From Crystal Cure
Put them around your home!
Place a protective stone, such as black onyx, hematite, or black obsidian, outside by your front door to prevent negative energies, including burglars, from entering your home.
Place a rose quartz on a table or shelf in a frequently used room, such as a living room, family room, or den, to fill your home with love and harmony.
Decorate with seasonal stone colors.
Put them in your car!
Placing a golden tiger-eye in your car will help to protect you and your car against accidents. Place the stone in a secure place where it will not roll around or get lost. I suggest wrapping it in wire, attaching it to a cord or chain, and then hanging it from the rearview mirror.
Bring them to work!
Place a quartz cluster or purple fluorite cluster next to your computer to help protect you from its electromagnetic field.
Place a smoky quartz on your desk or in your work space to protect yourself against the stress and frustration of your coworkers or clients.
Keep a rose quartz or amethyst with you. When work is stressful, hold it in your hand or rub it with your fingers.
Bring them with you on your next vacation or business trip!
Carry an aquamarine or moonstone with you for protection while traveling.
Clear the air!
To disperse negative energy, use a black or dark stone, such as onyx, obsidian, tourmaline, jet, apache tear, smoky quartz, or hematite. These stones, when placed about a room, home, or other area, work as environmental cleansers that purify the area and protect it from negative energies.
Fight pain!
Lapis, malachite, and bloodstone are good pain relievers. Place them on the affected body part or area of the body until the pain lessens.
Tape a carnelian to your lower abdomen to relieve the pain of menstrual cramps.
For a headache, place an amethyst, amber, or turquoise stone on your forehead, or, if you have multiple stones, place them around your head.
In the case of a migraine, lapis has been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians, if not longer.
Get a good night’s sleep!
Place an azurite, amethyst, or sugilite on your forehead or under your pillow to increase your dreams.
A garnet or amethyst under your pillow will help you to remember your dreams.
A black tourmaline, smoky quartz, or amethyst will chase away any nightmares.
Can’t sleep? Place a rose quartz or amethyst by your bed or under your pillow to combat insomnia.
Get in control of your emotions!
Moonstone, chrysocolla, aventurine, rose quartz, and blue lace agate are all stones that help to balance emotions. You can wear them in jewelry, keep them on your person, or take a bath with them.
Use a rose quartz for emotional healing.
Aquamarine, aventurine, moonstone, rhodonite, and rose quartz are calming stones. Lie down and place one over your heart, or bathe with them, or massage yourself with them.
To relieve stress, worry, fear, and anxiety, use one of the following: aventurine, black tourmaline, black onyx, lapis, sodalite, chrysocolla, rose quartz, citrine, or snowflake obsidian. Use one as a “worry stone”. A worry stone is a stone that you keep with you, and whenever you feel worried, stressed, or anxious, you take it out and rub it with your fingers. You can also wear it in jewelry, bathe with it, or massage with it.
For depression, use amber, smoky quartz or citrine in any of the aforementioned ways.
To help control anger, keep a red garnet, amethyst, snowflake obsidian, or sodalite with you. Take it out, hold it, and rub it whenever you feel the need.
Increase your brain power!
Use citrine, fluorite, lapis, pyrite, or sodalite to stimulate the intellect.
For focusing thoughts and concentration, use citrine, hematite, lapis, black tourmaline, or fluorite.
To bring mental clarity, use sapphire, peridot, or gold (Imperial) topaz.
To increase memory, use citrine, amber, black tourmaline, hematite, or fluorite.
Use amethyst, bloodstone, hematite, or lapis to relieve mental stress.
For help with problem-solving, use green tourmaline, or citrine.
To help with decision-making, use azurite, fluorite, or sodalite.
To use any of these “thinking” stones, wear them as earrings or a pendant, or place them on your desk or workspace.
Spark your creativity!
Carry or wear an amazonite, azurite, carnelian, chrysocolla, or citrine to get your creativity flowing.
Improve your communication skills!
