I’m sat here at the kitchen countertop
my laptop on a chopping board
watching my mother's jam pot
simmer away the plums and sugar -
I’m here to stop it boiling over.
It has already done it once
the sticky pink liquid has become
stained glass on the hob cooker
it hasn’t reduced much
so I might be here just a little while longer

Got plenty of task at hand for today.
Finally opened a passbook account with debit card at PSBank. This symbolizes my sincere dedication to really save money and to build up on my long term dreams and plans. I just hope and pray that things will go my way and that God will guide me more. As what they say it is never to late to start life again at the age of 28. Indeed a sign of growth and blessing. Happy Monday everyone.
