Change your state, change your life...

⋘ 𝑙𝑜𝑎𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑎… ⋙

Lately, there has been a lot of confusion surrounding the recent discussion of states of consciousness. Here, I'm going to clear this up as much as I can.

𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬

[...] the state of consciousness to which you most constantly return is the place you really dwell . . that habitual state from which you view the world. (Catch the Mood)

States, in the simplest terms possible, are mindsets. You change your state all the time, simply by focusing on certain stories, assumptions, outcomes, etc. When you're entertaining a daydream, you are occupying that state that matches whatever you are entertaining in your imagination. When you are focusing on the worst-case scenario, you are entertaining the state in which that scenario is a possibility.

You change states consciously and unconsciously. The key to manifesting is to occupy the state of the wish fulfilled and persist in it. You can either allow the 3D to determine your state of consciousness, or you can take back your power and choose the state from which you desire to experience the world.

𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞

Well, shut out the world and go within and appropriate that state. And from within, you let your friends see you, as they would have to see you if what now you are assuming that you are is really true. (Catch the Mood)

To change your state consciously, you must intend to occupy the state you desire to be in. If you want to be in a state of confidence, the state of a master manifestor, or the state of the person with everything they want, then you must intend to occupy that state. I promise it is much simpler than it feels right now.

However, if you have trouble intending, you can always use methods to help you achieve that state. Methods do not have the power to manifest, you do. They simply help you get into the state of the wish fulfilled, which will then result in you physically manifesting your desire. Methods help you feel your desire is real. For example, affirmations help to remind you of the truth of your desire, scripting helps you get to the details on paper, and visualizing helps you feel as if you're physically in the scene of the wish fulfilled.

All right, what state would that be if it were true? I conceive a state that, if it were true, that would make all my wishes come true. I go into that state. Now, the first time I enter the state and view the world from it, it is wonderful, but I may never reenter that state. Therefore, it is not my home. I want to make that state my perpetual home, so I automatically dwell in that state, and if I dwell in it so that automatically I am in that state, it becomes my dwelling place. (Catch the Mood)

The state of the wish fulfilled is a topic of much confusion for some. It is a simple concept, but it is overcomplicated by overthinking. Simply accept that your desire is yours. Have faith that by assuming your desire is already yours, it will come to be. Trust that by experiencing your desires in the 4D, they will be physically manifested in your 3D. Feel like the person that has what you want. That is how you reach that state.

So, you get yourself to the state of the wish fulfilled for a moment, but then you get back to your 3D life and it fades away because your attention has been redirected once again. All you must do in this situation is to return to the wish fulfilled. You have already felt the state, so you may know how to intend it to come forward within you with more ease. However, if you cannot, you can always repeat your method or try a new one to get back into the state until it feels natural.

In other words, persist until the state of the wish fulfilled is your natural state.

𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟

We look upon the world as, I would say, a manifestation of consciousness; and the whole vast conditions of men but revelations of individual states of consciousness. (The Power of Awareness)

The world is you pushed out. You experience and see the world from the point of view of the state of consciousness you dwell in. You can learn a lot about yourself by observing the world around you (how people act towards you, how situations play out, and the circumstances that perpetuate in your life). If there are undesirable repeating patterns showing themself in your life, they are a result of your state of consciousness.

Now, this doesn't mean that what happens to you is your fault. Unconscious manifestation will always exist. I mean think about it, we breathe unconsciously, and while with awareness we can breathe consciously, we never stop breathing unconsciously. Your circumstances are not your fault, but they are your responsibility to change (if you wish to), since they stem from your own consciousness.

Finding out that everything you experience is coming from your consciousness can be daunting, but I like to think about it from the idea that if it is my doing, it can be my undoing. If it is stemming from me, that means only I have the power to change it, which is incredibly empowering.

things to do before the end of the year

incorporate small healthy habits into your routine

replace bad foods with healthier ones

go to sleep an hour earlier than you usually do and wake up an hour earlier

start the day with gratitude, meditate and be thankful for what you have

exercise 3 times a week

focus on what you like about yourself and what is within your power to change right now

create a skincare routine (day and night)

put on a face mask once a week

start taking care of your hair

take time for yourself before going to sleep, relax, forgetting the worries of the day

listen to podcasts that motivate you to be the best version of you

install an application on your phone to help you organize your day

keep track of your days and always get organized before the next day

be more aware of who you are and your surroundings

change your internal dialogue for a more positive one

stay focused on your goals

tidy up your room

drink plenty of water a day, and carry a bottle of water with you at all times

get rid of things that no longer benefit you or are bad for you

organize your cell phone

spend less time on social media and when you do, watch motivational content (e.g. my blog)

feel pretty

start acting the way you want to be

treat others the way you want to be treated (e.g. kindness and respect).

set new goals for 2023 and continue with all of this in your life.

