isaac asimov asimov unfortunately true i robot is a pretty bad adaptation likely caused by the fact the script wasn't even originally an adaptation of the robot series if i recall correctly also yes the Foundation series is also a bad adaptation when it comes to being true to the source material I admit some of the new stuff the've added is pretty cool and adds to the story But as soon as they said there was a robot war I knew it was not trying to be a “faithfull” adaptation Adding evil robots or a robot war is like the litmus test to whether an asimov adaptation is faithful or not
