Like we all know his a bad dad but WOW I forgot how bad he is. I haven't re-watched the show in a while and I thought "maybe he isn't as bad as I remembered. Maybe I'm over exaggerating my memories of him" BUT NOPE, he is as bad as I remember. For example he straight up FORGOT HIS OWN DAUGHTER AT A MUSEUM WHILE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK AFTER HER. Also he shows blatant favoritism to Lorelai because she makes cool stuff with her epithet. I REPEAT, HE PREFER'S HIS OTHER KID BECAUSE SHE MAKES COOL SHIT. HIS FAVORITISM HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE LORELAI IS OK WITH SAYING THAT HE DOSEN'T LIKE MOLLY AND IT BEING TRUE. I MEAN HE NEVER ONCE IN THE SHOW OR BOOK SHOWS THAT HE LOVES OR EVEN LIKES HIS KIDS
