Genuinely curious, what ghosts are y'all fighting? I have never, not once, seen Lily get hated on for any reason, much less for getting in the way of jegulus for example, contrary to what some of you accuse us jegulus shippers of doing?

In what fandom spaces are y'all in?

Like, I understand that this might actually be done, but it is not happening to the degree some of y'all are acting like it is.

I can confidently say I would know otherwise, I've been balls deep in this fandom for a long time.

And it's an issue I consistently see in many other fandoms as well.

The only character I could get behind is Uraraka, but again, I see so many more people criticize bkdk shippers for hating on her than I've ever seen actual bkdk shippers hate on her. Frankly, I've seen maybe one or two instances of my girl Uraraka being bashed.

And I find it simultaneously fascinating and irritating. I'm one hundred percent sure that the majority of people complaining about a female character getting unfairly hated for "ruining a ship" just start complaining about it without ever seeing it for themselves.

Jegulus Celebrity AU where James has two tiktok accounts, his verified one and a private one.

He only posts regularly on the second one but if you go onto the reposts of his "official" account, you'd only find edits of Regulus.

He also uses that one to comment on his favourite ones and the fans love it

This is so true. Just like with any character, their actions as children are excusable but anything horrible they do as adults cannot be forgotten about or excused. This goes for Peter, Regulus, Barty and even James and Sirius too. There is a difference between young characters and old characters as well as between canon characters and fanon characters.

There is not enough Lily bashing.

LOOK okay; ive read james bashing, ive read sirius bashing, ive read remus bashing, ive read marlene bashing, ive read peter and mary and frank bashing. Ive read alice bashing, ive read dorcas and even bashing, ive read barty and snape and regulus bashing. Its harder to find a character bashing i haven't read at least once.

Lily however? it doesn't happen. Because, imo, everyone seems on edge about bashing her as they'll be called a misogynist. "Even" in non-jegulus stories, it doesn't happen.

I love lily, and i think shes a great character, but sometimes the avoidance to write her as yeah kind of the asshole makes the writing worse. Its less realistic.

Guess what, sometimes people aren't calm and understanding even when they should be and definitely when they shouldn't.

A weird amount of fics go out of the way to avoid any conflict with lily by just not writing her or writing her as bland or without any spark which is what attracts a lot of people to the character.

The amount of fics ive read where lily has been like "i understand" no matter what happens is kind of bs. she looses her fire.

Let lily get mad

let her loose her shit over little things

let her yell a bit more, even if she isn't in the right

Sure, go ahead. If you want to make them all cis-het white British characters again, feel free to do so. Nobody is forcing you to read fics with more diversity. The fun thing about fanon and headcannons is that you can think whatever you want and nobody can stop you. However if the diversity bothers you enough that you have to send us death threats, that says more about you than it does about us.

Pandora - Debut and Fearless (she would be an og swiftie fr)

Evan - Red and 1989 (can i explain this? no, but im sticking with it anyway)

Barty - reputation, midnights and a splash of Folklore (its giving chaos)

We're writing fanfiction about dead wizards from a world that doesn't exist, it's really not that serious. Besides, in most of the fics where this happens, they're not racist??? the whole point of fanfiction is that we change Canon to fit our own made up stories. Nobody is glorifying fascism or racism, please stop fighting invisible enemies, its getting embarrassing. If you want more stories about the 4 marauders doing marauders shenanigans like ATYD or whatever, write them, meanwhile I'll be enjoying my Regulus centric Jegulus fanfictions over here, because that is what I enjoy and there's nothing wrong with that.

No it's not, block the tags of you dont like them it's not that hard. Yes, tagging incorrectly is a problem that needs to be solved, but if you're gonna be in the main 'Marauders' tag, you should expect to see any and all ships. Stop complaining, please. I'd you think something has the wrong tag on it, ask the person NICELY to remove it.
