My routine this weekend got messed up by unexpected stuff which was unpleasant and made me unhappy but I still drew this raccoon dog/tanuki and it helped a bit
This probably looks crude but the spray tool is fun so whatever!!!
Eater of Anomalies!!
An old OC concept I had years ago but never got around to drawing until now!! She's an ambiguously-defined arthropod mimicking much of the morphology and behaviour of a mantis, but isn't even an insect; her raptorial forelimbs are in fact two pairs of partially fused limbs. She eats anomalous entities of some eldritch variety oh wow!!!
(She may or may not appear much later down the line in my webcomic, oh wow!!!! As a bugkin also wish I had her form so badly ahh!!)
Another POSCA sketch
Redraw of this
“There’s beings that seem to be drawn to dying Tower Beasts…?”
(Felt like painting something moody with one of my foxes, yayyy)
In the Autumn we become anew
Oh wow, I’ve actually not heard/seen many recordings of red foxes making these kinds of growl-like vocalisations they are capable of before. Really fascinating footage!
A new (and sadly mangy) fox turned up last night and The Unit was not happy. Managed to capture one of the few vocalisations I've never got on camera before: a growl!
Red foxes don't really growl in the way dogs and wolves do, but an unhappy fox will occasionally make a guttural rumbling sound that's basically the fox equivalent of a growl. It's one of the rarer fox vocalisations to hear so pretty happy to have got it on camera!
This is also quite an interesting piece of footage as the other fox is female and it's pretty uncommon for male foxes to show aggression/hostility towards females. I wonder if it's because she has mange as I have noticed foxes can be more hostile towards mangy ones to try and drive them away.
Something appeared in that house and started talking, they were powerful but felt oddly insincere.
(Featuring Act, my sad border collie dog character who will debut in the next episode of my webcomic :3)
All the stickers I made for March!! 🌟🍀💚 Wishing everyone some lucky days.

Sometimes, you just have to paint a silver white mark fox! What is she looking at? I don't know, you can decided that if you want to
I've seen photos of cherry red morphs before, but I was not aware of the name they are typically referred to by until now. This is really fascinating!!
Species: Red Fox (Vuples Vulpes)
Color Morph: Cherry Red (AABB)
Possible in nature: Yes
Cherry Red is just a variation of the natural red fox color. The easiest way to identify a cherry red fox is the deep red color and the lack of white fur in the inner ear.
