There were way too many cliffhangers in TFATWS for there to not be a second season. The ending just reminded me so much of the way Agent Carter s1 ended.

(Also, could be just me but I think Madam Hydra and The Power Broker are working together and US Agent is an unknowing ally. And somehow Zemo will be included in this. But that’s just my opinion)

In relation to my last post about my Black Widow movie fanfic, I wanted to ask a question: What is your opinion of the upcoming ThunderBolts movie?
Personally, I am 50/50 on it. I am excited for the return of some characters, but not others.
What are your thoughts?

this scene said so much... honestly i’ve never been rooting for the “bad guy” so hard. john walker needs a reality check

Something I love about John is that he’s a true brother in arms who is meant to hold a shield.
He jumps in to defend his team - physically like when he jumps in front of Bucky when Sentry sends the bullets back at him, and verbally when he tells Yelena to lay off Alexei
He doesn’t leave people behind - elevator idiocy aside because that was dumb of him and of all of them. They should’ve gotten higher above the doorway for starters!
He makes sure others go ahead of him, and this is most evident in the Void maze, where the only exception is THE Red Guardian who makes sure John goes ahead of him
I love that military side of him, that defends his team mates and doesn’t leave them behind

In my heart of hearts I know that every single thunderbolt's relationship with John Walker is 'Yeah, he's a bitchass... unfortunately he happens to be our bitchass so we kinda have to ride for him, prepare to die i guess' 🤷♀️
i watched thunderbolts yesterday night and i am not the same person i was before i sat down in that theater. the mental health representation, the anti heroes banding together, the start of their redemption arcs, yelena's monologue, john walker being (surprisingly and unfortunately) funny, bob's entire character in general, james buchanan barnes (obviously), THE HUG??? someone needs to sedate me before i do something insane like trying to shift into this universe to be friends with everyone as if it's still 2020.

It will never cease to amaze me about how petty I am about things, especially when it comes to fictional characters. Like I will refer to John Walker as Shmaptain Shmerica for the rest of my days. Not cause its easier. But because I know it would piss him off. Hes never going to find out and me calling him shmaptain shmerica will have no real effects on anything. But i will call him that regardless

I stopped watching and came here to make this post, it's not even half of the episode yet and there is already so many things to be talked about and my best friend hasn't watched it yet, so here I am.
John Walker literally tried saving the people in the truck and couldn't and I feel like the fact that he actually at least tried doing so is so nice, they never showed Walker do anything for his country until this episode, he was either showing off in the tv, fighting with Sam and Bucky, or killing people. I absolutely hated him until this episode but he was actually nice here. I thought he was making the shield to fight Sam but he actually made it to fight the flagsmashers and lost it along the way.
AND THE FACT THAT BUCKY SAVED WALKER FROM THE FLAGSMASHERS THE WAY HE SAVED SAM IN THE LAST EPISODE FROM WALKER HIMSELF. YOH.
That's some good character development you know. Cause I thought he went crazy but he was actually nice.
And this scene (the one in the pictures) was absolutely amazing, how they showed African Americans here, full of hope and joy... And also, I saw someone say that Walker's suit didn't have any white in it because it represents purity and justice in the American flag, and I love how WHITE Sam's suit is. And also Bucky's smile in this scene (hehe it was nice too)
