When the other support gets a compliment so you start getting competitive because you want a compliment too
And our end game stats :)
Love these kinds of games β₯οΈ
(Also is the compliment thing just me?)
So we all know that Kiriko is Japanese and supposedly trained with the Shimada brothers when they were younger. Here's the official artwork Blizzard released, detailing this in fact:
Here is the exert you get if you google whether she trained with them as well:
'Kiriko's parents were both excellent at both wielding and making swords, and her mother, Asa, is the one who taught Hanzo and Genji everything they know. In her youth,Β Kiriko joined in on the lessons her mother gave to the two young Shimada brothers, and Kiriko herself also learned how to use the weapons'
Now, based of those pictures, what do you think the age difference between Kiriko, Genji and Hanzo is?
That's right if you guessed 16 and 19 years then you're correct! If you guessed anything below the number 10, you would be wrong.
Because it obviously looks like there's 16 years between Kiriko and Genji in these photos.
Obviously.
Let's just offer a round of applause to Blizzard for messing up their own timeline because in the current game, Kiriko is 21, Genji is 37 and Hanzo is 40.
Well done Blizzard.
Can't even stick to your own time line.
ITS THE SAME GUY OMG
(Winton has internet issues btw, that's what they're talking about because it made him leave. We still won though)!
This made me laugh π
For context the enemy team had a leaver and the 'ow no' happened when they got the first point.
They couldn't push the payload though ππ
On today's episode of 'what does the OW2 idiot' think now?
D.va thinks the enemy team hearing her footsteps is 'wall hacks'
Just Chilling β₯οΈ
Here's Mauga's Origin Story:
Links to the Youtube Origin stories in Chronological order of hero release <3
Most of the base Roster doesn't have an origin story, but there is this short for Roadhog and Junkrat:
It's not in the same format as the rest of the origin stories that follow, but it's the closest thing that resembles an origin story for them.
Soldier 76 is obviously one of the outliers of this standard (being Blizzards golden boy and all I suppose), and I'm fairly sure his was the first origin story put together in this format:
Another of these outliers is none other than the poster girl herself, which I guess makes sense:
That's all the base roster got, and the following origin stories all belong to heroes that we released after the release of the game.
First of, Ana came out in July of 2016:
Then followed Sombra in November of 2016:
Orisa in March of 2017:
Doomfist in July of 2017:
Moira in November of 2017:
Brigitte in March of 2018:
Wrecking Ball in July of 2018:
Just so everybody knows, Ashe still keeps photos of McCree everywhere π
Literally THE GAME AFTER my last post, I roll into this game, queued as support, and straight out of the door, this guy pops into the chat and says, "U may be noonespecial but ur special to Danthe2nd."
Of course since this is Overwatch so Noonespecial responds with the original "Fk U Dan."
Then the game begins and Noonespeical (Our second support on Zen) immediately gets annihilated by Danthe2nd (Opposite DPS). A second later, "Jk ily." Pops into the chat. We're losing at this point, but I couldn't care less because this is the funniest thing that's happened to me all day.
A few moments later, UnusedTuktuk (Who was speaking on behalf of Danthe2nd) replies and says, "He says he's scared of affection". To which Noonespecial replies with a "<3." Then, "Sorry friend."
Which at this point, I'm disappointed, please entertain us, don't apologise. We finish the first round with them taking the point, and load into the second point. Noonespecial put's a ":'(" in the chat because he's been aired by Danthe2nd, and then JUST AS THE ROUND BEGINS he gets a reply of, "He likes feet kicking him."
Needless to say, there was no more conversation after that, and I'm sure the rest of the players felt just as awkward as I. Who's to actually know if this UnusedTuktuk was actually communicating for Danthe2nd, or if poor, unassuming Danthe2nd was suddenly labelled with a foot fetish by strangers; or if he actually does have a foot fetish. Danthe2nd never actually said anything during the exchange himself, so I guess we'll never know.
We lost the game, as well :(
