Now, I know you guys have read posts upon posts about how states are important and what they are. However, I have seen a lot of people asking just how to use states to change your self-concept. Here, I will tell you guys how I have been able to effectively change my state in relation to my self-concept.ย

Weโve said this time and time again, states are mindsets. Think about it like this: your state = state of mind.ย It's really as simple as that. If you notice the thoughts you are thinking, how you're reacting to things around you and the feelings you have currently, then you can be aware of the current state that you are occupying.

A lot of people like to say that self-concept isnโt important. Yes, you can manifest without a good self-concept. Itโs possible, everyone has done it. Since we are constantly manifesting unconsciously, clearly we donโt need a good self-concept to manifest. However, if you want to consciously manifest better, and if you want your unconscious manifestations to be favorable, I would say that working on your self-concept is imperative.

๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ In my experience, people have been overcomplicating the idea of states. Really, states are not complicated. They may seem daunting since itโs a new phrase floating around the loa sphere. However, itโs actually very simple. You are always entertaining a state. You are in a state right now. Observe the thoughts youโre thinking right now and you will be able to identify the state you are currently in. If your thoughts are positive in your favor, then you are in a favorable state. If you find yourself thinking thoughts that are often negative or even degrading to yourself, then you are in an unfavorable state, and I would encourage you to change it.
๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐-๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ Your self-concept is not your assumptions about the world around you. Itโs assumptions you have about self. It includes your limitations, your strengths and weaknesses, your social skills, your confidence, and most importantly, your assumptions about manifestation. Also, people think that working on your self-concept is a complicated process. Really, itโs just consciously working on your beliefs about yourself, manifestation, and consciously changing your states when you find yourself in an unfavorable state. Mental diets are also very important when it comes to changing your self-concept. Being aware of your thoughts allows you to be aware of the state you are consistently entertaining.ย

While self-concept has to do with the assumptions you have about yourself and who you are in relation to the world, it also has to do with your current state of consciousness. How you feel internally and even the thoughts you think can affect how you react to the world around you.
This is why using states to change your self-concept is so important.
You can change your current state to one of confidence, intelligence, sociability, success, being the god of your reality, etc. Any state of mind can be a state. However, to completely change your state, you must abandon the previous state. You cannot take any part of an old state into your new state, you cannot be double-minded.

SATS = the state akin to sleep
Before, I used to think that working on your self-concept was difficult. In fact, in my early days on Tumblr, the only way I suggested working on your self-concept was through affirmations. To be honest, it was the only way I knew how to do it at the time. However, once I figured out that states are a quick and easy way to improve your self-concept, everything changed for me. Suddenly I wasnโt trying to change my self-concept, I was effectively and permanently bettering my self-concept.
My favorite way to change my state is with intention, of course. The way I do this is by becoming aware of the undesirable state and then deciding to change it to something much more desirable. It usually has to do with whatever I want to embody at the moment. This means, if the actions I am perpetuating show that I am in an insecure state, then I will decide to change my state to that of someone who is sure of herself and confident.ย
Sometimes, though, changing my state can be more difficult. Maybe I'm in an intense emotional state and intention is too simple for me to fully leave behind that state and embody a new one. In this case, I love to use the SATS method to change my state.ย
Now, I will be sharing the entire process that helps me do this.ย
First, in order to get into SATS, you must immobilize your body. It's basically meditation. You can do it in any position if you'd like: sitting, laying down, or even standing. Just be in a place where you can completely, calmly, and safely detach from the room around you. Then, you will relax your mind and your body. It helps for me to say things like I am relaxed, I am calm, or I am the operant power of my reality as I am entering the state akin to sleep. Make sure your mind isn't wandering or racing too much. It will take practice to keep your mind disciplined, so if you find your mind wandering often, don't get frustrated. Just simply return your attention back to the main scene. Once you reach a point where you feel relaxed and calm, and I've found that this can take from 1-30 minutes depending on the person, you will begin to say I am not my state, I am not my body, I am not my feelings, I am not my emotions, and similar phrases in order to detach from the physical and focus on the inner reality and consciousness. You can say these as many times as you want, but I usually repeat them about 3 times, or until it feels real to me. Then, I focus on my desired state, feeling the wish fulfilled in this safe space I've created in my imagination. I allow myself to inhabit this desired state until I feel like I can persist in it, and then I exit the state akin to sleep.

