imagine you’re a tiny thing. your mama is big and strong so you follow her everywhere. she’s very strong, which is why when she falls asleep on the floor you sit with her. you sit with her until she starts to fall apart. but its ok because she’s strong. and then you get really, really, really thirsty, and you think if you sleep it’ll be okay. and then you wake up surrounded by water and you see a face beyond the water and its blurry and you dont know how to feel about it so you go back to sleep and then you keep seeing the face beyond the water and they talk to you in soft words you dont understand and you’re still so small and confused but you know the face beyond the water is helping you. maybe it loves you. but you’re a tiny thing. and then one day you decide you’ve had enough water, and then you start to move. and you see the face beyond the water, who is so happy to see you and they do something you’ve never seen a face do, their mouth curls at the end in a smile and youve never seen it so you do it too and you keep doing it because you love the face beyond the water so much and they love you too and they’re strong like mama and they feed you and pet you and love you and one day you grow so big they can ride you. and they make you a hat and goggles to protect your eyes and they show you all sorts of wonderful things and YES this is about the happy ghast from minecraft im OBSESSED

My thoughts on the Minecraft Movie and some drawings of Ghasts
Hello! It’s no longer Easter eh, anyways, I got to watch the Minecraft Movie last night with my sister (she really wanted to see the Lava Chicken part) and here’s my thoughts:
• I don’t mind how Steve was set up, but the fact that he was actually set up by the Piglins to get the orb was somewhat interesting
• The other 4 main characters are actually quite decent, although to me I thought the kids were younger than high schoolers (my opinion though)
•The subplot was genuinely good, I like the ending of it as well
•Humor is there, some felt dry kinda
• Oh you’re thankful that I know the B-52’s and C418!
• I thought randomly of how no one in the real world has ever seen a cubic looking dog/wolf
• I get that it’s already enough if we just have Ghasts and Piglins in the Nether, but I wanted more mobs (I also think instead of an evil witch piglin as the main evil, why not a Wither? Like that would feel a bit more interesting and a bit more canon)
• Minecraft put the update at a wrong time (for me and a few others), let’s just say frankly that every time a Ghast died I nearly was on the verge of tears
• I… am Steve
• I wonder if the second movie will showcase Alex and/or the End. That or a reference to Herobrine
otherwise a movie that I didn’t mind watching

I don't know if you saw Minecraft live yet but I had a silly idea that popped up in my head
Jax getting very emotional over the ghast babies and the implications that the ghast are suffering in the nether alongside with their babies
I did see it, I watched the live when it came out.
And.. Yeah, I think that’s a fun thought.

I have cried about him no less than 3 times today
Did the soulsand dry him out??? Did his mommy abandon him??? Are those his mom’s bones and he got dried out waiting for her??? Do ghasts shrink if they cry too much? Why do ghasts eat snowballs if they’re from a no-water environment? Are ghasts from the overworld originally and that’s why there’s fossils there too?
Also the implication of people using the dried ghasts as building blocks? NO! YOU PUT THAT POOR BABY IN WATER RN I SWEAR

And I mean come ON the happy ghasts harnesses??? The fact that they’re basically living hot air balloons??? Please tell me it’s not just me