I just want to clear one thing up because there seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding my recent post about states.

You can't police, flip, or force every thought all day every day. It's exhausting and frankly too much work. You can use methods to get into your desired state, which includes affirmations. My point was always to say that affirmations are not needed to get to the state of the wish fulfilled and that reaching the desired state is the end goal, not the affirmations.

Intention is the only necessary thing to get to the state of the wish fulfilled. Then, being in your desired state will allow your thoughts to match the state you're in. You are only ever thinking thoughts that relate to your current state of consciousness. Thus, by changing your state first, you won't have to flip or police your thoughts because the relevant thoughts will flow from the state you're in.

The only necessary thing to manifest is to get to your desired state and persist in that state. Changing your thoughts always begins with changing your state.

stop falling in "love" and start falling into goals and ambitions

i just saw a girl on tiktok say how she had to get back to working a 9 to 5 because 4 years ago her boyfriend convinced her to delete her tiktok account which has 70k+ followers and she was getting brand deals because he was "uncomfortable" with her having a social media presence

this is why i make these posts to teach and re-shape women's perspective

clearly the men are doing something right and have nothing to change

but the women are so damn gullible and naive,

believing in love, twin flames and soulmates is literally ruining women's lives and livelihood

how many men do you know would give up a source of income for their girl?

how many men do you know would give up their entire life and career to move to a while different city/country for their girlfriend?

how many men do you know would self isolate and abandon all their friends, family and support system to be with a girl?

how many men do you know would give up the opportunity to study a broad or do a paid internship because their girlfriend disapproves of it?

very few men, if rarely you will find these cases, but women? they love throwing their lives away at the first sign of someone giving them a crumb of affection

i know women who are in jail and have a criminal record because of "love",

i know women who dropped out of school because of "love",

i know women who are hospitalized in the name of "love",

i know women who had nervous breakdowns or developed an autoimmune disease because of "love"

men are hardwired to prioritize themselves first

meanwhile what are we teaching women from childhood through adulthood?

what are we feeding women's minds through disney, romance movies and YA novels?

we're teaching them to be highly emotional, co-dependent, naive individuals who are willing to give up everything for a crumb of validation and to not feel lonely

step up ladies and get attached to some goals, education, money, business, spirituality

STOP pouring your light, love and energy into men

stop cutting off your own blessings!

On tiktok you can constantly see videos telling you that you NEED to try an specific method in order to manifest. That’s bs, these “coaches” keep telling you that so they can create more videos and get more money selling the “best method” (everyday they come up with a different one)

Also, the “affirm and persist” wave can be just as toxic!!! Like on tiktok, when you give power to an outer things, you’re not embracing your true power, which is you!

You guys give way too much power to the void state… when you finally understand that it’s inside you (YOU create it)and tapping into it is basically just being your pure self (pure conscious) you’ll be GAGGED

No, you don’t need to do a specific method to get your desires, the power is within YOU!! If you wanna try a method do what feels more comfortable for you, YOU MAKE THE RULES, not the coaches you follow. There’s no superior method, they’re all just placebo

Ok, tough love:

1. If you believe in loa and the power within you why do you want to check your “fate” or “predestined future”????

2. If you’re doing “everything right” like you claim you do, then WHY are you checking if it’s gonna happen or not? Weren’t you living in the end??? Isn’t it already done??