Once you achieve this desirable state, all it takes is persistence to permanently achieve this desired state. This means that whenever you find yourself in a state that isnโt helpful to you, you must decide to return back to the desired state. Whether you do this by intention, SATS, or by any other method, itโs just important to return to the desired state.
Donโt worry about wavering, thatโs okay. Remain determined and faithful to your new state. Once you repeatedly return to the state enough, it will become natural to you, and you wonโt have to intentionally return to it anymore. At that point, you will be in the Sabbath. The manifestation process is not only for physical manifestation, itโs all the same even for internal manifestations, such as mindset changes and self-concept changes.
Therefore, working on your self-concept can be as easy as deciding and intending to change your state of consciousness.

i can not believe it has taken me this long to figure this out but
imagination / prior beliefs create EVERYTHING you experience. meaning your assumptions send out signals that the senses then perceive.
e.g.:
i assume i will wake up with my hair brown. i will then wake up with my hair brown because my subconscious mind is sending my senses signals to prove what i believe!
reality is just a hologram of your imagination (aka 3D is 4D) because all the senses do is sense what is being projected by your subconscious mind. therefore, it has no control over your reality. essentially, itโs fake.ย
the only thing that has control over your experience is your imagination aka 4D. senses (what you physically hear and see for example) just perceive what YOU create it has literally no hold over your experiences.
SO, imagination first THEN senses because what you believe to be true will project itself and then you will perceive it with your senses.

There was a time when you thought you were someone, like a person in a story. You would wake up every day, start the motions, do what you need to do, think thoughts, chase goals. It was all so serious. The world, the people, the dreamsโall felt so heavy, like they had to be something, like *you* had to be someone. You were always running after something, even when you didnโt know exactly what that โsomethingโ was.
And then, one dayโyou just paused. Not because you wanted to, but because you couldnโt help it. The constant reading, thinking, searching were repetitive and exhausting.
You thought around and realized that everything you thought you were doing, everything you thought you needed, was justโฆ noise. It was as if everythingโthe thoughts, the plans, the endless loop of tryingโhad all faded into the background. And what was left?
Can you describe it? Can anyone actually do it?
It was this simple, quiet *something*. Not a person. Not a name. Not a story. Justโฆ *this*.
I couldnโt describe it, not with words, not with thoughts. It wasnโt something you could touch or hold. It was like nothing but something at the same time. It was already here, but not inside of *this* , the whole time, as if it had always been.
I thought I had to become something, but really, I had always been everythingโwithout even realizing it. Itโs like I was wearing a mask of โme,โ and one day, I just took it off. And there was no relief or grand realization. Just a quiet familiar feeling that said, โOhโฆ this is it. This was always it.โ
Itโs a strange thing, really, when you stop taking everything so seriously, so real. Thereโs no grand answer to find. No secret to uncover. No destination.
Justโฆ this and no one can explain it.
I've known about manifesting for a few years but I've only started consciously manifesting a few months ago. Now, I didn't "succeed" in manifesting until about a month ago when I realized Self Concept is literally the most important thing (and the only thing you truly need).
For the past few months, I've been stalking loa blogs because I wanted to learn more and I liked reading success stories. Thankfully I didn't rely on them but they did make me feel better. But through those months I noticed the one thing consistently successful manifestors had in common was they all had good self concepts and it was the one thing they were constantly preaching that very few people actually practiced.
So many of these blogs constantly get asks about whether it's possible to manifest something or how to manifest by a certain time or how to manifest when you feel like shit and it's like. I'm surprised any of them have the patience!
Please, realize the power you have. You are all you need to manifest. You are the universe. You are God. You can use methods but you don't need them. You can constantly affirm but you don't need to. All you need to manifest everything you want every time you want is to have a good self concept. That's all! You don't need anything else!!
Having a good self concept isn't just "being confident". It's recognizing that you are the creator of your universe and you can do whatever you want with it. It's knowing that you have everything you want. It's recognizing how powerful you are and how nothing can stop you. You want 10 million dollars? Baby, you already have it. You want only designer clothing and a cute partner that spoils you rotten? Just say the word and it's yours!
You don't need to put in any extra work to get a good self concept so don't use that as a demotivator either! Literally just say that you do. The only thing I did was affirm that I have the best self concept and guess what? I had that shit in a day. I no longer feel the need to relentlessly scroll through my favorite loa blogs or listen to subs or read success stories to hype myself up. I don't feel like I need to get into the void or recite affirmations. The past three weeks have been amazing for me. And I know it's only going to get better.
It is so freeing to have a good self concept. You may have doubts occasionally, that's normal. But they go away so quickly because you know better. When the 3D shows the opposite, you don't panic or get discouraged. You don't force yourself to do whatever method people are hyping up because you know you don't need it. You just overall feel more confident, more assured, more calm, more like the God you are.
You guys need to stop relying on other people and outside sources to manifest. If you've been on loablr for even a week then you already have everything you need to manifest! Aka. Yourself. Work on your self concept babes. I promise you, it's not a waste of time. It's not another random method. This is literally the only thing you need.
If you need more convincing, here. Again, I started "working on" (I say working as if I didn't just get it instantly alhgajdhg) my self concept a little under a month ago. Since then, this is what I've manifested:
-My mom bringing home food. This one is actually a really good example of how your subconscious knows everything. I originally was affirming she would bring home mcdonalds but I knew I didn't really want that and I was only thinking about what the cheapest thing was. I didn't know what I wanted her to bring home, but guess what! She still brought home exactly what I really wanted.
-My mom having more money over the holiday season. We've always had an issue with money (ehe not anymore dumb 3d bitch) so I manifested us having no issues during the holidays. Not only did we eat at a fancier restaurant, we bought food and gifts multiple times over two weeks. We also just had a lot of fun in general ๐
-A family member being healthy. I don't want to get into too much detail but essentially, someone in my family had a health scare. It was looking bad at the time but I manifested that they would be fine. And they were!
-An ask being sent to a different blog! This was a topic that I wanted to talk about for years but I wanted to do it in the form of someone asking. (I wasn't even consciously manifesting this one! Another example of your subconscious being That Bitch.)
-My favorite sub maker to release a sub specifically about self concept and empowerment (which I don't even need to use now akdaljgd).
-My mom having more energy and being healthier
-Got rid of intense back pain (and being sick!). I got a little sick last week and at one point my entire back hurt so much that I could barely move. Some affs later and it was almost entirely gone (completely gone the next day).
-More followers and interaction on my main. Haven't posted in a month and yet I'm still gaining at a steady rate
-A family member's partner being a really good person and loving them the way they deserve
-My hair not getting greasy as fast
-Safer neighborhood
-Seeing more angel numbers (first as a test and now just because I like them)
-My mom's work not bringing a bunch of people back in while we're still in the middle of a panini (might just manifest that away too cause why not)
-My friend getting her gift, finally. I sent it to her weeks ago and we were both scared it got lost. Last night I affirmed that it didn't get lost and that she would literally get it the next day. This morning she texted me about getting it :)
-And more that I can't remember rn!
Again, this was all under a month. I haven't gotten into the void. I don't religiously listen to subs. I only affirm when I wake up and before I go to sleep, so basically sats (and even then it's a couple of affs, not a whole book). I only check my favorite loa blogs cause I like to keep up with them. Success stories are more like feel good "you go bestie" things for me not motivators to manifest. This is literally just what it's like to have a good self concept. And that is so easy to obtain.