Sodalite, sapphire, aquamarine, blue topaz, and chrysocolla are all great stones for communication. Use them to bring self-confidence when public speaking, to help you to speak up for yourself, to be able to explain things in an easy to understand way, to overcome shyness, to be able to speak more clearly and freely , to be able to express yourself better emotionally, and to improve your relationships by keeping communication lines open. These stones work best when worn as a pendant that hangs close to the throat, but they can also be worn as earrings, or held, or carried in your pocket.
Strengthen your intuition!
To do this, hold a moonstone, chrysocolla, or amazonite to your third eye (brow).
Meditate!
Meditation crystals can be held, placed on the third eye, or placed before you as a visual focal point. These crystals include: clear quartz, amethyst, celestite, apophyllite, charoite, sugilite, azurite, labradorite, and yellow calcite.
To get in touch with your spirituality, use amethyst or charoite.
To gain wisdom, use amethyst, charoite, lapis, sodalite, or sugilite.
To ground yourself (bring yourself back to Earth) after meditating, hold a grounding stone such as, smoky quartz, black obsidian, snowflake obsidian, black onyx, hematite, or jet.
Feel better about yourself!
To increase your self-confidence and feelings of self-worth, use azurite, chrysocolla, aquamarine, ruby, moonstone, or rose quartz.
To raise your self-esteem, use hematite or rose quartz.
To improve your self-image, use moonstone, rose quartz, or pink kunzite.
To learn to love yourself, use rose quartz, rhodochrosite, or pink kunzite.
All of these stones can be held, worn, or carried.
Spread the love!
Rose quartz is THE love stone. Use it to attract love; to increase romance; to strengthen love between friends, lovers, and family members; to make a friendship blossom; to mend a broken heart; and to keep any relationship balanced, peaceful, and loving. No matter what the situation, if it has to do with love, rose quartz is the stone that does it all. But there are, of course, other stones of love.
Here are just a few examples:
To attract love, use magnetite or a tantric twin. A tantric twin (also called a soulmate stone) is a stone in which two crystals, such as clear quartz, amethyst, or citrine, of about the same size are joined together side by side.
To heal the heart, place pink agate, pink kunzite, or pink tourmaline over the heart, or wear as a pendant that hangs close to the heart.
To balance relationships, use peridot or rhodonite.
To increase or enhance loving feelings, use emerald, ruby, garnet, or diamond.
Love stones can be worn, carried, held, or bathed with. Place them throughout a room or home to create a more loving atmosphere. Put one next to your bed to increase romance and intimacy.
Add some spice to your sex life!
Use carnelian, garnet, or red tiger-eye to increase passion, sensuality, and eroticism.
To increase sexual energy and stamina, use carnelian, bloodstone, ruby, red garnet, or pink tourmaline.
Use carnelian to stimulate sexuality.
Use red jasper to prolong sexual pleasure.
Pink tourmaline will release inhibitions.
For lack of libido, use fluorite or red garnet.
Place them next to, on, or around the bed, or wear them as jewelry.
Bring abundance, prosperity, wealth, and success into your life!
For prosperity, place a citrine in the “wealth corner” of your home. This is the corner to the left of and furthest away from the front door. If this is where your bathroom is, do not put the stone in there, otherwise any wealth that you acquire will go right down the toilet!
Wealth comes in many forms other than money and material things. Being surrounded by a loving family can make someone feel wealthy. To bring wealth of any kind, wear or carry green aventurine, peridot, bloodstone, emerald, jade, or pyrite (fool’s gold).
Keep a green aventurine in your wallet or purse to make your money multiply.
Bring good luck!
Wear or carry a green aventurine or golden tiger-eye with you.
Bring a green aventurine with you to the casino. Wear it in a pouch around your neck, keep it in your pocket, or hold it while you are playing.

For this Strawberry Full Moon on June, you can still make great spells during these weekend. Spells about friendship are ideal! (it can also be about breaking them, or making new ones) but this one here is about blessing a friendship. It´s important to make it in the nights close to the time of the full moon, wether its before or after, when the moon is at its brightest and use only candles as source of light.
You will need Dill Powder, 5 things that you both like (it can be between a large group of friends too), and rope or a thread.
