've seen usually have 5 or less steps. (Or maybe I'm a bit stupid because I too am not the best chef either.)

I'm not gonna go dive too deep on analysis but there's some pretty interesting implications on this if you think about it. Adding onto the fact Shidou's favourite dish quite literally translates to raw meat, yuk (육) meaning meat and hoe (회) meaning raw.

Is yukhoe his favourite meal because it's the only one he knows how to genuinely cook and put effort to? And how he says eating it makes him feel like a carnivore makes me feel like yukhoe is not the first time he's eaten raw meat before. Has anyone ever taught him how to cook before or did he like Denji had to learn from scratch and attempt to make meals with the only limited ingredients he had in his house? Did he even have the chance to eat good food as a kid?

There are so many questions I have to this trivia.

And yet Kaneshiro has yet to give us an answer to any of it. What does it all mean, Kaneshiro? What are you trying to tell us right now?
