I was pretty busy today so I only ended up having a couple things, total being 232 kcal. I did have a couple snacks I had like 5 crackers but I wasn't able to take a photo of that </3 but I'm not too worried since you know it's def not gonna put me over a thousand
For dinner I had a one egg omelette with carrot, tofu, lettuce and parsley which was 94 kcal
For dessert I had some cooked apple with cinnamon topped with weetbix and Greek yoghurt which was 138 kcal

Here's my food for the day! I got to make my own dinner so the total calories are only 575
For lunch I had some peanut butter on rice cakes, 175 calories
For dinner I had some leftover creamy potatoes and some glazed salmon I made! There wasn't much here to make a glaze though so I used some malt vinegar, pork bulgogi, sugar and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly tasty but I have no idea how many calories it was, I'm gonna guess like 50, in total for dinner though it was 400 calories

I'm posting this a little late because I was so tired yesterday I forgot😭 this wasn't all I ate (I had like an apple and stuff) but this was the meals and my net calories do reflect everything I ate, I think today I'm just gonna sleep😭
This is what I ate today! Istg my family actually eats so unhealthy I wish I had an almond mum😭 all up though this was 752 calories so not that bad really
In my smoothie I had half a banana, 1/3 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, plus cinnamon and water. It was 227 kcal
For tea I had a cup of chips (just a guess), two ham steaks and an egg which was 525 kcal, kind of a lot for one meal but I'm just grateful it wasn't more I won't lie
Help me my mum is ordering pizza tonight and I'm so scared I'll binge😭 I'm gonna try get the lowest calorie one and like I've had less than 100 calories so far today so I have the room but like I don't want to😭 why do all our dinners have to be so unhealthy

I almost forgot to post yesterday's food log I was so tired😭 it's getting easier to eat less though so that's always a plus
For breakfast I decided to have a blueberry smoothie, this is like half of it but it's pretty good, 195 kcal all up
Blueberries- 1 cup- 84 kcal
Greek yoghurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Milk- 1/3 cup- 48 kcal
I used whole milk because I don't have any almond, I feel like almond would've been much nicer and if I were to do this again I'd just stick with adding water
I made a little breakfast for school today! I'm going to go shopping after school and get some more fruit+vege because I'm a little sick of living off of Greek yoghurt and oats😭 this was 229 kcal and I can't wait to eat it in a couple hours
Oats- 1/4 cup- 156 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Honey- 1/2 tsp- 10 kcal
+a little bit of ginger and flower petals for some colour
Went out for an early tea, I had to eat it all because my aunty knows about my ed and now I feel so gross😭 I reckon it was around 700 kcal from what I've looked up
I'm back and I'm gonna try a 24hr liquid fast for the first time, wish me luck♡