First make a circle with the rope and start placing the things around it (not inside) , then spread the dill powder all over them. Once its done, each of the involved have to say why the friendship is important to them.
In the end , both say how long you wish your friendship to last and blow the candles out.

50 Tips for Tarot Novices and Masters Alike!
Always make sure your deck is shuffled and cleansed.
There is no one way to shuffle, find what works for you.
Cards that fall out when you’re shuffling may hold extra important meaning.
Learning from books is good, but use your own intuition as well.
Thank your deck after a reading.
Be sure to charge your cards and be nice to them.
Using a cheat sheet or a book is not a bad thing.
Biddytarot is great for learning basic card meanings.
If you don’t have a tarot deck, you can use regular cards or make your own.
Tarot and Oracle are NOT the same thing.
There are a few tarot apps to help you learn (golden threat, galaxy, etc)
Watch for multiple cards from one suit.
Pay attention when a card follows you through multiple readings, it is usually trying to tell you something.
Find the card that matches with your birth-date/you feel a significant connection to. Use it in personal readings to help strengthen them.
Always be sure you’re using a deck that works for you!
Pay attention to the symbolism and art of the cards.
Interview spreads are great for getting to know a new or old deck.
Divination is not specifically witchcraft and is not always tied to it.
Don’t let anyone but you touch your cards unless doing a reading and you want them to touch them- messes with energy.
If someone besides you does touch them, make sure to cleanse.
Decks have different personalities, don’t be bummed if one doesn’t work out for you.
Be prepared for a deck to get sarcastic and give out riddles.
Keep a journal/notebook/google doc of different spreads. You can even organise them by type.
Daily draws are great, but don’t knock yourself if you can’t do them every day.
Meditating before a reading can help gain clarity.
An easy way to cleanse your deck is to put them all in order then shuffle them again.
Flash cards are good to memorise meanings.
Bonding with your deck can help readings be more accurate. An easy way to do this is sleep with them under your pillow.
Cleansing/charging your deck can be as easy as leaving them in a windowsill, or as intricate as a ritual.
You can have as many or as few decks as you want.
Making your own cards does NOT make you less of a diviner.
Readings are not set in stone, take them with a grain of salt.
Reversals are not always bad.
Upright is not always good.
The death card does not mean death.
Keep a journal to record your readings.
Try to remember one keyword/idea for each card to help you learn.
Make sure your deck fits in your hands comfortably.
If you’re just starting out, use simpler spreads.
Past/present/future is great for beginners.
Amethyst is a good stone to have around.
But, letting your deck choose it’s favourite crystal is also important.
Using a tarot cloth can help keep unwanted energy off of your deck, especially if divining in a public place.
Tarot bags are easy to make, just find a drawstring bag tutorial and edit the measurements to fit your deck.
Playing music while doing readings can help you focus.
It’s okay to redo a reading if you don’t feel it’s right, but keep the first one in mind.
If you practice witchcraft, you can use tarot in various spells.
You don’t have to read reversals!
If tarot doesn’t work out for you but you still want to use divination, try other forms such as oracle, scrying, pendulums, cartomancy, and more.
Practice!!!
To solidify, strengthen, or show gratitude for your relationship
Materials:
3 small taper candles: 2 red (love, sensuality) or 2 pink (love, compassion) & 1 white (purity, or open for whatever other correspondence you’d like)
Rose oil
Red, pink, or white thread
Votive holder
Sugar
Wine: see here for type correspondences. Alternatively, share a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.
Candle adhesive. Alternatively you can drip some melted candle wax onto the bottom of the votive holder and place the candle bottoms in it, holding them upright while the wax dries
Steps:
Annoint your red or pink candles with rose oil by placing 3 drops on each of you and your partner’s hands and rubbing them together, gradually warming up your hands.
When they feel warm, roll 1 red candle between each of your hands until it feels evenly coated.
Tie the 3 candles together and stick them to the votive holder.
Fill the dish with sugar.
Light the candles and enjoy your wine! Use this time to deepen your bond with each other, share as if it’s a first date or turn your knowledge of each other into a friendly quiz.
