(*whispers* i know this probs doesn't make sense plot-wise but i can't help imagining bill using mabel, who is - mentally/spiritually - now trapped in her mindscape or wish bubble which consequently leaves her physical body unprotected n "unconscious", as a means of leverage or smth over the other pines family just in case. then when bill interrogates ford over the weirdness magnet equation n doesn't get answers despite shocking him a lot, he just takes a u-turn to the Psychological route n takes advantage of mabel's pretty-much-comatosed body, taunting ford n making him feel Extra Guilt over "dragging his niece into his messes" and "not protecting her" so the old nerd will be too weak emotionally n psychologically to keep up w not telling bill the equation for the weirdness bubble. bc bill is a thorough 3-sided jackass like that. *whispers*)

After becoming human again, Cole was able to see (specifically out of his left eye) and hear ghosts ; sometimes he accidentally ignores his friends thinking they're the local ghost milkman

His sclera is greener since being a ghost

Water lowkey hurts; has to Cole MacGrath his bathing habits

After using the Spinjitzu Burst, the scars on his arms became permanent

Has a second mentor in Yang; dabbles a bit in dark magic and still uses airjitzu; isn’t negatively affected by it due to his time as a ghost

Becomes Arin's second semi-mentor following the kid's interest in utilizing Shatterspin (i haven’t seen s2pt2 yet)

Should he die of any unnatural reason, he will become a ghost and can (hopefully) restore his physical body

Following the events of Way of the Departed, the scar on his face spread to his chest; it also turned orange

(50/50) After March of the Oni, Cole became a living Realm Crystal as he had close contact with the Rift of Return (and Way of the Departed stuff) and the previous Realm Crystal was destroyed (with heavy restrictions, of course- can't make him too OP); he forgets he can do it half the time as it's not something he's particularly happy about

Oftentimes visits his dad to make up for lost time

Purposefully makes himself seem like a bad singer and (especially) dancer; he's actually pretty decent (y'all ever seen Falling For Ya from Teen Beach Movie? he would rock the shit out of that)

Beginning with Cole's grandfather, a curse of incurable via modern medicine sickness plagued his family- there is a cure (it won't affect the next generation), but all the ingredients are scattered across the realms - (explained better, modern illness that just simply is incurable with modern medicine- got the flu because of the curse? tough luck; medicine won't help)

His room in the Monastery is covered in paintings- he even has his own storage full of them

Naturally good with kids (this one is canon but I want to remind everyone of it)

A lot of his close friends are women- after Jay, Seliel is his bestie

He can travel through electrical currents as long as there is an opening- if there's rubber or any good insulator, he can't enter or leave the current (they have slightly cut open the wires in the Monastery for this reason)

Some remnants of the time he was snake are still present- he sheds skin and like to prank the others with it; has fangs and a slight venomous bite (if he so chooses, which he rarely does; does the amount of damage as coming down with a perpetual cold); tongue is slightly forked; lisps a little leading up to the shedding period

In the early days, Zane's ice powers would get clogged in his arms when used; later, in his titanium body, small heaters and proper water disposals were installed

Eyes used to be red, but are now green following his true potential (return to [dark] red in the moments in the show where his eyes are black)

hi!! so, as of now, i don’t plan on returning to ducktales quite yet. i have an elaborate two-part gravity falls fic i’m currently planning out that i really want to create + lots of art for it. maybe after that’s all finished i’ll return to ducktales as i do want to finish project37_loki and nightmare some day. after those are done, maybe i’ll revisit the concept as i had plenty of ideas for it (it was never fully furnished tho lmao).

I'm an incredibly big fan of your Ducktales fanfics and though I am sad that I can't read them anymore as they are hidden now (respect the decision of course. They are your fics and you can do with them as you please) I have been thinking about them quite a bit (Especially Project Loki-) so I just wanted to ask if you'd be willing to give an update of sorts on how far you have gotten with them writing wise or if you have any sort of estimate for when you think any of them will be completed or made public again? Totally cool if your not comfortable with sharing btw, I just really loved them. Your writing is absolutely stellar :)

first off, thank you! crazy to me that people think my writing is that good lmao,, i was just a teen having fun projecting onto ducks

secondly! while i do hope to one day return to all of those ducktales fics i have, it’s hard for me to write for fandoms i’m not currently fixated on- right now i’m very fixated on gravity falls and am currently writing an outline for a two side story that i’m very excited about!!

i made significant progress with nightmare (finished up to chapter seven and a good chunk of chapter eight is done)- but it was an absolute slog to get through as i feel it won’t live up to what people think the story is, plus i feel like it’s… drawn out? and more complicated then it should be? idk after writing the chapter involving the moonvasion (10,000+ words) my excitement for it dwindled and i do not want to rewrite any of it even if i’m unhappy with it,, however! if you’d like to read the second chapter message me on any social and i’ll send you a copy of the doc !!

loki has a full outline, but i never got around to getting that far into it- it was a very ambitious and long story that i did have a lot of legit excitement for (i aimed to make people cry!! and bc i hope to one day return to it so i will not spoil things, but two characters die!! so be cursed to speculate with the material you have 💕) oh, and if you want to read chapter 1&2 of loki again, message me anywhere and i’ll send you a copy of those!!

like water off a duck’s back… there’s honestly not that much hope for that one,, it was always on the backburner and the content is particularly… disturbing and i often wondered if i was going too far with it- i’m an angst writer and i love the dark and the taboo but… yeaahhh- it was funny how the first comment i got on that fic literally predicted the plot tho 😭

i think that’s all the fics that were public? and as for why they were hidden, i just don’t like having unfinished works on my dashboard lmao should i fully write them, they’ll become public again and update weekly, but as of now they are in the void,,

reason they don’t have earth and lightning is 1) i am too attached to cole and jay and 2) by the time opal and synthia’s powers were supposed to be realized, the merge happened, which created new elemental powers (the reason and elements are cringe and stupid i know but listen i came up with it on a whim,,)
