Another one bites the dust. The Jester pub, Cockfosters being demolished. 3 pubs a day close their doors for good. Pub closures have an impact on communities. Pubs have been at the heart of our culture for generations and remain one of our most valuable assets. 1 in 4 of us fall in love in a pub!

Boozy Apricot Jam - Sauces and Condiments This apricot jam has been infused with apricot brandy, reducing its sweetness just a little bit. Use apricot liqueur to make jam that is sweeter.
Wine probably shouldn't foam this much, but I'm a cider guy so what do I know.
I like to think the Plump Caps and their resulting wine share a lot of flavour with where/what they're grown on. like if you grow them on wood chips you get a nice woody or earthy undertone.