Complete the spell by allowing the candles to burn down entirely

As a witch who’s always on the go it can sometimes be hard to focus on magical self care. I’m traveling and moving and working with lots of people and life is kind of a whirlwind and I love it but sometimes it all gets to be a little… much. In all of the hustle and bustle my ability to take care of myself and my ability to take care of my magical practice can start to go south. I forget to practice good magical hygiene (such as cleansing and banishing) and I start to feel a little disconnected from the whole thing.
When this happens I like to turn to magical self care! Now, there are two types of magical self care: there’s magic that is used as self care and there’s self care for your magic. The methods I’m about to discuss happen to be useful for both!
Grounding is a vital part of learning to practice magic in a safe and healthy way. The term comes from the process of grounding an electrical circuit. Essentially if an object is negatively charged, grounding allows excess electrons to flow from the object into the earth, and if an object is positively charged, electrons flow from the earth into the object. It’s a method of balancing and equalizing the flow of energy.
Similarly, in witchcraft grounding is the practice of balancing personal energies. Many things can pull us out of balance, emotional turmoil (for empaths it doesn’t even have to be our own emotional turmoil, often we pick up other people’s emotions far too readily!), illness, performing rituals or spells, astral travel, even simple things from our day to day lives can create a state of too much personal energy or too little personal energy.
This can be an incredibly uncomfortable experience.
Symptoms of unbalanced energy:
Dizziness, feeling spaced out, light headed or a floaty feeling
Headaches
Forgetfulness
Misplacing or losing things
Feeling generally unwell or exhausted
Daydreaming and an inability to focus
Sensitivity to light and noise
Feeling over stimulated and nervy
Bumping into things or other general feelings of clumsiness
An uncomfortable sensation of buzzing under the skin
Nausea and vomiting
Pain
Irritability
Insomnia
These symptoms typically become more severe the further out of alignment you are.
It is essential that you learn to ground properly before beginning to practice magic. Often I see newer witches who have yet to learn this skill experiencing unnecessarily strong backlash from their spell work.
Magic is energy! When you move and manipulate energy in such powerful ways it can and will pull your own energy out of balance. Grounding allows you to avoid the unpleasant side effects of spell casting which means a you’ll be a happier witch and have more time and space to practice your craft!
There are many ways of grounding yourself, I suggest you try a variety of methods and find the one that is most effective for you.
Rooting Yourself
This method works best if you are barefoot and standing on grass or dirt. Imagine your energy extending down through your legs and sinking into the earth, becoming roots and burrowing into the soil to trade energy with the earth. Feel the earth’s energy flow up into your body, filling you all the way to your head and then back down and out through your roots. This energy will cycle through you and clear away any excess energy as well as solving any energy deficiencies you might have. Continue this until you feel calm and comfortable.
Laugh
Laughter is an amazing way to release pent up energy as well as building our personal energy from within! Give yourself time and space to have a good laugh, put on your favorite comedian and enjoy yourself.
Food
Nourishing your body can help to reconnect you to your physical self and refuel depleted energy. Sit down for a hearty meal and give it your full attention, this helps to pull you back into your body fully after astral work or other intense spiritual experiences and gives you a moment to rest and relax.
Water
Water is a wonderful conductor of energy, sitting with your feet in a stream, your hands under a running faucet, or drawing yourself a bath can equalize your energy very quickly. Playing in the rain can also equalize your energy but if it’s sunny out visualizing rain washing your energy clean will work just as well.
Go for a walk
Getting out in nature, especially if you can walk barefoot, will allow your body to trade energy with the earth and equalize your energy levels. Walking in nature also helps to build mindfulness and create a sense of ease in your life!
Wind Visualization
Sit comfortably and begin to visualize your energy body. When you have a solid image of it in your mind imagine a strong gust of wind blowing your energy around you, removing blockages, carrying away excesses and refueling any energetic deficiencies.
Exercise
Gentle exercise can help to release any excess energies. Do not ground this way if you feel lethargic, exhausted or in any kind of pain. This method is ONLY to be used when you have an energy excess!
