Human!ROTTMNT
This is based off of the outfits from "The Clothes Don't Make the Turtle" and some canon/ headcanon snippets about my favorite disaster teens.
I also want to add that these are mystic disguise pins/medallions like Sunita's...they're handsome and good as they are, this is just for them to blend in.
Some notes:
I've been dying to draw Raph with long braids forever. It's canon that Leo speaks basic Spanish because of NewYoricans so it follows that he'd be Peurto Rican (I learned this after the physical notes were made, so I changed it because it's a brilliant fact and I gots to). Freckles are non-negotiable on Mikey in every incarnation, and his hair is so fun to draw. And lastly, you cannot convince me that Donnie would sit still for a haircut (fellow autistic can confirm).
You know what I find personally annoying about AIs?
Not professionally as a kinda-techbro. Not morally as a human being. Not ethically as someone who trying to be a decent person. Not semantically as a philosophy major. Just personally?
The same behavior y'all hate in people like me, you adore in a chatbot.
Me, explaining disassociation to my neurotypical mother:
Her: what?? That’s a thing you do? Are you okay????
Two days later…
Me, explaining disassociation to an ADHD friend:
Her: Oh fuck, there’s a name for that??? Cool
you know?? That feeling like ah, so I’m not the only one, great lmao
Two hundred years ago humans didn't have meth-lite for ADHD but also they weren't forced on the clock doing things made ergonomic for the majority.
Please, please remember:
The term “neurodivergent” describes people whose brain differences affect how their brain works.
It is not only autism and ADHD.
It's many many many things!
Including personality disorders, foetal alcohol syndrome, Downs Syndrome, Tourette's, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, bipolar disorder, Irlen syndrome, and more then I can list here.
If it's your brain differences that is affecting how your brain works...it's a neurodivergence!
My love goes to all neurodivergents outside of US and few select other places. where you can get diagnosed and expect some kind of support
self diagnosing is okay
and if you were wrong that’s okay too
figuring yourself out is hard
go easy on yourself please
So guess who got excused from school today (it was me :))!
I had a neurodivergence evaluation earlier today, it went over the appointment time and I didn't get to do a whole section so I hope that doesn't impact my results.
I get my results in about 2 weeks and I'm really nervous and excited to find out what I have!
I'm really tired cause it was HOURS of testing and I haven't eaten a real meal today :(
I'll update in a couple weeks about my results!! :)