Remember, loa is not a 50% chance thing! It is 100% guaranteed, so STOP looking for 3D validation

On loa, there’s no divine timing and waiting for the universe to give your desires… the problem here is, again, giving power to an outer thing

I know a coach who says that your mind is going to get saturated IF you repeat one affirmation only for your subconscious to process… and if you’re doing more at a time then it’s gonna be harder to saturate your subconscious

This is stupid because:

1. You make the rules to your manifestation journey

2. States manifest, not affirmations

3. By affirming, what counts is the intention you’re setting to change your state!!

4. Your subconscious is not dumb, if you’re affirming different affs but the intention is the same, it WILL get saturated

Do what feels comfortable to you, there are no rules to it, don’t overcomplicate it

Hm… also very typical law of attraction belief

There are no “meant to be” manifestations. There’s not something that’s not supposed to happen in your life… you’re in charge! There’s no such thing as destiny

You decide your future and how things are going to happen for you. There’s absolutely nothing that you can’t afford

Stop trying to control your thoughts, they don’t manifest! Don’t feel guilty about them!

States manifest, not thoughts (they only reflect on your state, don’t give them power to keep inducing an undesired state)

Also, you don’t need to avoid consuming negative things! Yes, you can listen to sad songs, watch horror movies, etc!

As long as you don’t relate to them and don’t give them power to induce a state of mind… it’s all in your head, so stop giving power to outer things

Yes you’re doing everything right!! You’re GOD, how can you fail?

Just assume and persist!! Do it in your own way and stop looking for others’ validation. You just need your validation and focus on what feels right to you ♡´・ᴗ・`♡

You can do it! Stop looking for 3D validation and doubting yourself! Start living from the state of the version of yourself who already has it all and see the “magic” happen 🤍

You can loose faith in loa but loa is here 24/7. You are gonna be unconsciously using it anyway, so it's better to use it to your advantage, right? When you say that , ask yourself why? Why you are loosing faith? Well, the only reason is because you think and persist in the thought " loa don't work" or "loa doesn't exist" or even "loa isn't even real" . STOP FOCUSING YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS THOUGHTS. Cause you just assuming that and persisting on it and then it's gonna happen. You manifested that unconsciously. SO FLIP THOSE THOUGHT AND SEE THE MAGIC HAPPEN IN FRONT OF YOU. SEE YOUR POWER. USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. CREATE NEW THOUGHT THAT ALIGN WITH YOUR DESIRE AND FLIP THE ONE THAT DOESN'T!!! I told this to an anon in the asks of another blog cause i feel like A LOT of us have been through this. But when things don't turn out the way you want it in conscious manifestation (or even in the majority of things in life outside manifesting) ask yourself WHY? and you are gonna find the roots of your problems.

I never understood why loa bloggers said “persistence is key” until I actually persisted.

My mindset was the worst. I was THAT kind of person “I’m the exception the law doesn’t work for me☹️” or “I don’t think I have xyz I feel like I’m lying to myself💆‍♀️”. I used to write huge lists of things to manifest and start a plan to manifest them all. Then I would affirm for them and feel good but even the slightest of doubts could crash the mindset I was “building”. See here I was wrong. You think you need to grow your mindset to manifest instantly blablabla not true😠!! You are not growing your God mindset you were born with it, you’re only telling the doubts and worries to stfu cause they are not you. 💅🏻I will say this forever. YOU DO NOT HAVE DOUBTS the ego does. There’s no mindset to be changed, there’s just an ego to be crashed. All you need to do is choose what you want and P E R S I S T. Persisting isn’t important just for your desires to show up in the 3d. Persisting is crucial for your mindset. You can’t expect to “start over” every time you doubt. No matter the ups and downs your “mindset” has YOU gotta persist. DECIDE not to resonate with those bad feelings and worries and soon enough you won’t feel like ur sayin ur affirmations lying to yourself, you’ll feel like ur directly talking about your life in the 4D. By doing this my mindset shifted in one day. That day I woke up feeling amazing, I did my affirmation routine and then everything dropped. I started questioning everything like “why the hell am I feeling good” “hold on now do I actually have xyz”. Usually I would’ve started over my whole manifestation “journey” but I got so mad istg. I was like bruh I was doing so good before affirming what the hell happened. Well this is what happened. After affirming I felt so good that my ego had to come in right away. I wasn’t used to feeling so good. But I had been there before so this time I decided to let it pass. Even if once again I felt like I was lying to myself when affirming, I kept saying “no I know I have xyz, this is simply my EGO”. Hours later I had entered the sabbath state. I knew because I went out that day not caring AT ALL about my 3d. I was wild seriously I started looking around in the 3d in the worst circumstances KNOWIN they weren’t real. It felt so liberating. It felt like the 3D was this dead reality and that everything could be changed. Spoiler that’s what it is!! I knew this time it was the final mindset shift because I had felt like that before but I always knew these great feelings were gonna pass and I would go back to doubting. This time it lasted and it just felt so right and pure. Moral of the story You cannot fail. You think you can fail because you have doubts? You persists and those WILL go away. AINT NO DAMN WAY THEY WONT GO AWAY AND YOU KNOW IT. I DONT CARE IF YOU WERE DOING SO GOOD FOR A WEEK AND THEN EVERYTHING CHANGED. YOU PERSIST BECAUSE THE REAL YOU (GOD) STILL NEEDS TO COME OUT. idek how to explain it. It’s like you were never meant to suffer on this earth, you were meant to feel so limitless that everything you want comes to you. KEEP PERSISTING CAUSE YOU CANNOT FAIL.

