So, a while ago, I used to date this guy. But then, about a year later I came out as trans (ftm) and started my transition (we had already broke up).
One day he just went like "Wait, does that mean I dated a guy? Am I gay??" And I just laughed so fucking hard

So yep, on top of the Skene's glands, which are already sometimes referred to as the prostate, you can develop even more prostate tissue inside the vaginal canal on T.
How does this affect sensation during sex? We don't know yet. Research involving bodies labeled as "female" by scientists is limited. In fact the first full model of the clitoris wasn't publicly available until 2005.
Anecdotally, though, many transmascs report feeling different sensations from penetration in both the vaginal and anal canal after starting T. More research needs to be done here!
