Léonce Agreste!!

finally posting my miraculous oc!!

Léonce(23) is Adrien's older cousin on his fathers side. They were pretty close when they were younger, both being only children and finding a sibling in each other, but didn't see each other regularly for years as they got older. They spent some time together when Léo had student internship at Gabriel™️ but that was years ago. Now Léos moving back to Paris after finishing university and is excited to get closer with their family again!! Well... get closer with Adrien and drive dear Uncle Gabe up the walls.

Léo owns a small but successful clothing shop near Adrien's school and works parttime in a costume shop for a local theater.

i think i might name them Léonce because it fills my list of requirements

1. it's pompously French

2. its gender neutral

3. is a little pun-y

Léonce has roots to lions and felines in general AND royalty which is fantastic because she's Adrien's cousin so CATS and they grew up in a rich family and are fashion "royalty". ALSO with the way its spelled (even in French) you could shorten it to Lé(Lee) or Léo which is genderqueer as hell

hypothetically: if i was currently designing a mlb oc whos adriens cool older cousin on gabriels side thats into fashion in a funky weird girliepop way that pisses hawktwats boring cleancore ass off for shits and gigs, what would be a silly fun name for them??

theyre fem but in the genderfucked way and i need a name that matches her chaotic-weird-but-cool-genderqueer vibes

I recently got into Miraculous Ladybug, so of course I had to make my own sona and version of a bat miraculous :)

So here's my Sona

Her civilian name is Carrie, and her superhero name is Ystlum (pronounced uhst-limb)

The bat miraculous is a headband that sprouts ears when activated. The ears have a lining that is split into five sections that turn black as time runs out.

The kwamii's name is Pipp (as in pipistrelle), and she's the kwamii of insight.

She's very shy and quiet, as she knows a lot of the kwamii's secrets due to her hearing being even sharper and broader than that of a normal bat's. She's scared she'll let slip of some of them, so she stays quiet most of the time. She's close with Roaar, though.

She also has backward knees, like real bats

The bat miraculous has the power 'unveil.' This allows the holder to build up an image of a scene using sound. The holder does not need to be present in the scene they wish to view.

This power can see through illusions without compromising them, and counters powers grant invisibility. It can also be used to see around corners, and behind people's backs etc.

The bat also has the power to detect when an akuma is created, and can sense where an akuma/akumatised object is. This works on a similar concept to the cat's night vision, and the butterfly's ability to sense negative emotions even when not transformed.

The weapon of the bat miraculous is the wings. They're very sharp and can be used to glide. Depending on the holder, they may present as dual wielded katana.

Correction, I forgot the ears. That and the yo-yo is a compacted form or a large shield, so a female,panther MLB version of Captain America.

My friend kept buggin me bout Miraculous Ladybug and so she picked a random animal generator and got the one animal related to Chat Noir- a panther. She sent me pics for wut colors and such. So here she is. She wanted me to post it on tumblr cuz why not and she’s proud of my art skills apparently. She also chose a yo-yo too but it being able to reform into a staff or somethin I don't remember. No hate, I just did wut she wanted. Anyways enjoy

Woo, Bubbler!!! (I love this episode sm) I wonder what Gabriel meant by “being disrespected”, as Nino didn’t really say anything rude; then again, it makes sense that he’s so defensive against anything that might even slightly resemble a critique of his (let’s be real) rather flawed parenting style.

Character Dynamics

Okay so let's begin this post we'll talk about the more important characters of the rewrite but I probably will need to split into two posts.

Adrien Agreste

Chloe is Adrien's closest friend from his childhood. He's constantly trying to get her to hang out with his new friends but the issue is he wasn't prepared for how she acts. As a child he knew that his mom and Audrey didn't get along but it wasn't until style queen and queen wasp that he understood what kind of person Audrey was. He sees how Audrey's behavior has shaped and changed Chloe which is why he stops Chloe from leaving with her mom. Episodes like Despair Bear is Adrien trying to convince Chloe that she might have more in common with his friends than she thinks. Adrien isn't a total pushover with Chloe when Adrien sees Chloe being mean to Ivan he calls her behavior out. We will see them growing closer again as Adrien starts fixing their fractured friendship.

Juliet is Adrien's second friend he made at school. Adrien and her have a lot in common since both of them were homeschooled and currently live with one parent. They also share a love for superheros. They often feel like siblings with the way they act and joke around. Juliet is able to understand what Adrien's going through better than some of the others. That's not to say she can completely understand what Adrien's going through because she doesn't know what it's like to lose a parent both of her parents are alive and just divorced. Their similarities make her easy to approach when Adrien is having issues with his dad.

Marinette well we have the love square but Mari isn't as obsessed yes she has a crush on him but not stalking level like in the show. Mari has a crush on him and does some awkward things for example the voicemail thing still happens most of the other stuff like breaking into his house doesn't happen. Her and Adrien are friends with her crush on him sometimes getting the better of like Volpina. She does try to get over Adrien when she thinks he's not into her but failed. Adrien for his part actually started developing feelings for her in season 3 but pushed them aside since he already was dating someone and so was she. As Chat Noir and Ladybug their dynamic is mostly the same though they're on more equal footing.

Allegra is Adrien's other childhood friend she's a bit older than him already being in Lycées when we meet her. She is a student teacher in fencing. Adrien and Allegra are super happy to see each other again as Allegra had to move after her parents found out her grandmother was sick. The two reconnect as if it hadn't been years since they'd seen each other. She often acts like an older sister to Adrien. He normally brings out her more jokey side which her friend group is shocked by.

Nino is the first friend Adrien made at school. Nino quite fittingly since he has the turtle miraculous acts as a protective figure to Adrien especially considering Adrien is so new to public School. And honestly, I don't have too much to say just because it's much easier to watch it play out.

