It's an irondad where Peter gets bitten by the spider, and the story focuses on his mutation and all the effects of the transformation. I remember that in this story, Peter reaches such a critical state that he's supposed to die because of the fever and symptoms. Tony is with him the whole time already in grief. It's sad as fuck. Tooth rooting as fuck. But finally Peter becomes Spiderman after this slow agony.
