I'm giving into the urges, that's right, I'm listening to mother mother, dumb dumb, maybe Penelope Scott, maybe even sodiken, and I would say tally hall, miracle musical, and lemon demon but I already listen to those. Also no alien blues because that sparks a deep feeling of loneliness and sadness within me, that song genuinely makes me feel awful.

This song is everything I want in an auditory experience. Poetic, calming yet energetic, and full of astronomical metaphors that really get me excited. No matter what my state of being may be, this song always keeps me going. The entire album has a similar effect, but it’s this song specifically that has just the right vibes for someone who’s lost in the void 🪐🔭
Listening to the Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum cassette is all fine and dandy until you get to the end of Hidden In The Sand and the prolonged silence lets you feel safe and then Mucka Blucka catches you like a baseball to the teeth
