Wanda's powers create illusions. The hex wasn't real the people saw the Sitcom Land because Wanda was mind contolling them.
Billy's powers create reality. The coven wasn't mind controlled by him (exepect that scene after Alice's death). The road wasn't real until Billy made it real. He closed his door but because how his powers work any coven who sings the Ballad will be met with the door.
Billy believes (believed) the road was real, he also believes is the Ballad is the key for the road so now it is.
By the way, since Lilia experiences the entire timeline at the same time and not linearly, she's known her coven for her whole entire life, all 450 years of it—even if she doesn't realise it until the end.
They've always been there, because the flow of time is an illusion. They've always been with her. And as she reads her tarot spread, she realises it.
They're her family.
They always have been.
The gaps finally filled it.
She didn't die in a fake reality to save a group she'd known for 24 hours.
She died to save a group whose presence she's felt in her heart for hundreds of years.
Whose presence she lacked, like a memory she couldn't grasp. Nostalgia she couldn't quite place anywhere. Nostalgia for something you've never even had.
Because she had them.
In the future—she always had them.
And she was always going to protect them.
And even in death—
She's still with them.
Still fighting to protect them.
I just noticed Lilia is the only witch who actually called them a Coven. "I needed you, my coven"
And in the next episode Billy calls Agatha nothing but a covenless witch (and she doesn’t actually denies this).
So was Billy super close with Alice because she was the one who saw both Willian Kaplan die and Billy Maximoff re-borning?
Poor Ralph he's super traumatized by Agatha but i'm so happy we got at least some answers on him
I started watching Agatha All Along. I'm loving the witches vibe of the show so much if it continue to be this good until the finale it will 100% enter my Halloween list. I love witches and i love shows with witches pls Marvel don't ruin it.
Also until proven otherwise i'll consider The Teen is Billy Kaplan/ Billy Maximoff
Is it petty? Yes it is but a really hate that a series about "Greek Gods and mythology" would choose to use a story written by a Roman who wrote so he could defame the two greek gods.
In the actual greek myth Medusa and her sisters were born that way and i really don't see why changed from the original (or why from all of the tales to use choose the roman one)
Medusa was always a symbol of protection already and i really don't see a need to try to paint her as a survivor of abuse bc now you have a bunch of people misinterpreting what her myth was actually supposed to be and now they will have to change or at least expand more on Sally's relantionship with Poseidon and they will have to choose between putting her in two abusive situations or just ignore "Medua's story" (what will make it worse in my opinion)
It amazes me how some people will look at the Blake Lively situation and be like "yeah what happened to her is awful and she is obviously a victim here" but then they see that JB used (to attack Balke) the same PR Firm that JD used on his abuse case and the same people will say "Yeah but Amber is totally the abuser. Did you not see the social media posts during the trial?"
It just shows to me that nothing of this is ever about suvivors and victims and at the end of the day misogyny always win
Saw someone on Twitter today, who is doing something (i'm not sure what) to bring T*mmy back on 911 and in their post they said that he has been a loved character and their favorite since season 2.
I hope that this person is part of the group who only started watching after the kiss episode last season and have not yet watched the older seasons.
Because i can't imagine anyone actually liking him in season 2, where he shows up for 2 episodes where his only job is being a racist, sexist, homophobic person who is part of the group making the lives of two main characters hell just because they are not white man.
Do you guys ever stop to think how much more impactful WandaVision would have been if they had done Wanda's backstory accurate?
Like imagine a little jewish-romani Wanda growing up watching the "american dream" sitcoms, a little Wanda who not only watched her parents die but was also stuck in the house waiting to see if the other bomb would take her and her brother as well.
A Wanda who spent the next 7-10 years being ignored by everyone else, who spent rhe days daydreaming about going to US thinking their life woul be better there.
Then WandaVision (and maybe all of the Maximoff's part on the MCU) could have been a great commentary of how America treat the visible non white immigrants, how the american dream only actually worked to very few of the people. It could have shown the importance of family in Wanda's culture and if they go if the Magneto children route having this series showing how importante family it's to wanda would make the scene of she finding out she's not alone so much more special
Is amazing how the people who complain about "too much drama in fandom now" Are the ones starting all the drama. You don't like some shippers? Block the ship tag, you don't like a character? Block the character tag, you don't like a certain Blogger? Block them. That's why the Block button exist babe for you to choose what shows up to you. And if you're in a algorithm based app the easiest way to stop seeing something is to not interact with it, and I mean don't even comment about how you're in "enemy territorry" tiktok has a not interessed button and a Block button please start using it.
I'm honestly getting exhausted of hearing the same people complain about the same thing over and over again like they're helpless about what they can see in their social media.