Body Awareness
Simply giving your body attention can encourage your energy to equalize on its own. Take a few minutes to consciously take stock of every inch of your body. Begin at your head, feel your scalp, then move to focusing on each part of your face. Move downward and feel your neck, your chest, then your arms, your elbows, your wrists, your fingertips. Focus on your torso again, now placing your energy on your stomach, feel it move with your breath. Continue this all the way down to your toes. Try to remain relaxed throughout this process.
Let Yourself Cry
Crying or screaming will release excess emotional energy very quickly. If you’re the sort of person who loves a good cleansing cry then this one is for you.
Stones and Crystals
Certain stones and crystals can be grounding. Hematite is particularly good for this purpose.
Play in the dirt
Getting in contact with the earth through gardening or rolling around in the dirt like you did when you were a kid allows your body to exchange energy with the earth. So let go of your adulthood for a few minutes and get in the dirt!
Grounding is a wonderful tool to use but it isn’t a cure all. It’s also not always desirable to be completely grounded! There are certain types of magic that can be hindered by grounding and other types of magic that are simply not energy based and won’t require grounding to be effective.
When working with spirits being too grounded can make it more difficult to connect to the entity
If you’re fueling magic with emotions or excitement grounding beforehand will not help. You want your emotions and energy high in order to perform that sort of magic.
Sigils generally do not require grounding
Any kind of astral or out of body practice will be made much more difficult if you’re grounded beforehand. Ground after this sort of practice, not before
Dream work will be hindered by grounding
Grounding is most often used for post-spell backlash but it can also be utilized in your day to day life to enhance focus and happiness, lessen anxiety and protect you from emotional runoff.
If you struggle with any of the symptoms of being ungrounded regularly you might benefit from adding a few minutes of grounding into your daily practice!
For when you’ve moved into a new living situation or are ready for a new start <3

Grimoire of a Kitchen Witch by Rachel Patterson
a side note before we start, there is an amazing video that personally inspired me by a witch (herspeak) that you can watch here! i will include some of the information she gives in her video in this post for those of you who don’t have the time to watch!
first off… grimoire? book of shadows? whats the difference? what on earth even is a book of mirrors?? wait… there’s even more??
well first lets quickly talk about the different types of books!
grimoire: a textbook of magick, a reference book filled with anything you desire or need to remember (lists, correspondences, how-to’s, spells)
book of shadows: for wiccans/pagans, this can be seen as more religious, but it is typically more known for its personal/spiritual journal aspects (religious or not); some may use it for references also
book of mirrors: a book of reflections, for recording experimentation and its results including successes and failures (some like to keep their book of shadows pure with only successes)
book of light: a book used usually by wiccans/pagans that is used by eclectics, referring to light as knowledge; used for notes and information often to be shared whereas a book of shadows is personal and private (sort of makes me think of a less organized/personal grimoire)
the tree: a seax-wica (an anglo-saxon paganism) version of a book of shadows
book of ways: a devotional book for wiccans/pagans
(of course all of these things are up to further interpretation!)
back in the day when witchcraft was more ruled by covens, only one spell book was required for each coven, but now that witchcraft is often a solitary and/or personal path, witches are often encouraged to have their own! most witches will have either a book of shadows or grimoire. some witches will have both, and some will have one book that includes the aspects of both and call it one or the other.
let’s start with the basic thing nobody talks about… the book itself!
what should you use? well first off, you don’t need some big, expensive, and fancy leather book straight out of hocus pocus. if its so fancy that you aren’t going to work in it, don’t use it! you could use…
a sketchbook
you could make a book (a traveler’s notebook is a great idea)
an online book
a binder and insert pages
an old thrift store book and paint over the pages
you could even write and paint on paper and paste all over your walls and work space and make a room your ‘book’
you could choose something that relates to your field of magick if you have a defined one, get creative!
make sure your book a reflection of you. but remember, we are what makes books come alive. reading is what makes languages have purpose. without you there to read it, your book is meaningless. the connection between you and your book is beyond special from the first moment you begin working!
