Went out for an early tea, I had to eat it all because my aunty knows about my ed and now I feel so gross😭 I reckon it was around 700 kcal from what I've looked up

I almost forgot to post yesterday's food log I was so tired😭 it's getting easier to eat less though so that's always a plus
In total today I had 632.5 calories! I feel so much better than yesterday, I was actually devastated over those chips
Breakfast:
1/4 a banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/8 blueberries, 99 kcal
Lunch:
2 rice cakes with cucumber, 85 kcal
Dinner (which my mum made):
1/4 a mince pie, 2 tablespoons of baked beans, 1/2 cup potato, 394.5 kcal
Dessert:
An apple, 3 tsp greek yogurt, some cinnamon, 54 kcal
I straight up almost forgot to post today😭 I've almost gotten used to black coffee thank god, sometimes I drink black tea as well because I get a little hungry. This all was 405 calories if my math is right (hopefully it is). I gotta say restricting calories has gotten so easy I've been skipping meals since I was little (unrelated to body issues) but like this is the first time I've counted calories at all, I can't believe that this time last week I was struggling with it
For breakfast I had a couple of rice crackers with cucumber and spices which was 85 kcal
After school I had half a cooked apple with cinnamon and 1/8 cup greek yoghurt, 60 kcal
Mum made mousetraps for tea and after looking up similar recipes I think what I had was around 260 kcal? I'm not worried about being super accurate since my limit is literally 1000 calories
I think this is gonna be my new safe food because oh my god it's actually so yum and only 114 kcal for the three of them. I am literally obsessed like you have no idea
I wanted some dessert before my fasting period began so I made this little yoghurt cereal thingy with some honey! I won't lie it is a little more calories than I wanted at 171 calories but it's not over my 1000 kcal limit and it's dessert so I don't particularly mind
I used:
Oats- 1/8 cup- 78 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Honey- 1 tsp- 20kcal
+once again some pansy petals to garnish because I like colour

Here's my food for the day! I got to make my own dinner so the total calories are only 575
For lunch I had some peanut butter on rice cakes, 175 calories
For dinner I had some leftover creamy potatoes and some glazed salmon I made! There wasn't much here to make a glaze though so I used some malt vinegar, pork bulgogi, sugar and tomato sauce. It was surprisingly tasty but I have no idea how many calories it was, I'm gonna guess like 50, in total for dinner though it was 400 calories
Monday 23/10
Back from my meta weekend and it made me feel so gross😭 I think I might cut it back to one day a week instead of two, anyways this was 718 calories, I'm getting some protein powder next week which I'm really looking forward to!
I only had dinner today and for that I had a cheese, lettuce and ham sandwich which was 324 calories, rice cakes with ham, lettuce and carrot which was 265 and a little lettuce wrap with ham and cheese which was 129 calories
I'm back and I'm gonna try a 24hr liquid fast for the first time, wish me luck♡
All up this was 956.5 calories and like 850 of them was the pizza😭 I ended up having in order to like, make my mum less suspicious but I actually feel so gross, probably gonna fast until dinner tomorrow. I'm so happy I didn't eat anything before dinner because I was dangerously close to my limit
