so in my hyper fixation au of MM/Tottmnt (kudos to @cagednoob for helping me figure out what to call this) I’ve labeled Venus as a pansexual but I’ve come to the conclusion that she isn’t attracted to men at all and she is more a of a bisexual since the term means two genders and she likes girls and nonbinary people (hope I’m saying that right) so I dunno

or don’t like I said I don’t really expect anyone to care but I just needed to get this off my chest in some kind of way

i've learned that askbox trick or treating is a thing, and it's a fun excuse for oc interactions! so here's Maya! she wants treats but more importantly she wants new friends!

Venus has some treats she can share, and Jenny is more than willing to make a new friend! Even if that friend is several years younger :D

I FINALLY MADE AN OFFICIAL BANNER! :D Idk if the quality looks accurate in post form, I've heard that tumblr can be annoying when it comes to art quality.
Either way I'm super happy because I've been working on this thing for the past few days and it turned out so much better than I ever hoped! :D

This may be the truth but why is it ugly? I think the industry is what it ought to be. Imagine 100 pages of a beauty and fashion magazine only showcase average-looking women like those random girls you see every day on your way to the office, would you be more interested in that *beauty and fashion* magazine? Some critic but they may forget humans have fantasy and are inspired by ideal selves. Every now and then we enjoy unrealistic things. The publishers just offer the mainstream what the mainstream want. Consumers have freedom of choice.
Some blame the industry for manipulating standards of beauty for women. This may be but "standards" change over time and lots of factors rather than just beauty and fashion industry contribute to forming such standards. Do you think with his proposed "ideal proportions" of human body (easily seen in the statue of Venus de Milo) Leonardo was also manipulating the standards of beauty for women?
My own interpretation of ROTTMNT Venus because I love her and think she deserves to be in another TMNT show. I’ll post the proper character design sheet eventually , along with Jennika