so where on earth do i start? if you already have one, what’s holding you back from working more?
well what interests you? if you don’t know yet, here is a wonderful masterpost of types of magick! find what you like, what sounds cool to you, what resonates with you, research it! (maybe make an entry about it and your discoveries!)
once you know your interests, don’t waste time on things you aren’t interested in. if you don’t care about herbal magick, don’t write down a seven page list of all herbs and their properties. i personally had to retry creating a grimoire a few times in order to learn that lesson.
so how do i bond and grow comfortable with my book? how do i create a connection? how do i give it my personal touch?
do what makes you happy.
create your own aesthetic. maybe ask friends around you what your aesthetic seems to be if you don’t know yourself. don’t follow that big ole leather book stereotype unless you like it. if you do, another great idea for aging your pages are coffee and tea stains on your paper.
sleep with your book under your pillow! bond with it like you would your tarot deck. carry it around throughout the day. let it become a companion.
your book isn’t just a place to write about your craft, infuse your craft! if you like lunar magick, bathe it in moonlight. if you like herbal magick, spray your pages with an herb and water mix.
don’t stress about organization or a table of contents yet. you can put an index at the end when you know you’re done. its your book so you’ll probably have a sense of where things are anyways, but if you’re forgetful like me, use some labelled bookmarks!
in fact, don’t stress about it at all if you can! your book shouldn’t stress you out. mistakes happen. keep negative energy away. you and your book are a conjoined, powerful force! you can paste over pages, paint over them, or even just rip them out. in the wonderful words of herspeak in the aforementioned video, nothing is special until you say it is.
remember, it might take a couple tries to get it right, and that’s okay! you might have to make a couple throughout your lifetime to hold all the knowledge you learn, so no worries.
don’t just copy and paste other peoples’ information into your book, that isn’t how you learn. take note of things that are important to you. are you memorizing or understanding? allow yourself to understand. if it shines and you find it important, write this information in your own words and in a setup you enjoy.
you don’t have to be an artist to make a beautiful book! your book is already beautiful, unique, and magickal because its yours!
here’s some ideas for pages in your book!
correspondence lists. i definitely think color correspondences are important for just about every witch! what do these things mean to you? how do they make you feel and what do you relate them to? do this with other things you find interesting!
devote a page to your sun and moon sign or maybe you and your partners signs and how they interact.
create a protection sigil just for your book.
make a page about your totem animal/spirit animal. please don’t appropriate these terms though, you can also use daemon, patronus, eomkin, or even just your personal corresponding animal.
you could make a page for each holiday, its history and dates, and add a paper pocket into the page filled with recipes.
you could collage things that make you think of a deity you like whether you’re secular or whether you participate. if enjoy and appreciate a deity, give em a page! if you worship or work with one or many, dive in much deeper and show how that relationship affects you.
paste in pictures from books or parts of posters that show what magick means to you.
practice spirit work? draw the spirit! collage the spirit. find art that makes you think of the spirit and pop it in there.
press plants you find, tape them in, bring a little greenery into your book. label them if you like. give them your own names if you don’t know your plants well.
write your dreams out, decorate in a way that feels right, use colors according to how it made you feel.
draw out the ingredients you want to use in a spell/potion/oil. dab a bit of the creation on the page.
make a page for your familiars. list any spells for them, where you found/adopted them, their breed and things about them, what’s their favorite snack, and if your familiar is cooperative, maybe try to get a paw/nose print!
make a pendulum chart.
find one of those adult coloring books. tear a few pages and stick them in either randomly or maybe in a page about meditation. when stressed, use it as a meditative practice.
chakras, what they mean to you, correspondences, and which you may need to work on. here is a fun test you can take that tells you if your chakras are under-active, over-active, or open.
any fictional/real witches or wizards that stood out to you? why?
write about magickal experiences you had as a child you can’t explain today. what about imaginary friends and were they imaginary?
get geeky. make spells about video games! inspire spells based on favorite characters and abilities or get inspiration from your favorite playable mages! get really creative with this one.
make a page about past lives if you know of any.