Valérie is an interesting one because she's the granddaughter of Wang Fu who's not only Adrien's mentor but his Mandarin tutor as well. Val is one of the few people who knows the identity of the original 3 early on. She can be a bit critical of all of them Chat Noir especially considering how destructive his miraculous is. She does relate to Adrien a bit with having an overprotective parental figure aka her Grandpa.

Gabriel is much different than his Canon counterpart. He doesn't threaten to pull Adrien out of school and actually does care about him. He just has a hard time expressing himself especially after his wife Emilie died. Again, he's another one that's difficult to explain without showing it.

Felix is Adrien's cousin the two of them used to be really close when they were kids but Gabriel and Colt had a falling out. Which led to Felix not seeing Adrien anymore. When we meet Felix in season 2, he is rather distant. He does love his cousin but he has a lot of trust issues thanks to Colt. And he is jealous of all the friends Adrien has how people seem to love him so much. As the series goes on, we see their relationship gradually improve and Felix make friends with some of Adrien's friends.

Luka is in all honestly probably going to be the last one I explain because in all honesty this is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Luka is good friends with Adrien they first became friends through having a couple mutuals then Luka was looking for a keyboardist for the Kitty section. Luka often is the person Adrien will vent to because he doesn't want to bother the others. Luka tries to always be there when Adrien needs him. He also listens to Chat Noir vent when they're on patrol.

Casually drops this with no explanation

To make up for my inability to answer most of the miracle box questions I’ve been getting (which is mainly because I still haven’t figured out all of the lore yet, my bad guys!) I’m posting a few silly sketches of the kwami I have drawn:

It’s mostly Plagg and Tikki with a single, mentally disturbed Barkk (I think I was trying to draw her at a certain angle and then just stopped because it looked funnier that way.) Also a few attempts at drawing Flicc, the firefly kwami! (Also the bracelet that Zoe is wearing is not a miraculous, but some random accessory.)

We all know Mari is really creepy and hella stalker like and the fact that her friends enable her is

super creepy.

So I wanna address that in my fic. I'm thinking it starts out with girls inviting oc to Mari's house to hang out and help come up with an idea on how to get Mari and Adrien together. Oc at the time has noticed Mari being kinda weird but nothing alarming. Just typical clutz too nervous to talk to her crush stuff. Also at this time oc is Adrien's friend (cause baby needs more than Nino and Mari's friends) and decides to might as well listen to what they have to say and get to know the girls she doesn't hang out with better.

Needless to say she gets creeped out really quick.

Hearing the strait up stalker crap Marinette's been up too puts her on edge and she quickly confronts her. Making some of the other girls(like Juleka) realize that this isn't right and agree.

This leads to a fight and the girls who agre oc and oc herself get asked to leave. Tension gets high. Oc starts watching Alya and Marinette like a hawk. She tells Nino about everything and how bad it's gotten. Nino realizes it's way worse than he thought and agrees to try and reign Alya in/ convince her to cool it. Nino and Oc aren't necessarily friends but they're both Adrien's close friends and have genuine respect for one another The second she or Nino notices Mari doing something stalker like they tell the other and oc confronts her. Telling her to stop it and get some help and how she's no better than Adrien's fans acting like this. She also warns Mari that this is how it's going to go. If she does it again she's telling her parents everything. Do it second time she's going to fight her. Third time, she's calling the cops. Fourth time parents are being called, cops are being called, she's fighting Mari, AND she's calling Gabriel. She doesn't want to resort to that cause of the potential risk to Adrien, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

If she's taking it too far please let me know. In my previous ask that had to do with lb she does take it to far, buts that's to have character flaws. Here though the situation is different, it's not her overreacting cause lb just been kinda an ass. This is actual dangerous behavior that makes her afraid for Adrien. I don't really want this to be a character flaw moment. Let me know what you guys think.

Hey ya’ll im sorry if Im bothering any of you but i need a little advice l. Im starting to draft a work with my own miraculous oc and how to handle the whole Marinette thing. I want to make it clear that her actions are not ok with how she treats my oc and chat noir, but my ocs reactions to it aren’t right either. Their justified, but not the right way to handle things. For a bit of background my oc has the miraculous of the badger(aka the miraculous of resilience) and it gives her the ability to be immune to her opponents attacks for a limited amount of time. She also has a bit of a gruff personality but mostly lives by the don’t fuck with me I won’t fuck with you thing. It’s when the someone fucks with her part that she tends to go a bit too far(a reaction to being bullied as a kid for being half Sioux Lakota, living on a res, and(these were the real asshole kids) for having a brother who was mia for awhile and came back disabled). Meaning she’s learned not to handle things well as the only way to get those kids to shut up back home was often times violence. While I don’t want it to get to that here I do want her to take things too far.

What I need help is figuring out what she does and how long she does this for. So leave a comment on what should happen

Regardless though what she does leads to ladybug having enough and confronting her. The two of them end up having a full on screaming match. The chat gets involve(at first as a peace maker) and gets tired of the way they treat each other and him. They all get into a three way fight and only stop when one of them almost gets akumatized. They all force themselves to calm down and talk. Telling each other their issues, problems, and feelings. As well talking about how they were all wrong for treating each other poorly and how they haven’t really been a team for a long time. Maybe they never really were to begin with. They don’t necessarily make up but do promise to try and be better and talk to one another whenever they have an issue and swear to be willing to listen. As well as confront master Fu together to insure there won’t be anymore favoritism. There issues aren’t immediately solved but it’s a start.

SO have one of my Miraculous Ladybug OCs. Her name is Harlow, she has the rabbit Miraculous (Before I learned there was an actual rabbit Miraculous) and is mute. Blame Chloe for her akumatization.
