Saint Greer Town Hall (Named La Mairie de l’ile Saint Greer)

This lot is unfurnished inside but is fully landscaped and lighted. It is meant to be placed at 2 Jasmine Court as a 30x30 lot in Saint Greer Island. Thank you to the wonderful CC creators! This build would not look the same without their wonderful creations. This lot is a package file meant to be placed in your Library Files. I did include a CC folder with the package version of sims3packs used as well as content that no longer has an active link. Below the cut is a more detailed CC List of all items so you can decide if there is anything you don’t want to download. But for it to look close you will need at minimum these required cc items. *Indicates most important items.