what do the elements mean to you? what are your favorites? which do you feel connected to?
stick envelopes in there and put recipes, spreads, all sorts of things in there to save some pages! utilize fold out pages for long chunks of information.
do you cast circles? what do you use? what do you think the energy looks like? the color? the shape if you don’t see it as a circle? draw the seen and unseen.
make a page about your spiritual or psychic gifts. how did you discover them?
make a list of things to research. cross them out as you do.
print out aesthetically pleasing pictures you find portray you and your craft. collage your personal aesthetic/witchy moodboard
i could list on and on, but i hope i’ve given you some creative inspiration! make your book what you want! keep researching and gain inspiration from others if you’re ever lost. feel free to message me if you ever have questions!
happy casting!
We love you fish!!! I’m from Australia and I love waking up to scroll through beautiful postitive things you post it always starts my day with happiness!!!!💖💖
I've never really talked about this, but I have been dealing with a lot of really mean comments and stuff, and the thing is I've dealt with these sort of comments for my entire time on the internet, and I've just dealt with them quietly. I have really thick skin so stuff doesn't really affect me all that much, I learned in school to just ignore bullying to make it go away but I'm tired of doing that. I shouldn't have to hide these negative feelings, I'm just a teen trying to have fun and be happy online as a fish. I don't have the best advice or anything, but anyone else out there who's dealing with bullying, it's okay to feel sad because of it. Don't take anything they say to heart, but repressing how you feel like what I have been doing is not good, it's better to speak out. I'm very sleepy so I'm going to go to bed now I'm sorry if this has bad grammar
For outside:
Drive sturdy sticks into the corners of your property to bolster those areas and strengthen wards. It adds firm definition to where you are warding. Using sticks from your property is a great way to connect everything on your land
Hammer three nails in the ground near your front door to act as a potent warning to spirits below.
Use solar powered lights to line your path to the door to keep it feeling bright, warm, and inhabited. Keep a small light on your keys and it will help to keep you from getting lost. Make sure to program all lights and keychain lights at the same time to sync them together.
Enchant wreaths to draw in abundance and repel misfortune and negative entities.
Choose a striking door knocker to act as a guardian against thieves and predators.
Plant hardy flowers and bushes that are native to/thrive in your area around all entrances and exits. Find out what the bees in your region like (if possible)!
Use windchimes to ward off entities looking for stagnant places. Sound and motion tend to clear away that kind of energy.
Draw (or use energy instead of a drawing utensil) a sigil on the outer walls of your home, especially on pillars and doorframes. You can do this before your home is completely built if you are in that process!
Draw similar sigils and/or statements on your driveway in the summer to bake them into your land and charge them. You can use water in a squeeze bottle to do this as well, and it will fade away immediately if your area is hot.
During the winter, you can also use water to cut through the snow or to freeze onto your property. Be careful, of course, and bear in mind where you or your pets may walk.
Use potted flowers to hide non-deteriorating crystals and wards. Put permanent wards inside the pots before planting.
For inside:
Enchant and place coins or other small tokens above every doorway and in every windowsill of your home to draw in wealth and repel malevolent forces. Bobby pins, dimes, toothpicks. It all works, but I recommend charging them every month or so.
Hang tapestries or other kinds of wall decor to break up stretches of potentially stagnant spaces. Clocks move and typically have a sound, which have always served me well in cleansing and keeping up with the flow of energy.
Salt lamps are actually quite useful. They are very dangerous for animals and small children, though. If you're good with the lamps being safe, they are excellent at cleansing, warming up, and protecting an area.
Rugs can be used to make wards all ob their own. You can create a design on the underside if you want, or just use energy to enchant it.
Wipe vents down with some sort of ritually clean and positively charged solution. Gem elixir, moon water, herbal tincture, etc.
Enchant fixtures already setup to protect you and your family. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security systems, locks, etc. Use energy opposed to physical materials for most of these to protect their functionality.
Ward your attic. Birds get in, squirrels get in, entities and energies get in.
If you have a chimney, ward the fireplace or surrounding objects. Grates and screens are awesome for this.
