what I eat in a day 6

-1400

+15kcal energy drink on a walk

-160kcal on the treadmill

I'm skipping breakfast cause I've slept for a long time, then I was busy and now that I have free time, my bf will be here in an hour so I'll just wait for him to have dinner with :3

dinner:

80g chicken (from yesterday) (132kcal, 25g protein)

(+additional 60g of chicken (66kcal, 14g protein) that I stole from a meal I cooked for my bf)

50g rice (180kcal, 4g protein)

200g cauliflower (46kcal, 3g protein)

50kcal sauce

What I Eat In A Day 6

+474kcal and 46g of protein

+60 cause me and my bf snacked on the leftovers instead of leaving them alone..

-100 workout

went out with my best friend, did 12k steps in like 1.5h wth ToT, but I ate and drank, had ice cream and a juice so

+288kcal for both and we don't count the walk since it was recreational, not workout

+150kcal and 20g of protein pudding

+185kcal chocolate

green tea

end: -488kcal and 66g of protein

I'm gonna assume most people listen to music on the treadmill but have y'all tried singing while looking at the lyrics? obv gonna be hard to sing when you're sprinting but even lipsyncing omg, the time literally passed SO FAST, it's a magic trick!!

my fav veggie ever is cauliflower and it's 25kcal per 100g!! it's so great to eat a big bowl of it and I literally can't fit any more food for a few hours :D

what I eat in a day 4

-1400kcals start

i am at boyfriends, can't monitor food perfectly, I was given semolina (idk if that translation is right bruh, kasza manna in polish tho) and I refused since it's pretty high in kcal and not that much protein to justify it so I'm gonna start the day with dinner and either skip breakfast or eat it after I get back home

dinner:

+530kcal MAYBE? and 28g protein MAYBE?

I didn't cook it, I didn't plate it, I'm full on guessing, please correct me if I'm way off

What I Eat In A Day 4

supper:

+144kcal, 20g protein pudding

i also added cinnamon again

+400kcal on chocolate idgaf

and lots of tea

end: -326kcal and 48g protein

I need to stop being sick ASAP, I need exercise

my body shape is naturally curvy, my friend's is naturally thin. at the same BMI I will ALWAYS look chunkier and more round than her, even if she's much heavier than me, she looks skinnier. and always she's like omg we're so similar in looks haha you're literally so skinny. NO IM NOT. YOU ARE. it makes me want to cry. she literally doesn't even see how blessed she is and is unintentionally stuffing it in my face.

breakfast:

2 protein puddings

+295kcal and 40g protein

What I Eat In A Day 3

I also put a bit of cinnamon in the vanilla one for an immunity and metabolism boost

+15kcal energy drink during a walkie (we don't count outside walk calories over here)

I felt bad for not exercising so I did my arms (since it's the only muscle currently not burning simply from existing) using my bf as a personal trainer B) also using the fact that he has weights at home and I don't. it was muscle intense, not really sweaty so probably didn't burn much kcals, built muscle for sure tho

-50kcal let's say

dinner:

chicken strips

+700kcal and 72g protein

+100kcal i wanted sauce with it...

supper:

+50kcal instant noodles soup thing

-100 workout

i also had like 10 teas today I can't even

end: -390kcal and 112g of protein
