I think one of the reason Douma kept Kotoha by his side is because she's so straight-forward with her action and feelings.
Douma has lived his life surrounded by fake gestures -- all people wearing masks to pleases him when he was a human. Like his parents. I think that he lived his human life being cherished with fake love that he also wore a mask to hide his feelings, to the point he no longer felt them. His backstory is sad, but isn't easy to be sympathize with.
The thing about Kotoha is, that she treated him with sincere kindness and gentleness. She didn't lie to him at all.
" It's nice to keep a beautiful thing by my side." - Douma, talking about Kotoha to Inosuke and Kanao.
Maybe it refers to her personality, not her look. Yes, she was beautiful, but perhaps her personality was the reason he kept her alive. Douma liked it, he felt delighted to have someone who was sincere with everything by his side.
And when she discovered who Douma really was, Kotoha still being honest on what she felt. She stick true to herself, even if she got herself killed in the end.
Douma and Kotoha had such potential to be a couple, only if Douma isn't so psychotic and twisted.
I like how Tanjirou literally reminds everyone he met of the people they cherished.

He had difficult times finding a place to stay, Kibutsuji accepted him in his State but Michikatsu felt himself as a burden and the other slayers feared him because of his nature. He coudln't blame them.
In the end, Douma gave him a place to stay at his state.
Douma and Hakuji talked about it and decided to adopt an stray cat for him, it seems that cats make him feel comfortable.
Michikatsu called her Tsuki.
They're pretty alike.

So yeah, there's refrigerator that Nazra uses to make cold deserts. Even if she doesn't have one, she would always have Fumiko to help.

Friendly reminder that Iguro was saved by Kyoujuro's father, which could mean that he had known Kyoujuro since they were young.
Senjuro probably grew up being close to Kyoujuro, Mitsuri and Iguro, as the three are Hashiras and got along well with each other.

P/s : I actually want Senjuro to take care of Iguro's snake but oh well.

Slayer Kokushibou/ Michikatsu headcanons
Demon, he accepted to be transformed into one because of his jealousy to his brother, but after his death, he couldn’t bare it so he denied his new nature.
A demon that defeated the sun and has his own desires, he ripped off his extra eyes to look more human, those scars didn’t heal.
He wants to be human again so he joined the slayer corps to find a cure for his mistake.
Terrifying strong, he’s called to battle only when is absolutely necessary.
Had to learn how to live without human flesh, so he usually eats animals, when he really needs it, the corps get him human blood. (Like Tamayo and Yushiro do)
Sometimes he tries to eat human food; usually he throws it up a little after.
At first Hakuji refused to accept him, but then he noticed that the demon’s only wish is being human again and then… just die just like it was meant to be. They get along pretty well; the moon breathing and the blizzard breathing are very compatible.
Silent, extremely polite and actually a little shy.
Wears a turtleneck like Douma because the flower pillar didn’t want him to get sunburns; he doesn’t argue even if he can be under the sun without problem.
Refuses to wear a slayer uniform because he thinks he doesn’t deserve to wear something for humans, he’s dirty and wearing the uniform is something to be proud about, so he only wears a cloth on his arm.
Lives in the Flower pillar state, the other slayers are kind of scared to have him near, but Douma isn’t at all, he’s the healer of the corps, he has seen shit.
Great at healing, his eyes are capable to see through the body so he can point the wounds very easily.
Likes cats.

Hakuji/Slayer Akaza Headcanons
BREATHING STYLE: BLIZZARD BREATHING
Determined and strong, loyal and one of the strongest pillars.
Used to live in the dojo with his master and his fiancée Koyuki but sadly he lost them to a demon, he could fight it and the demon ran away, but it was too late.
He promised himself that he won’t let any other demon hurt another family so he joined the slayer corps.
With his master he learnt how to fight but he had to learn how to use a weapon to kill the demons, his best option was Tonfas because of his close-range fighting style.
He could actually rip demon’s heads off with his bare hands but that would be useless.
Blizzard breathing pillar, half Snow (Koyuki) and half his own rage.
Wears one of his master’s uniform under his slayer uniform and Koyuki’s hair pin on a necklace.
Douma’s best friend, he finds him weird and annoying but respects him. They train together and sometimes he sleeps over at his place when he feels lonely.
He was Douma’s inspiration to become a slayer.
Gets along very well with Mii-chan (Michikatsu, Douma calls him Mii-chan or Tsugikuni-dono, too straightforward or too friendly, there’s no midle)

About your oc, Nazrah. Has she ever got shocked/surprised and says random words in Malay?
Yup! The first time she saw Inosuke, even if she already know who he is due to her knowing it's a world of anime/manga, she shrieked in surprise.
" Eh! B@bi!"
Which means ' pig ' in Malay but also can be considered as a curse word.
Other word for pig in Malay : Khinzir
Sometimes she also mumbles her native language if she feels displease or something.
" Aku sepak budak-budak ni kang...( I might kick these brats ) "
" Jangan sentuh akulah lembap ( Don't touch me, stupid )" this one is for Douma
And of course, her being a Malay, the usual one word that describes what she always says or feels.
" Weiiii..." = Displease
" Wei! Wei! " = ' I got tea to spill '
" Weiiiiiiiiiiiii...." = Happy
" Wei!" = Angry/Shock
This ' wei' word isn't actually an official word of Malay but often used like a slang word. Kinda same like the ' bit¢h' word. But 'wei' is not a curse word.
Nazra usually doesn't curses but there are times that she just accidentally let it out.
Like this one time she fought with Sanemi.
Sanemi : SCREW YOU!
Nazra : KOYAK TO YOU TOO!
and of course some of you might know what it means already.
The worse she has ever said is,

Fumiko said she wanted to go to Nazra's restaurant to have dinner, only that she forgot to mention that she would be companied with her demons brother and friends.
Nazra sticks around Gyomei after that since he's the strongest Hashira.

I want the Hashiras marking her restaurant as one of the place they hang out at.
I want her and Gyomei to has a sibling-like relationship where she looks up at him like a big brother.
I want her to feed Inosuke lots of food.
I want her to meet Fumiko and vibes with her.
No romance. Just -- her and KNY casts hanging out together.
BONUS : Muzan orders no demons to harm her and the restaurant due to Fumiko's request.