You've been trying to build a routine or have been trying to get back on track but just don't know where to start? lets me help you out <3

Step one Personal hygiene:

first up are a few things that you should do daily! <3

Brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash twice a day.

Showering either in the morning or in the evening.

shaving and lotion if you feel like it (my fav)

skincare twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.

Perfect! now at first, this may seem a bit overwhelming, especially if you struggle with depression, but sticking to this will already do a lot-

Simple skincare:

my last point was skincare, so I'll give you a little run-through on a simple and affordable routine; obviously, I can't promise that this will work for you, but we gotta start somewhere, right? :)

morning:

Dove beauty cream bar works really well for me (costs like 1 €).

Neutrogena hydro boost aqua cream as moisturizer (10 €).

Any SPF that works for you, I use the la Roche-posay one (15 €).

night:

Dove beauty cream bar.

The ordinary glycolic acid as a toner (10 €).

The ordinary Niacinemid + Zinc (7 €).

and the Neutrogena moisturizer again.

This should be a good start! :)

Step two healthy habits:

mental health plays a massive role in self-care, so I have listed a few things that might help you feel a little bit better; building actual habits takes time, though, so don't stress about it too much, and just try sticking to a few! :)

Eat breakfast.

Take vitamins in the morning (Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Folate/Folic acid, and Vitamin B-12, to list a few)

go for a daily walk.

Do a youtube yoga or stretch video.

Listen to a positive playlist or podcast.

No technology for 30 minutes.

Read 10 pages of any book.

Study something you're interested in for 15 minutes.

Write down 3 positive affirmations.

Make a to-do list.

Try a new recipe each week.

Make a grocery list.

take your time and try being consistent; eventually, you will get to where you want to be; you can do it! <3

LIMITING BELIEFS

1. "you need high vibrations"

no, you don't need to have high vibrations to manfiest. you can manfiest if you're in a bad mood or if you're sad. your mood can't affect your manfiestions unless you start affirming negatively towards your desire.

2. "you need a perfect self concept"

you do NOT need a perfect self concept to manifest. people have manifested their desires without a perfect self concept. it is important to have a positive self concept while manfiesting but your self concept doesn't need to be perfect all the time.

3. "it takes ____ days/weeks to get your desire"

it doesn't take days or weeks to get your desire. you already have your desire, wheter you see it or not. if you think it takes a month to manfiest your desires, then it will take a month to manfiest your desires. but, if you instantly want to get your desire then just assume that you manfiest instantly.

4. "you need to take action in the 3d"

you don't need to take action in the 3d. for example: if you're manfiesting clear skin you don't need to use any product to get clear skin. you can if you want to, but you don't need to. some people that take action in the 3d are usually doing that because they are working with logic. you already have your desires, so why are you taking action in the 3d when you know that you have everything u want?

5. "intrusive thoughts ruin your manfiestion"

intrusive thoughts can't ruin your manfiestion. when you have intrusive thoughts just go on with your day and ignore them. your manfiestion won't be ruined just because you had an intrusive thought.

those are some limiting beliefs that i've seen people have (i also had some of those limiting beliefs.) remember that you are powerful and that you can have anything you want, no matter have "illogical" it sounds.
