After people really seemed to like my take on The Needle, so here's another Balatro Boss personified, The Plant. I didn't understand why it was a run killer until I started doing higher difficulties.

Falling Piano (Uncommon): +5 Mult, moves to the left after every hand. (When completely at the left, joker will be destroyed.)
3d Joker (Uncommon) [Applies to all of the cards circled in red]
-(When in the middle slot): +5 Mult, +15 Chips.
-(When placed on right side): +30 Chips.
-(when placed on left side): +10 Mult.
Poisoned Jug (Common): +5 Mult per card scored, each card scored loses 1 Chip permanently.
Receipt (Common): Adds a quarter of the Chips of the first hand played in blind to Mult.
Hole (Common): +20 Mult, 1/4 chance to discard all cards from hand.
Blank Joker (Common): Blank Voucher now adds 10 Mult and 25 chips to every hand.
5-Card Joker: (Rare): +120 Mult, takes up 5 joker spaces.

Coffee Stain (Common): all cards played in first hand are added to final hand
Self Joker (Rare): All hands are added together, self-destructs after 6 hands
Hand-Drawn Joker (Common): 1's, 2's, and 3's are counted again
Stamp (Uncommon): Cards with stamps are added to mult
Infiniti (Legendary): Mult provided is doubled after every action (starts at 1)
Rip-Off Joker (Common): All prices in shop are halved
Drawer (Uncommon): Adds the discarded cards back into the draw pile
Question Mark (Uncommon): Copies a random Jokers effects