Today, I was staring at myself in the mirror and realised that I exist. It's more than just being alive. I felt myself. I realised that I am. I'm just so happy that I am me, a god. Why didn't I realised this before? I've always been a god.
I was never created nor I can be destroyed because I am energy. That means ive been here before Earth was formed? I was always here? I'm an energy before being a human. We are not humans going through spiritual experiences, we are spiritual beings experiencing human life. We are not the body.
We are nothing but everything. Does that makes sense? There's only one consciousness and it's me and you. You are me, I am you. We are one.
And when you succeed to realise this deeply no matter if you can say it in words or not that's a different case but if you understand this thing, you will realise that you have everything because you ARE everything and everything IS you, no one is separated through any doubt, negative thoughts and shit because that whole thing is greater than these things which you think is stopping you.
I have a lot to accomplish this year, so lets plan it all out. โก
Physical ! โ - move my body at least once everyday. (yoga, pilates, lifting). - listen to my body when it comes to what i eat. - get into the habit of walking places! - try new recipes & new foods. - continue to take care of my skin & hair. - invest in clothes and items that make me feel confident. - drink at least three bottles of water a day.
Intellectual ! โ - read at least one book a month. - focus on schoolwork (study or homework every week night). - continue to learn new things by choice. - take the time to read articles and learn of other views. - remember that the media you intake is part of what shapes your mind.
Social ! โ - be kind to others, smile and say hi. - do what you can help if someone needs something. - if you are invited, say yes. - live. โก
Self-Care ! โ - take time when you need to. - keep praying, He is there for you. - be gentle and understanding to yourself. - cut out negativity from your life. - stay positive, but remember it is okay to cry. - embrace your feelings, do not force them away.
Non-negotiable Daily Habits ! โ - make my bed every morning. - brush my teeth twice a day. - shower every day.
Goals ! โ - pass the early college test. - take Spanish II online. - end sophomore year with all A's (and B's). - begin early college junior year. - join a club next school year. - keep up with academic and personal goals! - be a different version of my self in 365 days from now.
