So.. played a certain game :3

I HAD to make a homestuck au. Calling it Homescryption :3

I cannot get into anything without homestucking it (cursed) but the alpha kids fit the four scrybes so well its kind of scary. Dirk is Po3, Jake is Leshy, Jane is Grimora, and Roxy is Magnificus. Ill try and draw more of my ideas some time but I PROMISE. THINK ABOUT IT IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.

given the fact g0llys theme is just a non-corrupted version of p03s theme, that g0llys whole gimmick is The Internet, and that p03 has so much knowledge of internet lingo, I think p03's character is a perfect demonstration of how the internet makes you evil and transgender, which is a moral i can get behind.

So I've randomly thought about it while being in a shower, and I just can't stop thinking of it, so yeah

Well hi tumblr!! Been a while.. im hyperfixated on Inscryption.. that being said I’ve doodled a few things for the game as well as some for @determunition ‘s Retyrement au!!! (Apologies for the poor image quality some were taken OF, not on, my computer)

There is something to be said about the fact that Luke did end up replacing P03 at the end when the Scrybes enlist his help and treat him as an equal in the face of being deleted.

There is something to be said about the fact that Grimora, Scrybe of the Dead who celebrates the death of each card, asks you to spare her in Act 2 and yet she’s the one that enables their demise.

There is something to be said about the fact that Leshy locked the Scrybes away yet still considered the forms they took - the stink bug for the woman who reeks of death, a wolf for the man who looks like a living forest, and the lowly stoat for the Scrybe that hates him more than anything - and claims that being a beast is a noble thing.

There is something to be said about the fact that Magnificus treats his pupils terribly and yet still goes to shake Luke’s hand at the end of it all, missing the opportunity because of his own failings.

There is something to be said about the fact that P03 uses the word “beast” as an insult, proclaims loudly that he will not be Leshy’s stoat anymore, and yet the last time we see him, on Luke’s computer after surviving deletion, is the face of a stoat.

I like P03’s this dialogue.

I want to pick P03 again and again in Act2.

The original version and the Japanese may have different nuances. The literal translation at DeepL is as follows.

The Inspector already knows P03’s orders that the Challenger carried to her, because this is after the Inspector defeated the Challenger.

Although P03 says “It'd only trust someone with some semblance of card game skill”, I want to believe that this one includes her.

I think these dialogues mean same.

Haughty, selfishness, they believe no doubt they are entertaining the player.

There are many scenes that make us feel that Leshy and P03 personalities are similar.

The Inspector and the Melter are charging up by these factory’s machines at their rest time.

The Dredger knows OLD_DATA and its effect on this game a little, because he is searching it by the water.

BTW I thought there were several people called Challenger, like Pokemon trainers. But I may seem only one I watch act 2’s intro movie.

The Inspector’s dialogues when I lose to her are she has intention of obeying P03.

I love these.

Their cruel bosses

I want they will happy sometime bc I love them.

You can think as a just joke this.

I tried to find that there is a similarity between P03’s workers and Magnificus’ pupils.

Their bosses, P03 and Magnificus also have in common that they never rewarded their subordinates.

As supplementary, in Act3, you can see the Lonely Wizbot’s special dialogue when you draw the card of him after the player meet other Scrybes in the dredging room.

I got this idea around Valentine's Day, but it took me too long to perfect it.

Sorry, I be quoting the Japanese dialogue because I have only played the Japanese version.

The Inspector is, in my opinion, one of the few characters who clearly express favorable feelings toward P03.

Once I realized this I lost my cool and then I fell more in love with her.

P03’s workers

I love them.

P03 probably doesn't love his workers, but doesn't hate them either, in my opinion.

I want to eat the raw stinking meat, I promise you Leshy! I just can’t!

I think I’m going to be mostly rambling about death cards for a while. Like how that new incounter only shows up once and every time I see it, it’s always accessible to my path. Like how it’s at the begging of that map or on a path I’m on instead of the other path it could be on that’s unreachable. Also I like treating my death cards like actual people and using the digits and stats as info about them, even with other pre-built in game death cards. Like kaminski and his guardian sigil, it makes me think that protecting something or someone was a huge thing in his character. Same with my death cards like how I use the bell tentacle damage stat on a card and called him bellhop. I love death cards and would love to see them drawn out of their simple outlines. Sorry for ranting so much but if you genuinely want to hear more about my thoughts on death cards and stuff I find, my ask box is always open!
