Apropos of that textdump on villains I had last week, here’s some neat analysis of demented the clown Dimentio.

I could go on for days about Dimentio, so I’ll try to keep it short (YES THIS IS SHORT FOR ME) and game-specific. More than mental state, I guess, these are the behavior rules I try to stick to for him, and why I think he does the things he does.

Bowser: BWAHAHAHAHA. Back in the day, these moves made all the princesses swoon! (Author’s Note: A not-so-lazy sketch of His Royal Churlishness. So, I was recently tricked by GIFs of TheLombax51‘s great Dat Cat Koopa into believing that there was a Mario Mix 2 in the works, which amused me. I immediately decided to remind everyone of the Original Sexy Bowser Boogie. Five failed drafts and the discovery that there’s no such thing as Mario Mix 2 later, and here he is!)

Toad: I can't help it if you're still sore about my counterattack. It's not my fault I'm one hundred percent hitbox!

Toad: Satisfaction Achieved!

Toadette: What do you MEAN you’re quitting the castle staff? You can’t quit in the middle of a crisis!

Toad: WATCH ME.

Toad: Absolutely nothing could go wrong, except we all die,

Toad: You would think, beign so small, tripping isn't a problem for us. Not so.

Toadette: So Indoor Slip-and-sliding wasn’t the best idea.
